3-[4-(Azidocarbonyl)]phenylsydnone (2) obtained from 3-(4-hydrazinocarbonyl) phenylsydnone (1) on Curtius rearrangement with alcohols, water and amines afforded the corresponding carbamates (3a-h), 4,4′-(sydnone-3-yl) diphenyl urea (4) and 4-(heterocyclyl)phenyl ureas (5a-l). Compounds (5a-l) on one-pot ring conversion yielded the 1,3,4-oxadiazolin-2-one derivatives (6a-l), which on reaction with N2H4 gave the 4-amino-1,2,4-triazolin-3-ones (7a-l). All these compounds exhibited moderate antimicrobial activity against the few microbes tested. The carbamates have been found to be more toxic against fourth instar larvae ofAedes aegypti, in particular, then-butyl derivative (3e).  相似文献

Viscometric method has been used to study the interaction between the weak interacting systems such as benzene-CCl4-cyclohexane, toluene-CCl4-cyclohexane ando- xylene-CCl4-cyclohexane. Summary A series of 8-proparglyoxy-3,7-dimethyl-2,6-octadienyl and 8-propargyloxy-3,7-dimethyl-6-octenyl ethers were prepared from 8-hydroxygeranyl and 8-hydroxycitronellyl ethers, respectively. Almost all compounds showed high toxicity toCulex quinquefaciatus larvae at 1 mgl–1 dose level.

Zusammenfassung Eine Reihe von 8-Propargyloxy-3,7-dimethyl-2,6-octadienyl- und 8-propargyloxy-3,7-dimethyl-6-octenyl-ethern wurden aus 8-Hydroxygeranyl- bzw. 8-Hydroxycitronellyl-ethern hergestellt. Fast alle Verbindungen zeigten hoch Toxizität gegenüber Larven vonCulex quinquefaciatus in einer Dosierung von 1 mgl–1.

The Schiff bases 3a‐h obtained from 4‐amino‐1,2,4‐triazol‐3‐ones 1a‐h when subjected to Japp‐Klingemann reaction yielded the corresponding 3‐{2‐[(2‐aryl‐5‐methyl‐3H‐[1,2,4]‐triazol‐3‐one‐4‐yl)]‐iminophenyl}‐pentane‐2,4‐diones 4a‐h . These diones on cyclisation with N2H4 yielded the title compounds 5a‐h . The energetics of the Keto‐enol tautomers of the diones was calculated by semiemperical calculations using AM1 and PM3 methods. All these compounds were screened for their antimicrobial activity against few microbes and most of them exhibited fungal inhibition more than the reference drugs used.  相似文献

The SOLEIL synchrotron radiation source is regularly operated in special filling modes dedicated to pump–probe experiments. Among others, the low‐α mode operation is characterized by shorter pulse duration and represents the natural bridge between 50 ps synchrotron pulses and femtosecond experiments. Here, the capabilities in low‐α mode of the experimental set‐ups developed at the TEMPO beamline to perform pump–probe experiments with soft X‐rays based on photoelectron or photon detection are presented. A 282 kHz repetition‐rate femtosecond laser is synchronized with the synchrotron radiation time structure to induce fast electronic and/or magnetic excitations. Detection is performed using a two‐dimensional space resolution plus time resolution detector based on microchannel plates equipped with a delay line. Results of time‐resolved photoelectron spectroscopy, circular dichroism and magnetic scattering experiments are reported, and their respective advantages and limitations in the framework of high‐time‐resolution pump–probe experiments compared and discussed.  相似文献

Assembly of orotic acid (H3Or, 1,2,3,6-tetrahydro-2,6-dioxo-4-pyrimidinecarboxylic) and Cd(NO3)·6H2O yielded a coordination polymer, [(Cd(Hor)·2.5H2O)2]n (1), which has been characterized by X-ray single-crystal diffraction, TGA, and ?uorescence spectra. Single-crystal X-ray structural analyses reveal that 1 is a hydrogen-bonded binuclear Cd-orotate coordination polymer in which both Cd2+ ions have different coordination environments with identical distorted octahedral geometry. Crystal data for 1: monoclinic, space group P21/n, a = 7.0209(10) Å, b = 13.974(2) Å, c = 17.541(3) Å, β = 98.842(2)°, V = 1700.5(4) Å, Z = 4, R1 = 0.0269, wR2 = 0.0612, θmax = 25.960. The emission spectrum of the Cd-complex recorded with 265 nm excitation wavelength reveals the complex has strong blue luminescence with the peak maximum 420 nm (2.95 eV) as a result of the nπ* and ππ* transitions on the H3Or ligand.  相似文献

Sol-gel derived Mg doped tin oxide (Sn1−xMgxO2) nanocrystals were synthesized with x ranging between 0.5 and 7 at. %. Characteristic single phase tetragonal structure of pure and doped samples was obtained and doping saturation was inferred by X-ray diffraction analysis. Structural, morphological and phase informations were obtained by high resolution transmission electron microscope, field emission scanning electron microscope and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy respectively whereas bonding information was obtained from Fourier transformed infrared spectroscopy. Measurement of different electrical parameters with frequency (200 Hz-105 Hz) has been carried out at room temperature. Ultrahigh dielectric constant and metallic AC conductivity were observed for undoped tin oxide and the profiles reflected highly sensitive changes in the atomic and interfacial polarizability generated by doping concentrations. Relaxation spectra of tangent loss of any sample did not show any loss peak within the frequency range. Both the grain and grain boundary contributions are observed to increase as the doping concentration increased. Results of first principle calculation based on density functional theory indicated effective Fermi level (EF) suppression due to Mg doping which is responsible for the experimentally observed conductivity variation. AC conductivity was found to depend strongly on the doping concentration and the defect chemistry of the compound. Mg doped SnO2 may find applications as a low loss dielectric and high density energy storage material.  相似文献

The kinetics of the oxidation of naphthalene and phenanthrene by pyridinium fluorochromate, C5H5NHCrO3F, PFC, has been studied. The main product of the oxidation is the corresponding quinone. While each oxidation, studied in aqueous acetic acid (80–95%, v/v) medium, is first order with respect to the oxidant, the rate is almost independent of the substrate concentration. The reactions are catalyzed by acid, the acid-catalyzed reactions being very fast, which precluded determination of their order in acid medium. The kinetic isotope effect, kH/kD is 5.50 at 303 K for naphthalene. The reaction does not induce polymerization of acrylonitrile. The effects of temperature and solvent compositions were studied and activation parameters evaluated. Probable mechanisms are discussed.  相似文献

The synthesis of some hitherto unknown sydnones, i.e., derivatives of 3-phenylsydnone with a pyrazolyl moiety in the p-position of the phenyl nucleus, has been described. The structures for all of the sydnones have been confirmed by elemental analysis, and ir and nmr spectral studies.  相似文献

Beneficiation of low-grade iron ore was carried out by selective flocculation process using different flocculants, namely starch amylopectin (AP) and grafted copolymer of amylopectin (GAP). The iron ore used in the investigation contained 56.98% Fe, 5.45% Al2O3, and 4.22% SiO2. Flocculant dosage, number of floc washing, and pH were considered as variable parameters to analyze their effect on the performance of grade and recovery of concentrate. A flocculant dosage of 0.4?mg/g was found to be the optimum condition for the sample and variable parameters under investigation. The investigation indicated that a grade of 64.77% Fe can be obtained with 96% recovery using AP; however, GAP showed the better result for Fe grade (67%) with a recovery of 97%.  相似文献
