利用X-射线衍射,扫描电镜,拉曼光谱,等离子发射光谱和比表面测定等方法研究了不同状态下失活及新鲜催化剂的结构,杂种类及含量。结果表明,超温使催化剂晶化明显,制备方法对催化剂结构有直接影响,再生使其强度降低,条形催化剂比较容易粉化,无机杂质是次要的失活原因。  相似文献

A variety of DNA-based probes are utilized for the detections of multiple analytes and DNA nanotechnology has been thriving for recent decades and achieving numerous nanostructures,mainly focusing on DNA morphology modulation and multifunctional systems engineered into to the complicated works.Among the numerous detections,fluorescence method is a non-invasive,highly selective and sensitive means for varieties of applications,but their emissions are often compromised by the aggregation-caused quenching(ACQ)effect,which weakens their applications.The aggregation induced emission luminogens(AIEgens)are created with non emissive or weakly emissive in a low concentration but emit strong fluorescence in a high concentration with aggregated states.Herein,numerous functionalized AIEgens have been emerged and used for detection and imaging and DNA-modified AIEgen probes are introduced.In this vein,here we report the progress on DNA-modified AIEgen probes in recent years and highlight their conjugation strategies including covalent bonding,electrostatic interaction and their applications of biosensing.Moreover,multiple DNA strands are needed to introduce into the DNA-modified AIEgen probes for more purposes.At the end,some challenges are mentioned to discuss the new trend of DNA-modified AIEgen probes.  相似文献

The inflow problem for a one-dimensional compressible viscous gas on the half line (0,+) is investigated. The asymptotic stability on both the viscous shock wave and a superposition of the viscous shock wave and the boundary layer solution is established under some smallness conditions. The complexity of biological samples determines that the detection of a single biomolecule is unable to satisfy actual needs. Moreover, the “false positives” results caused by a single biomolecule detections easily leads to erroneous clinical diagnosis and treatment. Thus, it is important for the homogenous quantification of multiple biomolecules in not only basic research but also practical application. As a consequent, a large number of literatures have been exploited to monitor multiple biomolecules in homogenous solution, enabling facilitating the development of the disease diagnosis, treatment as well as drug discovery. One-dimensional nanomaterials and two-dimensional nanomaterials have special physical and chemical properties, such as good electrochemical properties, stable structure, large specific surface area, and biocompatibility, which are widely used in electrochemical and fluorescent detection of biomolecules. This tutorial review highlights the recent development for the detection of multiple biomolecules by using nanomaterials including one-dimensional materials (1DMs) as well as two-dimensional materials (2DMs).  相似文献

A Ni-catalyzed addition of arylboronic acids to isatins was first developed. The reaction, driven by Ni(acac)2 and dppp as the phosphine ligand, gave 3-aryl-3-hydroxy-2-oxindoles in up to 97% yield. Scopes of benzyl-protected isatins and arylboronic acids were examined. Substituted phenylboronic acids along with fused-ring and heterocyclic boronic acids reacted with isatins smoothly. Preliminary asymmetric catalysis was investigated as well, showing moderate enantioselectivity. The mechanism was also described.  相似文献

本文主要对低温真空球罐三维可视化温度在线监测系统进行介绍,在真空球罐外罐内壁、内罐外壁、夹层、垂直支架等部位安装温度传感器,通过LabVIEW数据采集板卡实时采集温度信号,在Pro-E中建立球罐三维模型,划分网格后导入到LabVIEW环境中,将采集到的温度信号通过空间插值算法映射到模型中,直观显示真空球罐的整体温度信息,同时,通过LabVIEW三维模型场景对象属性节点和方法节点开发了模型隐藏、剖分、透视以及拾取传感器点等多样化功能,该套在线监测系统已经投入使用,整体性能表现优异,尤其是直观新颖的三维可视化操作界面受到操作人员的一致好评。  相似文献

DNA occupies significant roles in life processes, which include encoding the sequences of proteins and accurately transferring genetic information from generation to generation. Recent discoveries have demonstrated that a variety of biological functions are correlated with DNA′s conformational transitions. The non‐B form has attained great attention among the diverse forms of DNA over the past several years. The main reason for this is that a large number of studies have shown that the non‐B form of DNA is associated with gross deletions, inversions, duplications, translocations as well as simple repeating sequences, which therefore causes human diseases. Consequently, the conformational transition of DNA between the B‐form and the non‐B form is important for biology. Conventional fluorescence probes based on the conformational transitions of DNA usually need a fluorophore and a quencher group, which suffers from the complex design of the structure and tedious synthetic procedures. Moreover, conventional fluorescence probes are subject to the aggregation‐caused quenching (ACQ) effect, which limits their application toward imaging and analyte detection. Fluorogens exhibiting aggregation‐induced emission (AIE) have attracted tremendous attention over the past decade. By taking advantage of this unique behavior, plenty of fluorescent switch‐on probes without the incorporation of fluorescent quenchers/fluorophore pairs have been widely developed as biosensors for imaging a variety of analytes. Herein, the recent progress in bioanalytical applications on the basis of aggregation‐induced emission luminogens (AIEgens)/nucleic acid nanostructures are presented and discussed.  相似文献

Surface morphology of the (100) face of potassium dihydrogen phosphate (KDP) crystals which were grown at different supersaturations at 25 °C was investigated by in situ atomic force microscopy (AFM). Various AFM images of 2D nucleation under different growth conditions were presented. It is found that the growth of KDP is controlled by polynuclear nucleation mechanism at the high supersaturation. With reduction of the supersaturation, the growth velocity of 2D nuclei becomes very slow and shows typical anisotropy. It is found that the process of coalescence of 2D nuclei does not lead to defect. The experiments show that the growth mechanism for KDP at 25 °C changes between step flow and 2D nucleation in the supersaturation range of 4.5‐5%. The triangular nuclei which are close to equilateral triangle are observed in the experiment at the supersaturation σ = 6% for the first time, showing typical anisotropic growth. Through observing the dissolution of 2D nuclei, the dissolving process can be regarded as the reverse process of growth. We also find that the microcrystals landing on the surface at σ = 9% would grow and coalesce with each other and there is no observable defect in the coalescence. (© 2009 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co.
