A method for the preparation of calcium phosphate particles is optimized. Particles with entrapped superoxide dismutase are obtained. The size, surface charge, and stability of the calcium phosphate particles are determined under different conditions. The kinetics of the enzyme release from the particles and the influence of the drug release on the size and surface charge of the particles are investigated. On the rabbit model of immunogenic uveitis (the model of an inflammatory process in the eye accompanied by oxidative stress), it is shown that superoxide dismutase enclosed in calcium phosphate particles has a higher antiinflammatory effect than superoxide dismutase in an aqueous solution. 相似文献

A comparison of the atmospheric absorption calculated with different data banks of water vapour absorption lines is made. The HITRAN database, Barber-Tennyson line list (BT2), calculation of Partridge and Schwenke (PS) are considered. The contribution of H2O lines, absent in HITRAN, to the atmospheric transmission, calculated with 10 cm−1 spectral resolution in the 10 000-20 000 cm−1 spectral region is up to 1.5% for a vertical path and 4% for a solar zenith angle of 70 deg. The highest difference is observed in the 940 nm band. The incoming fluxes of solar radiation, measured by a rotating solar spectroradiometer, were modeled with BT2 and HITRAN database. The difference between measured and calculated fluxes does not exceed the instrumental uncertainties. 相似文献

Atmospheric methane content can be retrieved from measurements of solar radiation attenuated by the atmosphere in the near infrared spectral region where the space-borne and ground-based spectrometers carry out regular measurements. It is shown, in the present work, that the different spectroscopic databases can give significantly different results for both forward simulations of the atmospheric transmittance and the inverse problem solution to retrieve the CH4 total content in the atmosphere using spectra measured by ground-based FTIR spectrometer in the near infrared spectral region. These discrepancies and the problem of the reduction of their influence on the atmospheric radiation transfer calculations are discussed. A comparison of atmospheric ground-based measured and simulated spectra, modelled with different CH4 databases, is presented. 相似文献
