A method for the determination of 5 triazine herbicides and 12 degradation products in environmental water samples using liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (LC/ESI/MS) has been developed. The pesticides in water were extracted with two types of solid phase: a styrene-divinylbenzene copolymer and a graphitized carbon black. Desorption solvents for the extracted compounds were acetone for the styrene-divinylbenzene copolymer and methanol for the graphitized carbon black. Overall recoveries from ground water and river water ranged from 73% to 111%. The limits of detection (LODs) were 0.2 to 28 ng l(-1). This method was applied to several ground water samples.  相似文献

The propulsion methods of the aquatic lives are the results of optimization by evolution and are useful for the design of swimming-robot, etc. Among them, loach has unique propulsion technique both bending its long body and shaking caudal fin. Our purpose of the research is to clarify its swimming mechanism through flow field analysis. Two dimensional motion and flow around it have been experimentally visualized by particle image velocimetry (PIV). Vortices around a loach and the interactions between the loach body and surrounding water are analyzed. Generating and growing vortices by bending its body, it pushes water backward to gain repulsing force, and it seems that moves through vortices reducing the resistance force at the same time. When a vortex reaches to the caudal fin, it accelerates both sides of the vortex pushing water backward and seems gaining propulsion utilizing the caudal fin. After moving forward, loach leaves a vortex street like reverse Karman vortices, which means that loach gains propulsion.  相似文献

7beta-Carbamoyl-4,5alpha-epoxymorphinans 5 were stereoselectively synthesized from the 7alpha-carboxylate intermediate 3 in the presence of 1,8-diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undec-7-ene (DBU) and amines under reflux conditions in mesitylene via a novel and reactive gamma-lactone 7. These were the first examples of the stereoselective syntheses of 7beta-substituted 4,5alpha-epoxymorphinans. The mechanism of the reaction process was elucidated as follows: 1) epimerization of 7alpha-carboxylate 3, 2) intramolecular lactonization of 7beta-carboxylate 6, and 3) aminolysis of the resultant gamma-lactone 7. The aminolysis of the isolated reactive gamma-lactone 7 with allylamine and the alcoholysis with MeOH in the presence of NaBH(4) proceeded at room temperature. The gamma-lactone 7 can be a useful intermediate for the preparation of 7beta-substituted 4,5alpha-epoxymorphinans that would be potent selective delta opioid receptor ligands. The stereoselective syntheses of the 7alpha-carbamoyl-4,5alpha-epoxymorphinans 9 from 7alpha-carboxylate 3 via 7alpha-carboxylic acid were also successful.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] The Sc(OTf)3/FERRODIOL (2) complex was prepared at -78 degrees C in CH2Cl2 in the presence of 2,6-lutidine and MS 4A. The chiral scandium Lewis acid-catalyzed asymmetric Diels-Alder reaction of cyclopentadiene (3) with 3-acyloxazolidin-2-ones (4) effectively produced the adduct (5) in a high yield with good selectivity, i.e., endo/exo = 90:10 up to 91% ee (endo).  相似文献

The effects of various salts and HClO4 on the configuration change of cobalt(II)-halide complexes in CHCl3/CTAC or CTAB/H2O reverse micelle systems were examined at 25 degrees C by means of spectrophotometry, where CTAC and CTAB represent cetyltrimethylammonium chloride and bromide, respectively. The formation of the [CoCl4]> or [CoBr4]2- species of the tetrahedral configuration from [Co(H2O)6]2+ of the octahedral configuration in the reverse micelles was greatly promoted not only by a decrease in the W value (W = [H2O]/[surfactant]), but also, at a constant W value (e.g., W = 2.0), by the addition of relatively low concentrations of salts or the acid (e.g., 4.0 mol dm(-3) in the aqueous phase or 4.0 x 10(-2) mol dm(-3) in the whole reverse micelle system). The effects of perchlorate salts increased as Na+ < or = Li+ approximately H+ < Sr2+ < Ca2+ < Mg2+. Non-metallic salts, various tetraalkylammonium (R4N+) salts at lower concentrations, gave minor effects. The enhanced effects of metal salts on the configuration change of the cobalt(II)-halide complexes were interpreted by a further distortion of the hydrogen-bonded structure of the water in a "water pool" in the presence of salts of even relatively low concentrations. A conformation change with increasing temperature was also attributed to a further distortion of the water structure. An almost completed formation of [CoBr4]2- as well as [CoCl4]2- was attained in the reverse micelles at a low W value of 0.69 containing LiClO4 or HClO4. A partial transfer of the [CoX4]2- species from a "water pool" into the CHCl3 phase by the addition of the metal salts may be suspected. An examination of cobalt(II)-bromide complexes in dichloromethane/CTAB/H2O at W = 1.3 - 5.55 justified all the arguments concerning the chloroform systems. The Raman spectra of D2O containing concentrated LiBr and LiClO4 have supplied conclusive evidence that the hydrogen-bonded structure of the bulk water is completely distorted by extremely concentrated salts.  相似文献

Nucleophilic ring‐opening reactions of 3‐aryl‐1‐benzylaziridine‐2‐carboxylates were examined by using O‐nucleophiles and aromatic C‐nucleophiles. The stereospecificity was found to depend on substrates and conditions used. Configuration inversion at C(3) was observed with O‐nucleophiles as a major reaction path in the ring‐opening reactions of aziridines carrying an electron‐poor aromatic moiety, whereas mixtures containing preferentially the syn‐diastereoisomer were generally obtained when electron‐rich aziridines were used (Tables 1–3). In the reactions of electron‐rich aziridines with C‐nucleophiles, SN2 reactions yielding anti‐type products were observed (Table 4). Reductive ring‐opening reaction by catalytic hydrogenation of (+)‐trans‐(2S,3R)‐3‐(1,3‐benzodioxol‐5‐yl)aziridine‐2‐carboxylate (+)‐trans‐ 3c afforded the corresponding α‐amino acid derivative, which was smoothly transformed into (+)‐tert‐butyl [(1R)‐2‐(1,3‐benzodioxol‐5‐yl)‐1‐methylethyl]carbamate((+)‐ 14 ) with high retention of optical purity (Scheme 6).  相似文献

A hydrogel‐based microchamber with organic electrodes for efficient electrical stimulations of human induced pluripotent stem cell‐derived cardiomyocytes (hiPSC‐CMs) is described. The microchamber is made from molecularly permeable, optically transparent, and electrically conductive polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) hydrogel and highly capacitive carbon electrode modified with poly(3,4‐ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT). Spheroids of hiPSC‐CMs are cultured in microchambers, and electrically stimulated by the electrode for maturation. The large interfacial capacitance of the electrodes enables several days of electrical stimulation without generation of cytotoxic bubbles even when the electrodes are placed near the spheroids. The spheroids can be cultivated in the closed microchambers because of the permeated nutrients through the hydrogel, thus the spheroids are stably addressable and the culture medium around the sealed microchambers can be simply exchanged. Synchronized beating of the spheroids can be optically analyzed in situ, which makes it possible to selectively collect electrically responsive cells for further use. As the hydrogel is electrically conductive, the amount of electrical charge needed for maturing the spheroids can be reduced by configuring electrodes on the top and the bottom of the microchamber. The bioreactor will be useful for efficient production of matured hiPSC‐CMs for regenerative medicine and drug screening.  相似文献

With the objective of understanding the kinetic redox properties of triphenylamine derivatives in association with chemical reactions, for their future application in functional organic semiconductor devices, the electrochemical characteristics of 4‐(2,2‐diphenylethenyl)‐N,N‐bis(4‐methylphenyl)‐benzenamine (TPA) were evaluated. Based on cyclic voltammograms of TPA on Pt disk electrodes with diameters of 300 μm and 10 μm at slow and fast scan rates in an acetonitrile solution, the TPA.+ is stable, while the TPA2+ is unstable. Importantly, the unstable TPA2+ appears to break down by a subsequent chemical reaction. A Cottrell plot analysis from chronoamperometry of a solution containing TPA reveals that both the first and second oxidations are one‐electron reactions. Concerning the stabilization mechanism of the first oxidation state of TPA, the results of molecular orbital calculations indicate that the electrons of the HOMO level are distributed in the triphenylamine group, which induces a resonance‐stabilized TPA.+. Based on these results, TPA/TPA.+ is suggested to have a sufficient stability for further application in organic semiconductor devices.  相似文献
