通过测量252Cf自发裂变所产生的瞬发γ射线, 对146Ce核的高自旋结构进行了重新研究, 结果更新了以前报道的能级纲图, 把八级形变集体带扩展到更高的自旋, 并且重新构建了可能的准γ带结构. 此外, 用反射不对称壳模型(RASM)对146Ce核的八级形变带进行了计算, 低自旋处的计算结果与实验数据符合得很好.  相似文献

The hot bimodal fission of 252Cf is reexamined with new high-statistics data. We constructed a γ-γ-γ coincidence cube for binary fission and LCP-gated γ-γ matrix for ternary fission. By identifying the secondary fission fragments from their γ-ray transitions, we measured the yields for various fission splits. The normal neutron yield distribution is found to be Gaussian for Xe-Ru. However, the binary fission split of Ba-Mo is found to exhibit a bimodal neutron distribution with the “hot mode” corresponding to ≈3.1% of the total yield. In α ternary fission, the first measurements of yields for specific fission splits are presented. The Te-α-Ru and Xe-α-Mo neutron yields fit well with a single mode, but the Ba-α-Zr split shows evidence for an enhanced hot mode with an intensity of ≈13.8% of the normal mode. Ternary fission of 252Cf was studied at Gammasphere using eight ΔE×E particle telescopes. Helium, beryllium, boron, and carbon light charged particles (LCPs) emitted with kinetic energy more than 9, 21, 26, and 32 MeV, respectively, were identified. The 3368-keV γ transition from the first 2+ excited state in 10Be was found and the population probability ratio N(2+)/N(0+) = 0.160 ± 0.025 was estimated. No evidence was found for 3368-keV γ rays emitted from a triple molecular state. For the first time, charge distributions are obtained for ternary fission fragments emitted with helium, beryllium, and carbon LCPs.  相似文献

The energy levels of 182Hg have been identified for the first time through comparison of in-beam studies of the reactions 156,154Gd(32S, 4n)184,182Hg and γ-X-ray coincidences. Levels up to 12+ in 182Hg were established from γ-γ coincidences and singles measurements. The data establish that the ground state shape is near spherical, and that the ground band is crossed by a well-deformed band at 4+. In contrast to IBA model predictions that the deformed band will rise in energy in 182Hg compared to 184Hg, the energies of the deformed levels in 182Hg continue to drop.  相似文献

The decay of 12.4 y152Eu to152Sm and152Gd was studied in a high resolution singles measurement and two 4096×2048 Ge(Li)-Ge(Li) coincidence studies. Forty-five gates were analyzed in order to confirm or establish the placement of the γ rays as well as to accurately determine the intensities of the 12 doublets, which included several not previously reported. A new γ-β interband transition, 4 γ + →2 β + (561.4 keV), a possible 3 γ + →2 β + (423.7 keV) transition, and a new 330.9 keV transition between the 4 γ + level and theI π K=3?0 octupole level were established from coincidence data. Levels at 1757.0 keV in152Sm and 1282.5, 1318.7, and 1692.2 keV in152Gd are now established on the basis of coincidence data. These data also establish for the first time the population in the152Eu decay levels at 1680.0 and 1047.9 keV in152Sm and152Gd, respectively, as well as a new level at 1700.8 keV in152Sm.  相似文献

The levels in 162Gd were identified in spontaneous fission studies. Its transition energies are remarkably similar to those in 160Gd. From that work, an analysis of yrast bands in even-even proton to neutron-rich Ba to Pb nuclei led to the discovery of a new phenomenon, shifted identical bands (SIB). SIBs are yrast bands in neighboring nuclei (a, b) with moments of inertia which are identical when shifted by a constant amount κ, so J 1a (1+κ)=J 1b , from 2+ to 8+ and higher to 16+. Out of over 700 comparisons, 55 SIBs were found from stable to the most neutron-rich Ce-W nuclei with $\left| {\bar k} \right|$ between 1.5% and 13%, where the spread in κ is less than ±1%, and only four identical bands ( $\bar k \cong 0$ ). As examples, we found for 158Sm-160Gd, $\bar k = \left( { - 3.2_{ - 0.2}^{ + 0.1} } \right)\%$ (where the ± is the total spread in κ from ?3.1 to ?3.4); 156Nd-160Gd, (?10.6 ?0.2 +0.4 )%; 158Sm-160Sm, (3.4 ?0.3 +0.5 )%. The J 1 values were fitted to a variable moment of inertia model with parameters J 0 and C whose values correlate with the SIB J 1 values. The SIBs are not correlated either with deformation or with the N p N n product of the IBA model.  相似文献

Experimental results on particle accompanied cold fission of 252Cf suggest the existence of a short-lived quasi-molecular state. Within our three-center phenomenological model, described in this paper, we found a possible explanation based on a new minimum in the deformation energy at a separation distance very close to the touching point. Half-lives of some quasimolecular states which could be formed in 10Be accompanied fission of 236U, 236Pu, 246Cm, 252Cf, 252,256Fm, 256,260No, and 262Rf are roughly estimated.  相似文献

We have used our analysis of γ-γ-γ data (5.7 × 1011 triples and higher folds) taken with Gammasphere from prompt γ rays emitted in the spontaneous fission of 252Cf to study the collective bands in 104,106,108Mo. The one-phonon and two-phonon γ-vibrational bands and known two-quasiparticle bands in neutron-rich 104,106Mo were extended to higher spins. The one-and two-phonon γ-vibrational bands have remarkably close energies for transitions from the same spin states and identical moments of inertia. Several new bands are observed and are proposed as quasiparticle bands in 104,106Mo, along with the first β-type vibrational band in 106Mo. The quasiparticle bands have essentially constant moments of inertia near the rigid-body value that indicate blocking of the pairing interaction. Candidates for chiral doublet bands in 106Mo are strong. These are the first reported chiral vibrational bands in an even-even nucleus. The text was submitted by the authors in English.  相似文献

This paper examines ways in which the addition of data modeling features can enhance the capabilities of mathematical modeling languages. It demonstrates how such integration is achieved as an application of the embedded languages technique proposed by Bhargava and Kimbrough [4]. Decision-making, and decision support systems, require the representation and manipulation of both data and mathematical models. Several data modeling languages as well as several mathematical modeling languages exist, but they have different sets of these capabilities. We motivate with a detailed example the need for the integration of these capabilities. We describe the benefits that might result, and claim that this could lead to a significant improvement in the functionality of model management systems. Then we present our approach for the integration of these languages, and specify how the claimed benefits can be realized.The author's work on this paper was performed in conjunction with research funded by the Naval Postgraduate School.  相似文献
