FeS2多晶薄膜电子结构的实验研究

用磁控溅射方法制各纯Fe薄膜,并硫化合成FeS2.采用同步辐射X射线近边吸收谱与X射线光电子能谱研究了薄膜的电子结构.结果表明,合成的FeS2薄膜,在费米能级附近,有较强的Fe 3d态密度存在,同时,在价带谱中2-10eV处有强度较大的S 3p态密度存在;Fe的3d轨道在八面体配位场作用下分别为t2g和eg轨道,实验中由Fe的吸收谱计算得到两分裂能级之差为2.1eV;实验测得FeS2价带结构中导带宽度约为2.4eV,导带上方仍存在第二能隙,其宽度约为2.8eV.     

ON THE RATE OF WEIGHTED Lp CONVERGENCE BY THE GRUENWALD INTERPOLATORY OPERATORS

This paper gives the weighted Lp convergence rate estimations of the Gruenwald interpolatory polynomials based on the zeros of Chebyshev polymomials of the first kind,and proves that the order of the estimations is optimal for p≥1.     

高温超导体Josephson阵列在磁场中的微波响应与磁通涡旋激发

本文从分析相变电阻率 ρP 和磁通蠕动电阻率 ρF 出发 ,指出当T小于某一温度T0 时 ,ρF>ρP,而当T >T0 时 ,ρF 远小于 ρP,并进一步分析了 ρF 与 ρP 随温度的变化率分布图 ,得出磁通蠕动电阻率 ρF 随温度的变化率分布图跟微波响应曲线具有相似的分布特征 ,结果表明 :高温超导体的非平衡微波响应机制可能与磁通涡旋的激发有关 .     

Proteins Entrapped in Silica Monoliths Prepared from Glyceroxysilanes

The preparation of discrete polyol based silane precursors derived from glycerol by a simple one-pot process is described. These polyol-based silanes could be hydrolyzed under mild pH conditions and upon gelation resulted in the formation of optically clear, monolithic, mesoporous silica. The hydrolysis and condensation reactions lead to cure rates that are very sensitive to ionic strength, but are almost unaffected by pH in contrast to those of alkoxysilanes derived from primary alcohols such as Si(OEt)₄. Residual glycerol in the silica monolith could be removed by washing, or could be left in the silica to reduce the magnitude of shrinkage during long term storage. The biocompatible glyceroxysilane precursors lead to materials that were able to retain the activity of entrapped enzymes over repeated cycles of use for periods of up to several months.     

滤片-XRD探测系统响应时间测量

 研究了软X射线能谱仪探测道系统(系统包括X射线二极管（XRD）、SUJ-50-10电缆和不同频带示波器)的响应时间。实验利用上海激光联合实验室的20TW激光器激光(激光能量约20J，脉冲宽度约1ps)打金箔靶产生的X光，用XRD探测系统测量，记录示波器有TK684C，TK694C和WM8500等。将实验数据进行了线性拟合和比对分析。滤片XRD探测系统的响应时间随偏压升高而加快，随传输电缆长度的增加而变慢，因此测量快信号过程时，应提高探测器偏压，缩短传输电缆，选择宽频带高采样率示波器，以便减少系统的响应时间，减小信号失真程度。     

Decoherence Induced by Spin Chain Environment

We study the decoherence process of an exact solvable model that consists of a central spin-1/2 coupling to the surrounding anisotropy spin-1/2 chain in transverse fields. The Loschrnidt echo is calculated to study the character of decoherence with different degree of anisotropy. Our results show that the degree of anisotropy γ greatly affects the decoherence process of the central spin-system when the spin chain is in weak transverse fields, but it gives weak effect in the strong transverse field. The decoherence process of the central system changed dramatically along the line of the critical points, and this may be explained as the reflection of quantum phase transitions.     

The Level-split of the Two-level Entangled Atom in an Optical Field

The behavior of a two-level entangled atom in an optical field with circular polarization is studied in this paper. The interaction of an optical field and one of the entangled atoms is analyzed in detail. A general solution of the SchrAo¨Gdinger equation about the motion of the entangled atom is obtained. The properties of the action are dependent on the initial state of the atom. By detecting the entangled atom out of the field, we can obtain the state of the other atom moving in the field. It is shown that the state of the atom out of the field will influence the energies of the split-levels of the atom in the field.     

19F+27Al耗散反应中双核系统的转动与形变

测量了¹⁹F+²⁷Al耗散反应产物B,C,N,O,F和Ne的激发函数,入射束流的能量从110.25MeV到118.75MeV, 能量步长为250keV. 从产物的 能量自关联函数中提取了反应中所形成的中间双核系统的转动惯量, 与相粘模型计算的刚体转动惯量相比较, 结果表明形成的双核系统有大的形变.     

InxGa1-xAs-GaAs应变层量子阱结构的流体静压光荧光研究

本文报道了对分子束外延(MBE)生长的In_0.25Ga_0.75As-GaAs应变层量子阱结构在77K下的压力光荧光(PL)研究的结果。流体静压力从0到50kbar.,给出了In_0.25Ga_0.75As-GaAs应变层量子阱的Γ谷压力系数,实验观察到了量子阱中能级与势垒GaAs中X谷的能级交叉。通过对其压力行为的分析,给出了In_0.25Ga_0.75As-GaAs异质结的导带与价带跃变比:Q_c=△E_c:△E_v=0.68:0.32。对(InGa)As-GaAs应变量子阱常压下的理论分析与实验符合很好。本文也对Al_0.3Ga_0.70As-GaAs量子阱进行了讨论。 关键词：
