KF-Al2O3催化合成2-甲基-1-苄基苯并咪唑   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
苯并咪唑类杂环化合物具有杀菌、消炎、抗癌、抗氧化的活性,广泛用于食品的防虫和防腐,用于动、植物病毒的防治,人体疾病和肿瘤的防治[1-3],本文用KF Al2O3作催化剂,用DMF为溶剂,利用2 甲基苯并咪唑与苄基溴反应合成2 甲基 1 苄基苯并咪唑的新型方法,考察了诸因素对产率的影响,找出了最佳的反应条件。合成路线如下:1 实验部分1 1 仪器与试剂Brurer AM 500超导核磁共振波谱仪(溶剂CDCl3);CarloErbal1106型元素分析仪,NicoletIm pact410型红外光谱仪,KBr压片,HP1100型和Finnigan FTMS 2000型质谱仪(以上均由华东理工大学分析…  相似文献

After the laser was invented in 1960, a phase conjugation mirror has been respected to be the most fantastic one for the laser resonator composition because it can compensate any distortions of the laser beams occurred by the many inhomogenuities of the laser media and optical components. Among the many phase conjugation configurations, the stimulated Brillouin scattering phase conjugation mirror is the most simple one and many researchers have tried to utilize it to develop high power/energy laser systems. For realizing a high energy/power laser system the thermal problem is the most difficult to solve, and some researchers suggested a beam combination technique to reduce the thermal load of the big laser media to many small sized ones. To accomplish the beam combination using stimulated Brillouin scattering phase conjugation mirrors (SBS-PCMs), it is necessary to lock/control the phases of the SBS-PCMs. And some researchers have developed several ways for it, but they can lock the phases of a limited number of beams overlapped at the foci less than 5, or lock the phases by back-seeding technique but it loses the phase conjugation characteristics. For realization of the laser fusion driver, it is necessary to combine more than 10 or 100 beams. And the authors have developed recently a new phase controlling/locking technique which is isolated and independent totally from other beams and it can be applied to an unlimited number of beams in principle.  相似文献

Addition of the configurationally stable organolithium species produced by enantioselective deprotonation of N-Boc-N-(p-methoxyphenyl) allylamines to alpha,beta-unsaturated carbonyl compounds affords 1,4-addition products in good yields with high diastereomeric and enantiomeric ratios. Further transformations of these compounds provide [3.3.0]-, [4.3.0]-, [5.3.0]-, and [5.4.0]-carbocycles and heterocycles with high stereoselectivities.  相似文献

The sequence of beta-lithiation and electrophilic substitution of beta-aryl secondary amides is reported. The lithiations occur regioselectively at the beta-position, and the resulting lithiated intermediates can be reacted with a wide range of electrophiles to give substituted products. Reactions of beta-lithiated amides bearing an alpha-substituent provide substituted products with high diastereoselectivity. Electrophilic substitutions of beta-lithiated N-methylamides in the presence of the chiral diamine (-)-sparteine provide highly enantioenriched products. The methodology is used to synthesize enantioenriched beta-aryl beta-substituted amides, acids, and lactones.  相似文献

Highly enantioenriched quaternary centers are obtained by the reaction of chiral lithiated intermediates complexed to (-)-sparteine with tetrasubstituted, alpha,alpha-dinitrile activated olefins. Lithiated N-Boc-N-Aryl benzylamine furnishes products with drs from 78:22 to 95:5, with ers exceeding 94:6. Lithiated N-Boc-N-Aryl allylamine reactants provide enecarbamate products with drs from 55:45 to 99:1, with ers ranging from 87:13 to 97:3.  相似文献

Lithiation of N-(Boc)-N-(p-methoxyphenyl) allylic amines in the presence of (-)-sparteine provides asymmetric homoenolate equivalents which react with electrophiles to provide highly enantioenriched enecarbamates. Acidic hydrolysis of the enecarbamates can provide the corresponding beta-substituted aldehydes. A synthetic sequence that involves a stereocontrolled intramolecular nitrone-olefin dipolar cycloaddition has been developed for the preparation of enantioenriched 2-formyl-4-phenyl-1-aminocyclopentanes from one beta-allyl-substituted aldehyde. Further manipulations allow access to an enantioenriched beta-lactam. In another synthetic sequence, transmetalation of the lithiated intermediates and reactions with aldehyde electrophiles can be controlled to afford highly enantioenriched anti homoaldol products. Use of an anti aldehyde homoaldol product as the chiral electrophile in an iterative reaction provides a double homoaldol product containing four stereogenic centers with high diastereoselectivity and enantioselectivity. Reaction pathways are proposed to account for the observed products.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] (-)-Sparteine-mediated asymmetric lithiation-substitution sequences of 2- and 3-substituted N-(Boc)-N-(p-methoxyphenyl) allylic amines with electrophiles have been investigated. Asymmetric lithiation-substitutions of N-(Boc)-N-(p-methoxyphenyl) allylic amines 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15 provide highly enantioenriched enecarbamates in good yields. Further transformations to give aldehydes, acids, ketones, and a Diels-Alder adduct are reported. The 1,4-addition products from reactions of the lithiated allylic amines from 14 and 15 with conjugated activated alkenes gives enecarbamates with two and three stereogenic centers in good yields with high diastereomeric and enantiomeric ratios. Synthetic transformation of these products by acid hydrolysis and subsequent cyclization provide stereoselective access to bicyclic compounds containing four and five stereogenic centers with high diastereoselectivity and enantioselectivity. It is suggested that allyllithium complexes generated by asymmetric deprotonation react with most electrophiles with inversion of configuration.  相似文献

One-dimensional modelling was applied to a TEA CO2 laser whose discharge volume was divided into multiple narrow channels. Each of these channels was regarded as a separate laser channel in which a circuit-coupled kinetic model was employed to compute its discharge formation, and a rate-equation model was used to predict its laser output. Such a one-dimensional model could be employed to study the spatial variation in the transverse discharge—due mainly to a one-sided ultraviolet-preionization and the electrode contour—and its effects on the laser output. Reasonably good agreement was obtained between the one-dimensional model and the experiment, which employed a pair of Ernst profile electrodes.  相似文献

We have found that it is possible to preserve the temporal waveform of the reflected wave generated from stimulated Brillouin scattering (SBS) by using a prepulse technique. The waveform of the SBS wave usually shows a steep rising edge in the ordinary SBS process. It has been found that the waveform of the reflected wave depends on both the prepulse energy and the time delay between the main pulse and the prepulses. A prepulse energy of 5 mJ and a time delay of 5 ns have been measured to be the optimum values under the experimental conditions. This prepulse method is useful in developing a multistage system employing several SBS cells in series for high-power laser applications.  相似文献
