采用顶部籽晶提拉法(TSSG)生长出Yb:KY(WO4)2(Yb:KYW)激光晶体.对预烧后的原料及晶体进行了XRD分析,结果表明,分别在920℃和600℃预烧8h后的熔质和助熔剂基本上形成一相,抑止了实验中的挥发问题;所生长的晶体为β-Yb:KYW,计算其晶格常数为a=1.063nm,b=1.034nm,c=0.755nm,β=130.75°.测得不同厚度样品的吸收光谱,结果表明样品在933nm和981nm有较强的吸收峰,计算出主峰981nm的吸收截面σ关键词:

在变缓冲层高迁移率晶体管(MM_HEMT)器件中,二维电子气的输运性质对器件性能起着决定作用.通过低温下二维电子气横向电阻的量子振荡现象,结合变温度的Hall测量,系统研究了不同In组分沟道MM_HEMT器件中子带电子迁移率和浓度随温度的变化关系.结果表明,沟道中In组分为0.65的样品,材料电学性能最好,In组分高于0.65的样品,严重的晶格失配将产生位错,引起迁移率下降,大大影响材料和器件的性能.

A sensitive high-performance size-exclusion chromatography (HPSEC) method with simple UV detection was developed for the molecular mass analysis of sodium alginate. It was used to evaluate alginates of varying molecular mass and the results were compared with the viscosity measurements. This HPSEC method was sensitive to serve as the stability indicating method for alginate after storage under different conditions. The information of relative molecular mass distribution of alginate was provided with reference to pullulan molecular mass standards. The comparison of the HPSEC chromatograms of alginate, pullulan and dextran revealed the effect of chemical composition of a polysaccharide and its effect on apparent molecular mass distribution. 相似文献

A procedure for the simultaneous time-resolved fluoroimmunoassay for phenobarbital and phenytoin, based on the use of europium- and samarium-labeled haptens, has been investigated. These lanthanide ions are bound to the haptens by means of the anhydride of diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid. The antibody is immobilized onto immunoplate in which samples are assayed in competitive immunoassay. After the immunoreactions and dissociation with a fluorescence enhancement solution, the fluorescence intensity is measured. The detection limits of the assay are, respectively, 20 ng/ml for phenobarbital and 50 ng/ml for phenytoin. Results obtained with the proposed methods correlate well (CV <10%). The inter-reactions between phenobarbital, phenytoin, and their antibodies are studied. 相似文献

In this paper, the voltammetric method was used for the first time to study the effect of Cisplatin-liposome on Hela cells. The results showed the voltammetric behavior of Hela cells was irreversible and the peak current had linear relationship with the cell number. With both Cisplatin-liposome concentration and treating time increasing, the peak current decreased. The peak current decreasing was in accordance with the nuclear damage and loss of mitochondrial membrane potential revealed by two-photon laser scanning microscopy and confocal laser scanning microscopy.
