The second law of thermodynamics is one of the most fundamental and for-reaching laws of physics. It teaches us that when a closed system undergoes a thermodynamic process the entropy of the system never decreases; it increases, or at least remains constant. If the entropy increases the thermodynamic process is irreversible, otherwise it is reversible. Only ideal thermal process is reversible. In classical world a great number of facts have proved the second law is true. But in quantum world since the quantum coherence and correlations exist we are not sure the second law is still true, at least in principle. This is because that: 1. on the microscopic level the irreversibility is conflict with the reversibility of all fundamental physical laws ; 2. there are not enough evidences to show it is true in quantum world.  相似文献

Grover搜索是一种量子搜索方法,利用了量子叠加态的性质,通过一些操作的反复作用,而使目标态的几率幅变大,非目标态的几率幅变小,从而以较大的概率找到目标.与经典搜索方法相比,能够较快地从一个数据库中找到目标元.这是一种搜索到目标的全部信息的方法,但是在有些情况下,我们并不需要知道目标的全部信息,而只需要知道目标的部分信息,因而只需要找到含有目标的一部分数据库中的元素,这就是部分搜索.Grover和Radhakrishnan提出了一种部分搜索方法,称为Grover-Radhakrishnan Algorithm of Partial Search(GRK),所考虑的数据库只含有一个目标.在我们的文章中,我们研究了在含有多目标的数据库,且目标被随机分配在两块中时,GRK所需要的查询次数会有怎么样的变化.得到查询次数s和所分块数K、目标数t的关系.并且与平均分配的情况进行比较.  相似文献

研制了单壁碳纳米管(SWCNTs)修饰玻碳电极。用交流阻抗谱法(EIS)和扫描电镜(SEM)研究了电极膜性能,应用循环伏安法(CV)、计时库仑法(CC)、计时电流法(CA)研究了蒿甲醚在修饰电极上的电化学行为。结果表明,SWCNTs修饰电极对蒿甲醚的还原有良好的电催化活性,其还原反应为双电子过程,电极反应的扩散系数及速率常数分别为6·67×10-4cm2·s-1及8·54×10-2mol·L-1·s-1。在优化实验条件下,还原峰的峰电位位于-0·85V,其峰电流与蒿甲醚浓度在6·71×10-7~2·45×10-4mol·L-1范围内呈良好线性,检出限达4·02×10-7mol·L-1,相对标准偏差(n=10)为4·2%,可用于蒿甲醚样品的含量测定。  相似文献

It is found from the temperature dependence of the ionic conductivity of amorphous Li2B2O4 that the ion transport process is rather complicated. At temperature below Tk (≈310°C), the ionic conductivity obeys an Arrhenius relation. Above the crystallization temperature Tc (≈410°C) ion transport is dominated by the process in the crystalline state. In between the ionic conductivity is anomalously enhanced. In this pre-crystallization range two distinguishable steps with a transition temperature at Tp (≈380°C) can be identified. At temperature between Tk and Tp, the conductivity increase is due to the redistribution of free volume. For temperature between Tp and Tc the specimen contains a small amount of crystallites but the crystallinity is less than 5%. The 7Li NMR spectra show that the line shape of partially crystallized amorphous material is quite similar to that of LiCl containing DSPP but in this case the second-phase particles are crystallites of the parent material.  相似文献

We consider the case that one of entangled atoms interacts with a single-mode cavity field. The atom is selectively detected after exiting the cavity, and it is found that the nonclassical properties of field states depend strongly on the entanglement degree between the two atoms. Meanwhile it is proven that squeezing of field and photon antibunching can be greatly enhanced via selective atomic measurements.  相似文献

利用原子力显微镜技术(AFM),系统地研究了由乙醇与多价离子(hexammine cobalt(Ⅲ)[Co(NH3)36+])协同作用导致的λ-DNA凝聚现象.单独测得3价Co(NH3)36+的临界凝聚浓度大约是10μmol·L-1,乙醇的临界凝聚体积分数大约是15%.若3价离子[Co(NH3)36+]的浓度大于400μmol·L-1时,可以观察到DNA的解凝聚现象.在DNA溶液中同时加入乙醇(体积分数12%)与Co(NH3)36+(8μmol.L-1),当其浓度各低于其临界值,也可观察到凝聚现象,说明乙醇与Co(NH3)36+对DNA的凝聚有协同作用,而且在协同作用下,可以观察到典型的圆环结构(toroids).利用电荷逆转与离子释放机制分析了观察到的解凝聚现象.  相似文献

We investigated the interaction between DNA and hexammine cobalt III [Co(NH3)6]3+ by a simple molecular combing method and dynamic light scattering. The average extension of ?λ-DNA-YOYO-1 complex is found to be 20.9 μm, about 30% longer than the contour length of the DNA in TE buffer (10 mmol/L Tris, 1 mmol/L EDTA, pH=8.0), due to bis-intercalation of YOYO-1. A multivalent cation, hexammine cobalt, is used for DNA condensation. We find that the length of DNA-[Co(NH3)6]3+ complexes decrease from 20.9 μm to 5.9 μm as the concentration of the [Co(NH3)6]3+ vary from 0 to 3 μmol/L. This observation provides a direct visualization of single DNA condensation induced by hexammine cobalt. The results from the molecular combing studies are supported by dynamic light scattering investigation, where the average hydrodynamic radius of the DNA complex decreases from 203.8 nm to 39.26 nm under the same conditions. It shows that the molecular combing method is feasible for quantitative conformation characterization of single bio-macromolecules.  相似文献

运用循环伏安法及线性扫描伏安法研究了间苯二胺在金纳米粒子/碳纳米管修饰玻碳电极上的电化学行为,优化并建立了一种直接测定间苯二胺的电化学分析方法。结果表明,与裸玻碳电极相比,金纳米粒子/碳纳米管修饰电极能显著提高间苯二胺的氧化峰电流。在优化条件下,氧化峰电流与间苯二胺浓度在3.0×10-8~1.0×10-6mol/L范围内呈现良好的线性关系,检出限为1.0×10-8mol/L,对1.0×10-7mol/L的间苯二胺溶液平行测定10次的RSD为4.2%。测定了实验室废水中的间苯二胺含量,3次测定结果的平均回收率为99.7%,RSD为2.1%。  相似文献

The Hamiltonian of the process of cascaded second harmonic generation is found from Maxwell equations. In the double-gap model and under rotating-wave and effective-mass approximations, it is quantized and the generalized quantum nonlinear Shr?dinger equation (GQNSE) is obtained. Tri-photon and quadri-photon bound states are found based on general solutions of GQNSE solved via Bethe's Ansatz method. Quantum parametric gap soliton (QPGS) solution is constructed consequently, and the existence of the double-gap QPGS is predicted for the first time.  相似文献
