Dispersion interaction between helium pair from hydrodynamic analogy to quantum mechanics

Frequency-dependent multipole polarizabilities of the He sequence have been calculated from a hydrodynamic model of quantum mechanics and using an independent-particle model Hamiltonian. Our present scheme is parallel to the uncoupled Hartree–Fock approximation so our values of polarizabilities, multipole transition energies and dispersion force coefficients between the He? He pair are comparable with earlier works using the uncoupled Hartree–Fock approximation.     

Long-Range interaction coefficients between H,He+, He,and Li+

Using the new expression for the dynamic multipole polarizabilities in terms of effective oscillator strengths and effective transition energies derived from the variational procedure based on the total energy expansion in terms of induced multipole moments, we have calculated the long-range dispersion force coefficients and the leading relativistic correction to the long-range potential between H, He⁺, He, and Li⁺. We have in addition calculated the oscillator strength sum rules for the above systems. Our results are comparable with those obtained using both a hydrodynamic model to quantum mechanics and double perturbation theory.     

Dynamic multipole polarizabilities of atomic systems

Two previous schemes for the calculation of dynamic multipole polarizabilities of atomic systems, namely, a hydrodynamic analogy to quantum mechanics and a perturbation expansion of the energy in multipoles, follow also from the conventional time-dependent perturbation scheme.     

Atomic static multipole polarizabilities

Rivail and Rinaldi's scheme to work out the quantum static multipole polarizabilities have been extended to recover convergence in it. Our expressions give exact static multipole polarizabilities for the atomic hydrogen and give reasonable values for He-sequence.

应变式压杆压力传感器在冲击波载荷测试中的应用

在近区爆炸冲击波载荷测量中,压电式压力传感器因上升时间短且强度高的高频压力脉冲作用而可能产生疲劳和过载失效。本文根据应力波在细长圆柱弹性杆中的传播特性,设计了一种应变式压杆压力传感器,当圆柱杆的一端受到压力波作用时,产生的弹性应力波沿杆轴向传播,通过测量杆的轴向应变可计算出杆中传播的应力波,从而得到作用在杆端的压力波。为了检验压杆压力传感器的性能,采用一个厚壁圆柱形爆炸容器,并将传感器安装在容器壁面不同位置上,测量中心装药产生的爆炸冲击波载荷,经反复试验,结果表明这种传感器性能是稳定可靠的。     

On the theory of the oscillatory survival probability in noble gas ion-surface scattering

We present a simple analytic model of neutralisation of ions colliding with solid surfaces. The model is applied to 0.3–2.0 keV He⁺ scattered from Pb and Ga. We obtain, for appropriate values of the parameters, good agreement with the experimental data.     

Leading relativistic correction to the interaction coefficients between atoms and molecules using Borel integral II

Lower and upper bounds to the leading relativistic correction to the interaction coefficients between H, He, Ne, Kr, and Xe atoms, and H₂ and N₂ molecules have been evaluated by using Borel integral for the dynamic dipole polarizability. Our results for these bounds are in agreement with others.     

Dispersion interaction coefficients between hydrogen and inert gas atoms

The lower and the upper bounds for the dispersion force coefficients between hydrogen and inert gas atoms have been evaluated by using Borel integral for the dynamic multipole polarizabilities. Our evaluation for these bounds are found to be more encouraging when compared with others.
