A nonlinear model is developed for the photoresponse of a bolometric structure taking into account the temperature dependences of the thermal constants of the YBaCuO/MgO structure and its boundary thermal resistance. The model also allows for the specific form of the currentvoltage characteristic of YBaCuO and the heat release from the transport current flow. A comparison between the experimental data and the model showed that the nonlinear thermal model accurately describes the temporal characteristics of the photoresponse. Fiz. Tverd. Electrophysical methods and ESR measurements have been used to investigate the changes, photosensitized by molecules of rhodamine B (RB), in the charge states of electron traps created by molecules of p-benzoquinone (pBQ) in the Ge/GeO2 system. The results obtained in studying the quenching of fluorescence of RB molecules indicate that the photodestruction of electron traps is due to transfer of electronic excitation energy traps is due to transfer of electronic oxidation energy from the RB molecules to charged complexes formed upon adsorption of the pBQ. The suitability of laser ablation inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (LA-ICP-MS) for precise analysis of YNi(2)B(2)C has been investigated. The intensity ratios B/Y and Ni/Y were found to vary during ablation as a function of the ablation conditions. This could be because of fractionation, owing to incongruent ablation or transport and plasma effects. The bottoms and surroundings of the craters were investigated by scanning Auger electron spectrometry. The bottoms of the craters produced by ablation are covered with a thin oxide comparable with that on the polished crystal surface.The craters are surrounded by an oxide layer the dimensions and thickness of which depend on the laser conditions. The formation of this oxide can be assumed to be a result of partial oxidation of sample material during the ablation process; the oxide is then redeposited around the laser crater.  相似文献

The influence of small doses of radiation on the structure-sensitive properties of CuTi amorphous metallic alloy (AMA) is investigated. The AMA exhibit brittle behavior. It is found that, in samples exposed to radiation, the nonlinear behavior of the load-elongation curve is more pronounced and begins sooner. A small change in the fracture morphology in these samples is observed by raster electron microscopy. The additional broadening of the first amorphous maximum and its shift on the x-ray diffraction patterns correlates with increase in the dose. The modification of the structural-relaxation processes on heating the initial and irradiated samples is traced by the acoustic-emission method. The main concepts of the nature of electronically excited states in polyatomic molecules and the intramolecular and intermolecular processes of their evolution are reported. The dependence of the probabilities of these processes on the electronic structure of the molecule is considered. Possible mechanisms of the dissociation of electronically excited molecules with bond cleavage are discussed, and the theoretical results of this consideration are given. The experimental data obtained by the authors are interpreted. In this case, attention is focused on C-H-bond photodissociation processes in a condensed phase, which are the best studied processes. The dissociation of other bonds is briefly discussed.  相似文献

Herein, we report a practical synthesis of 2-D-l-tryptophan via sequential Ir-catalyzed CH borylation, and Ir-catalyzed C-2-deborylative deuteration steps. In this synthetic sequence, deprotection of the Boc and methyl ester groups proved challenging, due to replacement of deuterium with hydrogen. However, mild deprotection conditions were developed to avoid this D/H scrambling. Further, 2-D-L-Tryptophan is stable in many buffers used for biological studies.  相似文献
