农残水平测试中数据多态性分析及指定值估计研究

对全国农残水平测试中毒死蜱、氯氰菊酯数据进行统计分析,在数据统计分布特征研究基础上,使用内核密度估计进行数据多态性分析,使用bootstrap模拟取样法对数据样本值重复取样,以获得稳健的水平测试样品待测物含量代表值估计、标准误差及置信区间描述,证明以bootstrap模拟取样法获取的均值与标准偏差作为有限单次样本代表值是合理、有效的,解决了四分位稳健统计方法对非正态多态分布代表值估计不稳定问题及取样理论中取样样本数限制的瓶颈,为能力验证计划指定值的获取提供了一种新方法。     

Cross section of the reaction 6Li(p, γ)7Be

The cross section of the reaction ⁶Li(p, γ)⁷Be has been measured using Ge(Li) γ-ray spectrometers for proton bombarding energies E_p from 200 keV to 1200 keV. At E_p = 800 keV, the total (p, γ) integrated cross section is found to be 3.1 ± 0.4 μb. The cross section adopted from consideration of this and previous measurements is in good agreement with that predicted from the known thermal neutron cross section for ⁶Li(n, γ)⁷Li on the assumption that properties of mirror direct capture reactions can be well described by optical potentials that use the same parmeter values for the two reactions.     

Ni3(Tix,V1-x)合金系中的长周期结构

本文利用电子衍射及高分辨点阵象实验方法证实了Ni₃(Ti_x,V_1-x)合金系在铸态下存在有9R,10H,16H,20H,21H,44H等长周期结构以及2H结构。它们与体心四方基体相(结构与Ni₃V相同)及六角基体相(结构与Ni₃Ti相同)有固定取向关系:{001}_长周期∥{001}_(Ni3Ti)∥{112}_{Ni3V);〈100〉长周期∥〈100〉(Ni3Ti)∥〈110〉(Ni3V)。样品经长期高温退火处理后其它长周期结构均向9R结构转变。 关键词：}     

The Mo(p, n)Tc reaction cross section and its use as a normalization for shuttle-system measurements

The ¹⁰⁰Mo(p, n)¹⁰⁰Tc reaction cross section was determined from 2 to 11 MeV (c.m.), by counting the delayed γ-rays from the ¹⁰⁰Tc decays (half-life = 15.8 s). These yields were measured with Ge(Li) and NaI(Tl) detectors and thick natural Mo targets. The use of this reaction as a normalizing reaction for cross-section measurements with a rapid target-transfer system is discussed. This technique was applied to the measurement of the astrophysically interesting ²³Na(p, n)²³Mg cross section (²³Mg HALF-LIFE = 11.57s). The results agree well with an independent ²³Na(p, n)²³Mg cross-section measurement.

9Be + 12C, 9Be + 16O,9Be + 19F reactions at energies below the barrier

The ¹⁶O + ⁹Be reactions have been studied from E_c.m. = 2.0 MeV to 5.1 MeV, an energy near the top of the Coulomb barrier. The cross section for the neutron transfer reaction ⁹Be(¹⁶O,¹⁷O¹ (0.87 MeV))⁸Be has been measured over this range by detecting the prompt 0.87 MeV γ-rays. The total fusion cross section has been determined from E_c.m. = 2.8 to 5.1 MeV by observing individual γ-ray transitions in the evaporation residues with a Ge(Li) detector, and then summing the separate yields. Direct processes are found to dominate the reaction yield below E_c.m. = 4 MeV. A comparison of the energy dependence of the fusion cross section for this reaction and the ¹²C + ¹³C reaction, which proceeds via the formation of the same compound nucleus, ²⁵Mg, reveals differences at sub-barrier energies. Optical model and incoming-wave boundary condition calculations are presented. Data have also been obtained for the near optimum Q-value neutron-transfer reactions ⁹Be(¹²C, ¹³C¹)⁸Be and ⁹Be(¹⁹F, ²⁰F)⁸Be, and these are discussed in terms of a simple model of sub-barrier direct reactions.     

Sputtering by fast electrons

Calculations are presented of collision cascade and knockon contributions to sputtering induced by fast electrons. The sputtering yield for MeV electrons bombarding carbon and iron is found to be ≈10^?7 to 10^?6. Important erosion effects on astrophysical grains are possible.     

Effect of Pb2＋ on the Kinetic and Spectral Characterization of Ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate Carboxylase/Oxygenase

本文利用各种光谱手段在体外研究了各种浓度的Pb2+对菠菜Rubisco活性影响的机制。 结果表明,Rubisco活性随着Pb2+处理浓度的增加而逐渐下降,低浓度Pb2+下Rubisco的动力学常数和最大反应速率分别为1.74 µM 和 0.42 µmol CO2/mg protein∙min,高浓度Pb2+下Rubisco的动力学常数和最大反应速率分别为11.82 µM and 0.28 µmol CO2/mg protein∙min。光谱学分析证实Pb2+可直接结合到Rubisco上, 其结合位点数为1.1个,结合常数分别为8.63×104 和 2.18×105 L/mol。ICP-MS和圆二色谱分析证实Pb2+取代了酶活性中心的Mg2+ 并改变了酶的构象。
