Results of research work on oxidation of TiC/C nano-composites in air and under non-isothermal conditions are presented. The oxidation of nano-crystalline titanium carbide as well as its carbon composites were studied using TG-DSC method in dry air atmosphere. The investigated samples were as follows: commercial TiC nano-powders from Alfa Aesar (80 nm) and carbon composites including nano-crystalline TiC (30 nm and 50, 10, 3 mass% of carbon in matrix). The measurements were executed in the Setaram thermoanalyser TG-DSC 92-15 in non-isothermal conditions, with mass samples of 30±0.2 mg and constant heating rate in the range 2–10 K min−1.  相似文献

In order to optimize the physical properties of HTSC small single crystals grown from a melt for basic studies of their physical properties the influence of the environment on their impurity content was investigated by EPMA. This requires quantitative analysis of all elements being present in the crystals. The accuracy of results was affected by problems with the choice and quality of standards, by contamination but also by malfunction of microprobe electronics. The HTSC materials were found to react with mills, milling balls, crucibles and the atmosphere. These problems are being discussed and some reactions being studied for Y1Ba2Cu3O6+x (0 < x < 1) HTSC in A12O3 and ZrO2 crucibles. The crystals grown contain reproducible amounts of impurities depending on boundary conditions and exhibit a zone structure in composition particularly for Y and Ba within their range of homogeneity.  相似文献

Nickel thin films have been sputtered on standard Si/SiO2 substrates with TiO2 as an adhesive layer. The thermal stability of these substrates was analyzed. SEM images show an increase in grain size with annealing temperature. They were found to be stable till 800°C, beyond which the nickel layer disintegrated. These substrates were used for deposition of BaTiO3 and (Ba,Sr)TiO3 dielectric thin films under a reducing atmosphere. The dielectric thin films were processed with various pyrolysis and annealing temperatures in order to optimize the dielectric properties. Increased pyrolysis temperatures showed an increase in the grain size. Results on these nickelised substrates were finally compared with dielectric films deposited on platinized silicon substrates under identical conditions but crystallized in an oxygen atmosphere.  相似文献

Synthesis and Analytical Characterization of Functionalized β‐Hydroxydithiocinnamic Acids and their Esters. Complex Chemistry towards Nickel(II), Palladium(II), and Platin(II) Starting from silyl‐protected 4‐hydroxy acetophenone ( 1 ) the 1,1‐ethenedihiolato complexes 3 – 5 were synthesised using carbon disulfide and potassium‐tert‐butylate as a base. After being deprotected, the resulting 4‐hydroxy‐substituted complexes 6 – 8 were esterified with DL‐α‐lipoic acid to obtain the compounds 9 – 11 . The resulting complexes were characterized using NMR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry and IR spectroscopy. 3‐substituted β‐hydroxydithiocinnamic acid methyl ester ( 12 ) was obtained via an analogous path of reaction using silyl‐protected 3‐hydroxy acetophenone ( 2 ), carbon disulfide and methyl iodide. After removing of the silyl group the resulting hydroxy group was esterified with DL‐α‐lipoic acid. Using the dithioacid ester 14 as a ligand the NiII ( 15 ), PdII ( 16 ) and PtII ( 17 ) [O,S] complexes were obtained.  相似文献

A new chemical solution deposition (CSD) route for the fabrication of Ba0.7Sr0.3TiO3 (BST) thin films has been developed which completely prevents the formation of an intermediate oxo-carbonate phase. The latter has been reported previously by several authors to be responsible for increased crystallization temperatures. Barium and strontium diaminoethoxides were synthesized starting from pure barium and strontium metal and aminoethanol. These alkoxides were found to be readily soluble in a wide range of solvents and thus were excellent candidates for the CSD process. To prepare a stable precursor solution the aminoalkoxides were dissolved in 2-butoxyethanol and then used for the deposition of BST thin films. We conclude that the minimum crystallization temperature of 600C to be independent of the formation of the oxo-carbonate phase. DTA-TGA were performed on the precursors and their solutions to study their decomposition behaviour. All films annealed at different temperatures were physically characterized by XRD, IR, and SEM. The films prepared by this route at 650C were found to have high dielectric constant and the leakage currents were comparable to BST films prepared by normal carboxylate based routes at 750C.  相似文献

The formation of free radicals due to homolytic chain fission occurring in the course of stretching and grinding of synthetic organic fibres (polyester, polyamide, and viscose fibres) has been investigated by means of ESR spectroscopy.

In the classicalp-center location model on a network there is a set of customers, and the primary objective is to selectp service centers that will minimize the maximum distance of a customer to a closest center. Suppose that thep centers receive their supplies from an existing central depot on the network, e.g. a warehouse. Thus, a secondary objective is to locate the centers that optimize the primary objective as close as possible to the central depot. We consider tree networks and twop-center models. We show that the set of optimal solutions to the primary objective has a semilattice structure with respect to some natural ordering. Using this property we prove that there is ap-center solution to the primary objective that simultaneously minimizes every secondary objective function which is monotone nondecreasing in the distances of thep centers from the existing central depot.Restricting the location models to a rooted path network (real line) we prove that the above results hold for the respective classicalp-median problems as well.  相似文献
