Summary The objective of this study was to use synchrotron radiation total reflection X-ray fluorescence analysis (SR-TXRF) for the determination of metals and other elements in food available to the population in commercial establishments, in order to evaluate the risks of contamination by these products. The analyzed species were vegetables, leafy vegetables, fruits, cereal and grain. The results indicated that some species were contaminated by Cr, Cu, Zn and Pb with concentrations much higher than the reference values.  相似文献

One of the difficulties frequently encountered when studying acid–base equilibria with NMR spectroscopy is the labile behaviour of the measured signal, which hinders the application of bilinear multivariate data analysis methods. In this work, a mathematical transformation is proposed for the conversion of NMR labile signals to inert signals, which make possible the application of multivariate data analysis methods, based on bilinear data models. The procedure has been applied to the analysis of NMR data corresponding to the acid–base equilibria of nucleotides dCMP and dGMP. Both hard-modelling (EQUISPEC) and soft-modelling (MCR-ALS) approaches have been applied for the analysis and resolution of transformed bilinear NMR data matrices.  相似文献

Automation by flow injection analysis with Spectrophotometric detection of the determination of total amino acids and proteins witho-phthalaldehyde is not straightforward. The use of spectrophotometry, instead of spectrofluorimetry, and of N-acetyl-L-cysteine, instead of the conventional mercaptoethanol is advantageous because of the lower variability of absorptivities with respect to fluorescence yields, and the larger stability of the derivatives. Under adequate working conditions and with leucine as reference, the procedure can be used for the evaluation of total amino acids. A similar procedure is proposed for the analysis of proteins in a sample. Limits of detection are 1 × 10–5 M for amino acids, and 1 × 10–6 M for proteins, respectively.  相似文献

Summary In this study the concentrations of P, S, Cl, K, Ca, Mn, Fe, Zn and Br in twenty-nine brands of national and international beers were determined by synchrotron radiation total reflection X-ray fluorescence analysis (SR-TXRF). The results were compared with the limits established by the Brazilian legislation and the nutritional values established by National Agricultural Library (NAL, USA). The measurements were performed at the X-Ray Fluorescence Beamline at Brazilian National Synchrotron Light Laboratory, in Campinas, S?o Paulo, Brazil, using a polychromatic beam for excitation. A small volume of 5 ml of beers containing an internal standard used to correct geometry effects was analyzed without pretreatment. The measuring time was 100 seconds and the detection limits obtained varied from 1 mg . l-1 for Mn and Fe to 15 mg . l-1 for P.  相似文献

In this paper we show that the local time of the Brownian motion belongs to the Sobolev space for any p2 and 0<<1/p. In order to prove this result we first discuss the smoothness and integrability properties of the composition of the Dirac function with a Wiener integral W(h), and we show that this composition belongs to , for any >0 and p>1 such that +1/p>1.  相似文献

TiO2 sol-gel layer has been deposited on single crystal sapphire (0 0 0 1) substrate. Evolution of the layer microstructure with the thermal treatment in the range 100-1100 °C has been studied using X-ray diffraction and X-ray reflectometry. TiO2 layer density first increases with temperature up to 800 °C and then decreases with the appearance of a high roughness finally leading to anatase islands formation. The single crystal nature of the substrate seems to contribute to hinder the transformation of the anatase phase into the rutile phase and to induce a preferred orientation of the TiO2 islands.  相似文献

The Wacker process consists of the oxidation of ethylene catalyzed by a PdII complex. The reaction mechanism has been largely debated in the literature; two modes for the nucleophilic addition of water to a Pd‐coordinated alkene have been proposed: syn‐inner‐ and anti‐outer‐sphere mechanisms. These reaction steps have been theoretically evaluated by means of ab initio molecular dynamics combined with metadynamics by placing the [Pd(C2H4)Cl2(H2O)] complex in a box of water molecules, thereby resembling experimental conditions at low [Cl?]. The nucleophilic addition has also been evaluated for the [Pd(C2H4)Cl3]? complex, thus revealing that the water by chloride ligand substitution trans to ethene is kinetically favored over the generally assumed cis species in water. Hence, the resulting trans species can only directly undertake the outer‐sphere nucleophilic addition, whereas the inner‐sphere mechanism is hindered since the attacking water is located trans to ethene. In addition, all the simulations from the [Pd(C2H4)Cl2(H2O)] species (either cis or trans) support an outer‐sphere mechanism with a free‐energy barrier compatible with that obtained experimentally, whereas that for the inner‐sphere mechanism is significantly higher. Moreover, additional processes for a global understanding of the Wacker process in solution have also been identified, such as ligand substitutions, proton transfers that involve the aquo ligand, and the importance of the trans effect of the ethylene in the nucleophilic addition attack.  相似文献

A suitable canonical Lévy process is constructed in order to study a Malliavin calculus based on a chaotic representation property of Lévy processes proved by Itô using multiple two-parameter integrals. In this setup, the two-parameter derivative Dt,xDt,x is studied, depending on whether x=0x=0 or x≠0x0; in the first case, we prove a chain rule; in the second case, a formula by trajectories.  相似文献
