By ferricyanide oxidation of 2-(4-methoxyphenyl)phenanthro[9,10-d]imidazole, three new photochromic compounds were obtained. These were 4-ethoxy-4H-, 4-methoxy-4H- and 2-methoxy-2H-phenanthro[9,10-d]imidazoles. These compounds gave the 2-(4-methoxyphenyl)-phenanthro[9,10-d]imidazolyl radical and acetaldehyde or formaldehyde by light irradiation. The imidazolyl radical dimerized gradually in the dark and the dimer dissociated to the imidazolyl radical on heating. 相似文献

Two new acylated flavanone glycosides, (S)-eriodictyol 7-O-(6"-O-trans-p-coumaroyl)-beta-D-glucopyranoside (1) and (S)-eriodictyol 7-O-(6"-O-galloyl)-beta-D-glucopyranoside (2) were isolated from the leaves and branches of Phyllanthus emblica together with a new phenolic glycoside, 2-(2-methylbutyryl)phloroglucinol 1-O-(6"-O-beta-D-apiofuranosyl)-beta-D-glucopyranoside (3), as well as 22 known compounds. The mass spectra of 30 sulfinamide derivatives (RSONHR', R' alkyl or p-XC6H4) are reported. Most of the spectra had peaks attributable to thermal decomposition products. For some compounds these were identified by pyrolysis under similar conditions to be: RSO2NHR', RSO2SR, RSSR and NH2R' (in all kinds of sulfinyl amides); RSNHR' (in the case of arylsulfinyl arylamides); RSO2C6H4NH2, RSOC6H4NH2 and RSC6H4NH2 (in the case of arylsulfinyl arylamides of the type of X = H) The mass spectra of the three thermally stable compounds showed that there are several kinds of common fragment ions. The mass spectra of the thermally labile compounds had two groups of ions; (i) characteristic fragment ions of the intact molecules and (ii) the molecular ions of the thermal decomposition products. It was concluded that the sulfinamides give the following ions after electron impact: [M]+, [M ? R]+, [M ? R + H]+, [M ? SO]+, [RS]+, [NHR']+, [NHR' + H]+, [RSO]+, [RSO + H]+, [R]+, [R + H]+, [R']+ and [M ? OH]+, and that the thermal decomposition products give the following ions: [RSO2SR]+, [RSSR]+, [M ? O]+, [M + O]+ and [RSOC6H4NH2]+. 相似文献

The α-phosphonovinyl anions, generated in situ from treatment of β-hetero-substituted vinyl-phosphonates 1a-c with LDA (or LTMP), were trapped with various electrophiles such as chlorotriorganosilanes, chlorotrimethylgermane, chlorotriorganotins, dimethyl disulfide, and halogen to afford the corresponding β-hetero-substituted α-functionalized vinylphosphonates 2–14 in good to excellent yields. The Friedel-Crafts reaction of α-(silyl) or α-(germyl)phosphonoketene dithioacetals 2, 9 or 4 with acid chlorides gave α-acylated phosphonoketene dithioacetals 15–19 in 53–91 % yields. The palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling reaction of β-ethoxy-α-(tributylstannyl)vinylphosphonate 13 with a variety of organic halides (R = acyl, allyl, aryl etc.) provided β-ethoxy-α-substituted vinylphosphonates 20–25 in good to moderate yields. The palladium-mediated cross-coupling reaction of α-(iodo)-vinyl-phosphonates 7, 14 with terminal acetylenes afforded α-alkynylated vinylphosphonates 26–29 in 69–83 % yields. 相似文献

Two new diketopiperazine derivatives, bacillusamides A (1) and B (2), have been isolated from the EtOAc extract of the sea urchin-derived Bacillus sp. along with the known cyclo(-L-pro-L-val-) (3), cyclo(-L-pro-L-tyr-) (4), cyclo(-L-pro-L-phe-) (5). These structures were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic methods. Furthermore, the absolute configurations of the amino acid residues were determined using Marfey's method. Compound 1 displayed weak antifungal activity against Aspergillus niger. 相似文献

Lipase and amylase inhibitory activities of black tea were examined. After solvent partitioning of a black tea extract with the ethyl acetate and n-butanol, the two soluble fractions showed comparable inhibitory activities. Activity in the ethyl acetate fraction was mainly attributable to polyphenols with low-molecular weights, such as theaflavin gallates. On the other hand, the active substance in the n-butanol layer was ascertained to be a polymer-like substance. 1H- and 13C-NMR spectra showed signals arising from the flavan A-ring and galloyl groups, although signals due to flavan B-rings were not detected, suggesting that the polymer-like substances were generated by oxidative condensation of flavan B-rings, a result which was previously deduced from our results of in vitro catechin oxidation experiments. Enzymatic oxidation of epicatechin 3-O-gallate produced a similar polymer-like substance and suggested that condensation between a B-ring and galloyl groups was involved in the polymerization reaction. 相似文献

Molecular self‐assembly is a powerful means to construct nanoscale materials with advanced photophysical properties. Although the protection of the photo‐excited states from oxygen quenching is a critical issue, it still has been in an early phase of development. In this work, we demonstrate that a simple and typical molecular design for aqueous supramolecular assembly, modification of the chromophoric unit with hydrophilic oligo(ethylene glycol) chains and hydrophobic alkyl chains, is effective to avoid oxygen quenching of triplet–triplet annihilation‐based photon upconversion (TTA‐UC). While a TTA‐UC emission is completely quenched when the donor and acceptor are molecularly dispersed in chloroform, their aqueous co‐assemblies exhibit a clear upconverted emission in air‐saturated water even under extremely low chromophore concentrations down to 40 μm . The generalization of this nano‐encapsulation approach offers new functions and applications using oxygen‐sensitive species for supramolecular chemistry. 相似文献

An unstable intermediate proepitheaflagallin B (2), a precursor of proepitheaflagallin (3), was isolated as an enzymatic oxidation product of (−)-epigallocatechin (1), and the structure of 2 was determined based on spectroscopic data. The structure and its decomposition revealed that the detailed production mechanism of proepitheaflagallin (3) via a bicyclo[3.2.1]octane-type intermediate was related to that of major black tea pigments, theaflavins. 相似文献
