目的:检测与分析实验动物血液RBC(RBC·O2,RBC·CO2),Hb(HbO2,HbCO2)和人体皮肤表面流动血液氧化·还原状态的成像与未成像可见光谱领域OD值特征,并为该技术对白癜风病表皮黑色素颗粒检测中的应用尊定基础。方法:利用不同光谱技术和invitro和invivo检测手段,统计分析血液不同状态下波长与位置的OD值信息。结果:invitro检测:动物血液Hb·O2和RBC·O2两者在可见领域均有367,414(Soret带)nm与541,576(Q带)nm的吸收峰位;血液Hb·CO2和RBC·CO2均有432(Soret带)与和553(Q带)nm的波长吸收峰位;血液RBC状态和Hb溶血状态波长吸收峰位无改变,只是在氧化与还原状态下有完全独立的吸收峰位,血液RBC状态和Hb溶血状态波长吸光度OD值之间,有显著性差异(p<0·01)。浓度为1·5×107cell·mL-1的RBC·O2和Hb·O2在576nm的吸收峰位吸光度(y)与红细胞浓度(x)做成两条回归曲线:既,Hb·O2(b1)^y=0·05 0·983x;RBC·O2(b2)y^=0·127 1·934x,两者之间差异有显著性(p<0·01)。invivo检测:在人手背皮肤表面ImSpector图像中RBC·O2状态在540,576nm,RBC·CO2状态在555和755nm处有吸收峰。选择(a:指甲,b:指,c:手背)三个点位分别进行波长检测,每点(n=10)545nm吸收峰的平均OD值,依次为0·83±0·001,0·73±0·001和0·62±0·001,其三处测定点的OD值之间有显著性差异(p<0·01)。结论:invitro检测的RBC与Hb两者波长吸收峰位不变,但吸光度OD值不同,认为RBC状态测定结果更接近于活体组织血管内原始状态。invivo检测对人体无任何侵袭与损伤,灵敏度高,测试时间短,并且同时获得被测样品的波长与位置信息画面等优势,有望表皮中黑素等有色颗粒的直接检测。 相似文献

Density functional and ab initio methods were applied in examining the possible mechanistic pathways for the reaction of methyl benzoate with ammonia. Transition state structures and energies were determined for concerted and neutral stepwise mechanisms. The theoretical results show that the two possible pathways have similar activation energies. The general base catalysis of the process was also examined. The predictions reveal that the catalytic process results in considerable energy savings and the most favorable pathway of the reaction is through a general-base-catalyzed neutral stepwise mechanism. The structure and transition vectors of the transition states indicate that the catalytic role of ammonia is realized by facilitating the proton-transfer processes. Comparison of the energetics of the aminolysis for methyl benzoate and methyl formate shows the more favorable process to be that for the aliphatic ester. The differing reactivity of the two esters is explained in terms of the electrostatic potential values at the atoms of the ester functionality. 相似文献

The second-order algebraic construction (ADC(2)) approach to the two-particle (pp) propagator, devised to compute double ionization energies and associated spectroscopic amplitudes, is reformulated and extended using the concept of intermediate state representations (ISR). The ISR formulation allows one to go beyond the general limitations inherent to the propagator approach, as here (N-2)-electron wave functions and properties become directly accessible. The (N-2)-electron ISR(2) equations for a general one-particle operator have been derived and implemented in a recent version of the double ionization ADC(2) program. As a first test of the method, the dipole moments of a series of 2h states of LiH, HF, and H(2)O were computed and compared to the results of a full configuration interaction (FCI) treatment. The dipole moments obtained at the ADC(2)/ISR(2) computational level are in good agreement with the FCI results. 相似文献

Symmetry of a nematic liquid crystal phase is broken by an anchoring wall and also by an external field. Nematic system sandwiched
between biaxial anchoring walls is introduced as a correspondent to a bulk nematic system exposed to a couple of fields, an
electric field and a magnetic one in directions perpendicular to each other, and thermal behaviours of the system are studied.
The crossover between a homeotropic structure and homogeneous one occurs, similarly to the bulk system in the fields, in which
the anchoring condition of coexistence is shown to have the same expression as the one at the bulk. As to a characteristic
phenomenon at the sandwiched system, it is proved that an appearance of a biaxial nematic order suppresses a uniaxial nematic
order. A surface transition, i.e., a wetting phenomenon is shown to occur also in the biaxial nematics, even though the uniaxial

As a direct continuation of the first part of our in vitro study (Vinarov et al., Langmuir2012, 28, 8127), here we investigate the effects of emulsifier type and concentration on the degree of triglyceride lipolysis, in the presence of bile salts. Three types of surfactants are tested as emulsifiers: anionic, nonionic, and cationic. For all systems, we observe three regions in the dependence degree of fat lipolysis, α, versus emulsifier-to-bile ratio, f(s): α is around 0.5 in Region 1 (f(s) < 0.02); α passes through a maximum close to 1 in Region 2 (0.02 < f(s) < f(TR)); α is around zero in Region 3 (f(s) > f(TR)). The threshold ratio for complete inhibition of lipolysis, f(TR), is around 0.4 for the nonionic, 1.5 for the cationic, and 7.5 for the anionic surfactants. Measurements of interfacial tensions and optical observations revealed the following: In Region 1, the emulsifier molecules are solubilized in the bile micelles, and the adsorption layer is dominated by bile molecules. In Region 2, mixed surfactant-bile micelles are formed, with high solubilization capacity for the products of triglyceride lipolysis; rapid solubilization of these products leads to complete lipolysis. In Region 3, the emulsifier molecules prevail in the adsorption layer and completely block the lipolysis. 相似文献

The wavelength dependence of the cubic nonlinearity of ligated platinum-terminated polyynes trans, trans-{(p-MeC6H4)3P}2(p-MeC6H4)Pt(C[triple bond]C)n Pt(p-C6H4Me){P(p-C6H4Me)3}2 (n = 3-6, 8, 10, 12) has been examined by femtosecond Z-scan studies in the wavelength range 520-1500 nm and the results rationalized by density functional theory calculations on the model complexes trans, trans-(H3P)2(C6H5)Pt(C[triple bond]C)n Pt(C6H5)(PH3)2 (n = 2-8, 10, 12). Although the final states for one- and two-photon transitions are not the same in these centrosymmetric molecules, the Z-scan studies reveal coincidences in one-photon absorption with features in the frequency dependencies of both real and imaginary parts of the cubic hyperpolarizability, as well as inflections in the frequency dependencies of the real part of gamma that correspond to resonances in the imaginary part of gamma. The theoretical studies suggest that the linear absorption spectra are dominated by X(1)A g --> n(1)B(3u) transitions, with the first state of B(3u) symmetry playing a steadily diminishing role upon oligoyne chain lengthening. The theoretical studies also predict a red-shift of two-photon absorption (TPA) profile with increasing conjugation length, and a significant enhancement on proceeding from the shortest to the longest chromophore, trends that are observed experimentally. The experimental low-energy TPA maxima for these complexes can be approximated by a simple Gaussian profile. The sp-carbon chain-length dependence of linear and nonlinear absorption maxima enable an estimate (neglecting saturation) of 660 and 1000 nm for the infinite carbon chain, carbyne. 相似文献
