The statistics of left-and right-handed vortical magnetization states in a system of submicron-sized ferromagnetic disks is studied experimentally. Lattices of elliptic cobalt particles with a planar size of 750 × 450 nm and a thickness of 25 nm were formed using high-resolution electronic lithography. To visualize the magnetization distributions in the disks, magnetic force microscopy was used. The experimental results indicate the conservation of magnetic chiral symmetry in cobalt ferromagnetic particles of the above size and shape.  相似文献

The effect of an array of ferromagnetic nanoparticles on the field-dependent critical current of the short overlap Josephson junction is experimentally studied. Large reversible variations of the maximum critical current are observed depending on the magnetic state of the particles. The pronounced commensurability effects are detected which are proved by the additional peaks of magnetic field induced diffraction pattern.  相似文献

The effect of nonreciprocal transmission of thermal neutrons (λ = 3–6 Å) through a system of magnetic mirrors with a noncoplanar distribution of the magnetic induction is predicted and observed experimentally. The relative difference between the transmittances for the direct and inverse processes reaches 75%. Thereby, the feasibility of a nonreciprocal cell for spin-1/2 particles is demonstrated.  相似文献

A new method for forming submicron magnetic tunnel junctions consisting of two CoFe ferromagnetic layers separated by a dielectric TaO x spacer is proposed. It is shown that the tunnel magnetoresistance effect can be used for studying the features of magnetization reversal of bilayer ferromagnetic nanoparticles.  相似文献

The results of polarized neutron reflectometry investigations of the magnetic state of the Nb(500 Å) superconductor-57Fe(39 Å) ferromagnet-Si(34 Å)/Mo(34 Å)]40 superconductor nanostructure in the temperature range 2–60 K in the magnetic field with a strength of 0.5 kOe are presented. A decrease in magnetization in an iron layer for the transition of Nb(500 Å) and [Si(34 Å)/Mo(34 A)]40 layers to the superconducting state has been found.  相似文献

The vibronic vapour phase photoacoustic spectrum of Br2 in the wavelength region 505–541 nm (19796–18480 cm−1) has been recorded using microphone as well as pump-probe method. Discrete vibronic bands superimposed on a monotonically increasing continuum background towards the dissociation limit results from the overlapping B 3Π 0u /+X 1Σ g /+ and 1Π1u X 1Σ g /+ electronic transitions. Vibronic bands originating from υ″=0 have been used to estimate the relative rate of non-radiative relaxation as a function of the excited state B 3Π0u vibrational quantum number υ′. A comparison with the optical absorption spectroscopy of Br2 leads to the identification of three broad spectral regions between 505 and 541 nm (19796 and 18480 cm−1) on the basis of different non-radiative relaxation processes.  相似文献

The dependence of the magnetization reversal field of an elliptic submicrometer magnetic particle on the parameters of the material and sample configuration has been numerically studied. A method for calculating the magnetostatic field using the Fourier transform has been described in detail. The simulation results have demonstrated, in particular, that the normalized magnetization reversal field of a particle is independent of the exchange length at its rather large values.  相似文献
