Aryl amines react with endocyclic ene-carbamates such as tert-butyl 2,3-dihydro-1H-1-pyrrolecarboxylate and tert-butyl 1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-1-pyridinecarboxylate, on the surface of montmorillonite KSF clay under mild conditions to afford the corresponding 3-aminopropylhexahydropyrrolo[3,2-c]quinoline or 4-aminobutyloctahydrobenzo[h][1,6]naphthyridine derivatives in excellent yields with moderate diastereoselectivity. 相似文献

A sensitive, rapid, and simple spectrophotometric method is described for the determination of sulfa drugs. The method is based on the formation of a red-colored product by the diazotization of sulfonamides such as sulfathiazole (SFT), sulfadiazine (SFD), sulfacetamide (SFA), sulfamethoxazole (SFMx), sulfamerazine (SFMr), sulfaguanidine (SFG), and sulfamethazine (SFMt), followed by complexation with dopamine in the presence of molybdate ions in (1 + 1) H2SO4 medium. Absorbance of the resulting red product is measured at 490-510 nm, and the product is stable for 2 days at 27 degrees C. Beer's law is obeyed in the concentration range of 0.04-8.0 microg/mL at the wavelength of maximum absorption. The method was used successfully for the determination of some sulfonamides in tablets and eye drops. Common excipients used as additives in pharmaceuticals do not interfere in the proposed method. The method offers the advantages of simplicity, rapidity, and sensitivity without the need for extraction or heating. The limits of detection and quantitation were calculated for SFT, SFD, SFA, SFMx, SFMr, SFG, and SFMt. 相似文献

A simple and sensitive spectrophotometric method for the determination of hydrogen peroxide, based on the increase in color intensity of dye on addition of surfactant, is described. Hydrogen peroxide is first reacted with potassium iodide in acidic medium, in presence of ammonium molybdate to liberate iodine. The liberated iodine oxidizes leucocrystal violet to crystal violet having maximum absorbance at 593 nm. The color of the dye intensifies with the addition of the surfactant, cetyl pyridinium chloride though the absorption maximum remains the same. Beer's law is obeyed in the range 0.05–0.45 µg of hydrogen peroxide per 25 mL of final solution (0.002–0.018 µg mL?1) with an excellent correlation coefficient (r = 0.9977). This paper outlines the synthesis and characterization of O‐allyl aralkyl phenolic (O‐allyl Xylok, OAX) resins having low melt viscosity and its Alder‐ene blends with 2, 2′‐bis 4‐[(4′‐maleimido phenoxy) phenyl] propane. The blends manifested a three‐stage curing pattern that converged to a two‐stage pattern on enhancing the maleimide content. The polymerization kinetics of typical allyl and maleimide rich resin systems showed apparent activation energy increasing and pre‐exponential factor decreasing from ene to the Diels–Alder step. Increased allyl content improved mechanical and impact properties of the composites at ambient temperature, although it diminished the retention of interlaminar shear strength at elevated temperature. Increased maleimide content of the resin was conducive for the higher rigidity for the composite and its retention at elevated temperature. A substantial increase in Tg (from 153°C to 280°C) and thermal stability was observed with an increase in maleimide content. High allyl content resulted in improved mechanical properties thanks to better resin–reinforcement interaction as revealed from morphological analysis. Copyright © 2014 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd. 相似文献

In this communication we describe the design and synthesis of five new conjugated polymers (P1–P5) with various π-electron conjugation bridges. Their structures were established by FTIR, 1H NMR spectroscopy, elemental analysis. The molecular weights of the polymers were estimated by gel permeation chromatographic technique. Further, their electrochemical, linear and nonlinear optical properties were investigated. The electrochemical band gaps of P1–P5 were found to be 1.72–2.35 eV. Their third-order nonlinear optical activities were studied by open aperture Z-scan technique, using a Q-switched, frequency doubled Nd:YAG laser producing 7 nano second laser pulses at 532 nm. Z-scan results reveal that the polymers exhibit self-defocusing nonlinearity and their operating mechanism involves reverse saturable absorption. The polymers showed strong optical limiting behavior due to effective two-photon absorption (2PA) with 2PA coefficients of the order of 10?11 m/W, which is comparable to that of good optical limiting materials in the literature. 相似文献

The effect of transition metal oxides (Fe2O3, MnO2, Ni2O3 and Co2O3) on polystyrene/ammonium perchlorate propellant systems has been examined. The mechanism of action of the oxides in increasing the burning rate was examined by studying the effect of the oxides on the thermal decomposition and combustion of the oxidizer and the propellant. It has been concluded that one of the mechanisms by which the oxides act is by promoting the charge-transfer process, which is indicated by the enhancement of the electron-transfer process in ammonium perchlorate and by the correlation between the redox potential of the metal ions and the corresponding burning rates of the propellant. 相似文献
