5,11-Diazadibenzo[hi,qr]tetracene was synthesized as a new nitrogen-substituted polycyclic heteroaromatic compound by Pd-catalyzed cycloisomerization of an alkyne precursor followed by oxidative cyclization with bis(trifluoroacetoxy)iodobenzene. The substitution of imine-type nitrogen atoms significantly enhanced its electron-accepting character and facilitated the direct nucleophilic addition of arylamines under strongly basic conditions to afford the desired amino-substituted products. The introduction of amino groups induced a remarkable red-shift in their absorption spectra; the tetrasubstituted product exhibited intense near-infrared absorbing property. Furthermore, the π-electronic system, which includes a redox-active 1,4-diazabutadiene moiety, underwent reversible interconversion to its corresponding reduced form upon reduction with NaBH4 and aerobic oxidation. 相似文献

Lipophilic bisanthracene-based fluorophore and its derivatives were synthesized by the Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling reaction of 9-anthrylboronic acid with a substituted dibromobenzene. In addition to desirable fluorescent properties, these molecular systems were demonstrated to serve as versatile building blocks toward the synthesis of two types of new light-harvesting dendrimers due to their chemical stability. 相似文献

A polyol compound, amdigenol A, was isolated from the dinoflagellate Amphidinium sp. that adhered to the surface of the marine alga Digenea simplex. A structural elucidation was performed by 2D-NMR spectroscopy, degradation with a second generation Hoveyda–Grubbs catalyst and ESI-CID-MS/MS analyses. Amdigenol A consists of a C98-linear carbon backbone including two core structures of amphidinol analogs and is likely formed linearly by two amphidinol analogs. 相似文献

The present publication reports a new entry of perylene–rhodamine dyads, whose solubilities in organic solvents are enhanced by the lipophilic dendritic auxiliaries. Spectroscopic studies on these dyad systems have demonstrated that the intramolecular Förster resonance energy transfer (FRET) from the perylene donor to the rhodamine acceptor was activated upon protonation with either H2SO4 or TFA to result in drastic colour change of the fluorescence emissions. This phenomenon can be reasonably accounted for in terms of the switching behaviour of the FRET interactions, which is suppressed by disruptive interference from lone pair electrons of the amino moieties. 相似文献

Three novel compounds, yoshinones A, B1, and B2, were isolated from the marine cyanobacterium Leptolyngbya sp., and their structures were elucidated by NMR spectral analysis. Yoshinone A, but not yoshinone B1 or B2, inhibited the differentiation of 3T3-L1 cells into adipocytes. In addition, yoshinone A did not exhibit cytotoxicity, suggesting that yoshinone A may be useful in studies on the treatment of obesity. 相似文献
