Results of studying a holographic memory to write/read digital data pages are presented. The research has been carried out in Novosibirsk, Russia. Great attention was paid to methods of improving recording density and the reliability of data reading, the development of ‘dry’ photopolymers that provide recording of superimposed three-dimensional phase holograms, and the designing of parallel optic input large-scale integration (LSI) for reading and logical processing of data arriving from the holographic memory.  相似文献

An efficient protocol for the synthesis of highly functionalized 2-aminoindolizines and pyrido[3,2-a]indolizines has been achieved via the reaction of N-RC(O)CH2-2-chloropyridinium bromides with 2-amino-1,1,3-tricyanopropene in the presence of Et3N. The reaction of N-allyl-2-chloropyridinium bromide with 2-amino-1,1,3-tricyanopropene in the presence of Et3N gives 3-[1-allylpyridin-2(1Н)-ylidene]-2-aminoprop-1-ene-1,1,3-tricarbonitrile, which could be cyclized to give [2-amino-(2-amino-3-vinylindolizin-1-yl)methylene]malononitrile upon treatment with KOH–DMF.  相似文献

Results obtained by the authors on the development of holographic methods for investigation of photopolymer materials are presented. We study the utility of standard graphites (GAK-2, GL-1, EUZ-M, and others) produced by the Zavalie Integrated Graphite Plant (ZGP) as active materials in lithium-ion batteries (LIBs). The structure and main electrochemical characteristics of these graphites are studied for choosing the best type of graphite and evaluating its utility for LIB production. The electrochemical characteristics of the best ZGP graphites and graphite for batteries produced by Superior Graphite Co. (USA), a worldwide leader of the graphite industry, are compared. Some tendencies in the effect of the structure and particle-size distribution on the electrochemical characteristics of graphite electrodes are determined. EUZ-M graphite modified by tin with amorphous carbon is prepared. The reversible capacity of this graphite in the cell against LiCoO2 exceeds 400 mA h/g. The increased reversible capacity is due to the contribution of components having higher specific parameters; the cycling stability is due to the core-shell structure.  相似文献
