介绍一个与材料相关的研究型综合化学实验——壳聚糖的制备与表征

在中国科学技术大学夏季学期的研究型实验课程"化学科研基础训练"中开设"壳聚糖的制备与表征"综合实验,以龙虾壳为原料,通过除蛋白、脱盐、脱色、脱乙酰等一系列反应,制备得到目标产物壳聚糖。运用红外光谱、核磁共振仪、黏度法、滴定等对产品的结构及性能进行表征。     

Determination,residue and risk assessment of trifloxystrobin,trifloxystrobin acid and tebuconazole in Chinese rice consumption

A simple and rapid analytical method for the detection of trifloxystrobin, trifloxystrobin acid and tebuconazole in soil, brown rice, paddy plants and rice hulls was established and validated by liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry. Acceptable linearity (R² > 0.99), accuracy (average recoveries of 74.3–108.5%) and precision (intra- and inter-day relative standard deviations of 0.9–8.8%) were obtained using the developed determination approach. In the field trial, the half-lives of trifloxystrobin and tebuconazole in paddy plants were 5.7–8.3 days in three locations throughout China, and the terminal residue concentrations of trifloxystrobin and tebuconazole were <100 and 500 μg/kg (maximum residue limits set by China), respectively, at harvest, which indicated that, based on the recommended application procedure, trifloxystrobin and tebuconazole are safe for use on rice. The risk assessment results demonstrated that, owing to risk quotient values of both fungicides being <100%, the potential risk of trifloxystrobin and tebuconazole on rice was acceptable for Chinese consumers. These data could provide supporting information for the proper use and safety evaluation of trifloxystrobin and tebuconazole in rice.     

Simultaneous determination of major components of Huangqi–Honghua extract in rat plasma using LC–MS/MS and application to a pharmacokinetic study

A sensitive and reliable LC–MS/MS method was developed and validated for simultaneous quantification of the major components of Huangqi–Honghua extact in rat plasma, including hydroxysafflor yellow A (HSYA), astragaloside IV (ASIV), calycosin‐7‐O‐β‐d ‐glucoside (CAG), calycosin, calycosin‐3′‐O‐glucuronide (C‐3′‐G) and calycosin‐3′‐O‐sulfate (C‐3′‐S). After extraction by protein precipitation with acetonitrile and methanol from plasma, the analytes were separated on a Hypersil BDS C₁₈ column by gradient elution with acetonitrile and 5 mM ammonium acetate. The detection was carried out on a triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometer equipped with electrospray ionization source switched between negative and positive modes. HSYA was monitored in negative ionization mode from 0 to 4.9 min, and ASIV, CAG, calycosin, C‐3′‐G and C‐3′‐S were determined in positive ionization mode from 4.9 to 10 min. The lower limits of quantification of the analytes were 6.25 ng/mL for HSYA, 0.781 ng/mL for CAG and 1.56 ng/mL for ASIV and calycosin. The intra‐ and inter‐assay precision (RSD) values were within 13.43%, and accuracy (RE) ranged from ?8.75 to 9.92%. The validated method was then applied to the pharmacokinetic study of HSYA, ASIV, CAG, calycosin, C‐3′‐G and C‐3′‐S in rat after an oral administration of Huangqi–Honghua extract.     

织构C60薄膜的生长与光致发光特性

用Hot Wal方法，在氟金云母单晶上生长出了（111）织构的C₆₀薄膜．用X射线衍射、Raman散射、扫描电子显微镜和原子力显微镜研究了织构C₆₀薄膜的结晶质量和结构特性．测量了织构C₆₀薄膜在室温300K和低温77K的光致发光光谱．对所得结果进行了分析与讨论 关键词：     

金属与金刚石薄膜接触的电学特性研究

用热丝辅助化学汽相沉积技术在Si衬底上合成了含少量受主型杂质的近于本征的金刚石薄膜，并研究了三种金属（Cu，Ag和Al）与它接触的电学特性，以及退火对接触特性的影响．结果表明Cu，Ag与金刚石薄膜接触的电学特性比较类似，而Al则明显不同；而且退火对它们的接触特性影响很大 关键词：     

Studies on basicity of alkali metal catron exchanged β and X zeolites by pyrrole-IR spectroscopy

The strength of basic sites has been measured by pyrrole-IR on alkali metal cation exchanged β and X zeolites, as well as NaOH loaded Naβ. The influence of cation type and the structure of zeolites on their basicity has been studied. The acidic and basic properties of the samples were investigated by NH3-TPD and isopropanol reaction. It was shown that the strength of basic sites on samples could be characterized by the shift of vNH band in the pyrrole-IR spectra. The framework oxygen charges were calculated from the Sanderson electronegativity. The changes in basic properties with various alkali metal cation are consistent with the changes of local oxygen charges of the zeolite framework.     

介质折射率对一维三元光子晶体带隙的影响

利用光学传输矩阵法,数值模拟了一维二元、三元光子晶体的带隙结构,得出:三元光子晶体的主带隙略宽于二元光子晶体的主带隙;三元光子晶体的主带隙主要取决于最高折射率的介质和最低折射率的介质,而与居于两者之间的介质关系不大,并作出了相应的关系曲线。最后推导了三元光子晶体的色散关系。     

O′-β′复相Sialon陶瓷中相组成的控制

用Si₃N₄,SiO₂和Al₂O_?作原料,以Y₂O_?为添加剂,研究了O’-β’所在的四个相容性区中组成,于1400—1800℃之间,O’和β’的形成动力学。O’于1400℃开始生成,1600℃达到最大形成量。高于1600℃,O’减少乃至消失。研究发现,O’的这种不稳定性,并非自身热分解的结果。Al含量的增加,液相出现和β’的形成,才是导致O’-Sialon溶解而消失的原因。 此外,认为Si₃N₄-O’(x=0.3)-Y₂Si₂O₇-YAG相容性区,是在制备具有合理的O’-β’平衡相组成的复相陶瓷时,可供实际选用的组成区。     

The effects of doubly excited states on ionization balance

The effects of highly doubly excited states on ionization balance are investigated. In the calculation, A Collisional-Radiative model in Detailed-Configuration-Accounting (DCA) is applied to population calculations for NLTE plasmas. Configuration-averaged rate coefficients that needed in the rate equations are obtained based on the first order perturbation theory. The Hatree-Fock-Slater self-consistent-field method is used to calculate the electron wave functions. The mean ionization stage of high-Z plasma Lu is presented. The comparison shows that the mean ionization stage increases more than 3 stages when doubly excited states 5l6l' and 5l5l' are not included in the population calculations.
