The joint probability distribution function (PDF) of the height and its gradients is derived for a zero tension d + 1-dimensional Kardar-Parisi-Zhang (KPZ) equation. It is proved that the height's PDF of zero tension KPZ equation shows lack of positivity after a finite time t c . The properties of zero tension KPZ equation and its differences with the case that it possess an infinitesimal surface tension is discussed. Also potential relation between the time scale t c and the singularity time scale t c.v→0 of the KPZ equation with an infinitesimal surface tension is investigated.  相似文献

The hydrodistilled oils from the aerial parts of Ferula latisecta and Mozaffariania insignis, which is endemic to Iran, were analyzed by GC and GC/MS. (Z)-Ocimenone (32.4%), (E)-ocimenone (20.3%), and cis-pinocarvone (11.4%) were the main components among the 22 constituents characterized in the oil of F. latisecta, representing 87.7% of the total components detected. Twenty-five compounds were identified in the oil of M. insignis, representing 99.0% of the total oil, with octyl acetate (41.1%), β-pinene (30.3%), and α-pinene (23.9%) as the main constituents. A study was conducted to investigate a photoneutron spectrum based on a 25 MeV electron linac for treatment of deep-seated brain tumors in the context of boron neutron capture therapy (BNCT). Based on a series of Mont Carlo N-Particle simulations, tungsten and uranium with optimized geometry were selected as the most appropriate converters for (e,γ) and (γ,n) reactions, respectively. The final optimized photoneutron source yield was 5.78 × 1013 n/s/mA, which is a high value for these kinds of sources. A beam shaping assembly (BSA) for the proposed neutron source containing optimal moderators, filter, reflector, and collimator was simulated. Results showed that using this BSA enables us to meet International atomic energy agency recommended figures of merit at the BSA beam port. Also, the calculated in-phantom figures of merit and dose evaluation results via a simulated head phantom confirmed that the designed neutron source and its related BSA configuration can potentially treat deep-seated brain tumors in BNCT framework. In the present study, some in-phantom figures of merit such as advantage depth, advantage depth dose rate, advantage ratio, and treatment time are 7.6 cm, 0.7 Gy/min, 4.2, and 17.8 min, respectively.  相似文献

Seaweeds can play a vital role in plant growth promotion. Two concentrations (5 and 10 mg/mL) of soluble polysaccharides extracted from the green macroalgae Ulva fasciata and Ulva lactuca were tested on Zea mays L. The carbohydrate and protein contents, and antioxidant activities (phenols, ascorbic, peroxidase, and catalase) were measured, as well as the protein banding patterns. The soluble polysaccharides at 5 mg/mL had the greatest effect on the base of all of the parameters. The highest effects of soluble polysaccharides on the Zea mays were 38.453, 96.76, 4, 835, 1.658, 7.462, and 38615.19, mg/mL for carbohydrates, proteins, phenol, µg ascorbic/mL, mg peroxidase/g dry tissue, and units/g tissue of catalase, respectively. The total number of protein bands (as determined by SDS PAGE) was not changed, but the density of the bands was correlated to the treatments. The highest band density and promoting effect were correlated to 5 mg/mL soluble polysaccharide treatments extracted from Ulva fasciata in Zea mays, which can be used as a biofertilizer.  相似文献

In this paper we use the AdS/CFT correspondence to study dark soliton solutions in a holographic model of a relativistic superfluid. We calculate the length scales corresponding to the condensate and the charge density depletion, and find relation with the chemical potential. We compare our solutions with the quasiparticle excitations above the holographic superfluid and find that the scale of the excitations is comparable to the soliton coherence length scales.  相似文献

We present a preconditioner for saddle point problems. The proposed preconditioner is extracted from a stationary iterative method which is convergent under a mild condition. Some properties of the preconditioner as well as the eigenvalues distribution of the preconditioned matrix are presented. The preconditioned system is solved by a Krylov subspace method like restarted GMRES. Finally, some numerical experiments on test problems arisen from finite element discretization of the Stokes problem are given to show the effectiveness of the preconditioner.  相似文献

Cycloaddition of the azide derivative 5 with 1,4‐dihydroxybutyne afforded the N‐thio‐acyclic nucleoside 6 , which prepared alternatively from coupling of the bromo derivative 8 with 2‐acetoxy‐ethylmercaptan. Deblocking of 6 gave the free nucleoside 7 . Mesylation of 6 furnished the dimesylate 9 , which gave three rearranged products 14–16 on treatment with chloride anion. These compounds might be obtained via the episulfonium ion 10 , which is subjected to nucleophilic displacement and further sulfur participation. Deblocking of 14–16 afforded the free nucleoside analogues 17–19 , and their structures were confirmed by COSY, ROESY, HMQC, and HMBC NMR techniques. Compound 16 was prepared alternatively from chlorination of alcohol 6 with Ph3P‐CCl4. Carbomoylation of 6 led to the carbamate 20 , which gave the free nucleoside analogue 21 on deblocking. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Water-distilled essential oils from leaves of Hymenocrater yazdianus Rech.f., flowers of Stachys obtusicrena Boiss., and stems and flowers of Nepeta asterotricha Rech.f., which are endemic to Iran, were analyzed by GC and GC/MS. Fifty-five components of the leaf oil of H. yazdianus were characterized, representing 95.1% of the total components detected. The major constituents were identified as 1,8-cineole (17.6%), beta-caryophyllene (13.9%), alpha-pinene (10.6%) and caryophyllene oxide (10.4%). Germacrene-D (37.5%) and alpha-bisabolol (23.5%) were the main components among the twenty constituents characterized in the flower oil of S. obtusicrena, representing 90.8% of the total components detected. Thirty-five compounds representing 93.0% of the stem oil of N. asterotrica were identified among which terpinen-4-ol (22.8%) and gamma-terpinene (14.1%) were the major ones. The flower oil of the species was characterized by higher amounts of terpinen-4-ol (24.8%), 4a alpha, 7a beta-nepetalactone (18.2%) and 1,8-cineole (11.6%) among the thirty-three components comprising 98.5% of the total oil detected. The antibacterial activity of the stem, leaf and flower oils of Hymenocrater yazdianus, Stachys obtusicrena and Nepeta asterotricha against seven Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria were determined using the MIC method. The growth inhibitory zone (mm) was also measured.  相似文献
