This paper is devoted to investigation of Holling type II predator–prey systems with prey refuges and predator restricts. Using a transformation technique, we change the system into a generalized Liénard system and give sufficient conditions to ensure the global stability of the positive equilibrium and existence and uniqueness of a stable limit cycle. As one of the biological endogenous pigments, biliverdin (BV) and its dimethyl ester (BVE) have extremely weak fluorescence in solution with quantum yield less than 0.01%. However, the situation reverses with the addition of zinc ions. The strength for fluorescence of BVE-Zn\begin{document}$ ^{2+} $\end{document} complex is greatly enhanced and fluorescence quantum yield can increase to \begin{document}$ \sim $\end{document} 5%. Herein, we studied ultrafast excited state dynamics of BVE-Zn\begin{document}$ ^{2+} $\end{document} complex in ethanol, \begin{document}$ n $\end{document} -propanol, and DMSO solutions in order to reveal the mechanism of fluorescence quantum yield enhancement. The results show that BVE can form a stable coordination complex with zinc with 1:1 stoichiometry in solution. BVE is structurally and energetically more stable in the complex. Using picosecond time-resolve fluorescence and femtosecond transient absorption spectroscopy, we show that smaller non-radiative rate constant of BVE-Zn\begin{document}$ ^{2+} $\end{document} complex in DMSO is the key to increasing its fluorescence quantum yield and the excited state decay mechanism is also revealed. These results provide valuable information about the fluorescence property change after BVE binding to metal ions and may provide a guidance for the study of phytochromes or other fluorescence proteins in which BV/BVE acts as chromophores. 相似文献

利用平面波展开法,发现双原子正方晶格光子晶体中ΓM方向边界面存在着快慢两类边界模式,并且通过计算色散关系和电场分布研究了边界参量对这两类边界模式传输特性的影响.依据两种模式的色散关系,计算了群指数和群速度色散参量,结果表明边界参量的变化对第一类边界模式传输特性的影响较小,该模式的平均群指数始终维持在5.0左右;第二类边界模式与第一类模式明显不同,边界参量的变化能够有效地影响到这种模式的传输特性,该模式的最大平均群指数可达178左右.利用时域有限差分法记录了不同时刻电场强度在边界附近的分布及监测点处的电场幅度变化情况,结果表明,两类模式都能够被限制在边界附近并向前传播,时域有限差分法得到的群速度与平面波展开法的结果完全吻合. 相似文献

A new strategy was developed to fabricate superhydrophobic nylon 6 nanofibers, in which the blend solutions of poly(dimethylsiloxane)(PDMS) prepolymer and nylon 6 was spun using an innovative solution blowing process, and then the PDMS prepolymer contianning nanofibers were cured to obtain PDMS/nylon 6 nanofiber mats. Morphology, surface composition, non-wetting property and protective performance were investigated. The results showed that the addition of PDMS prepolymer improved the spinnability of the spinning solutions, and the PDMS/nylon 6 nanofibers had smooth surfaces and diameters from 100 nm to 350 nm. The presence of PDMS effectively enhanced the hydrophobicity of the nanofiber mats, showing water contact angles of 132° to 161° for PDMS contents of 1 wt% to 3 wt%. The PDMS/nylon 6 mats also possessed excellent protective and transport properties. The results indicated the potential application of the novel nanofiber mats in protective clothing. 相似文献

为了解决受激布里渊散射快光在高吸收区产生损耗的问题,通过分析普通单模光纤中双线泵浦产生的双布里渊增益线特性及在增益峰间实现脉冲的超光速传输理论,利用有限元法数值模拟了双布里渊增益线处受激布里渊散射引起的快光特性。结果表明,当频率分离因子大于0.596时,可以观察到双增益峰;当频率分离因子在1~5.25范围内时,两个泵浦波产生的双增益峰之间可以明显地产生快光;当频率分离因子为1.75时,在双布里渊增益线之间的最大时间提前可达25 ps。当频率分离因子为2.42时,三阶色散所对应的归一化色散长度为无穷大,三阶色散可以得到完全补偿;当频率分离因子大于2.464时,脉冲展宽因子趋近于1,可以实现无畸变传输,但时间提前量小于13.52 ps。本文的研究结论对于在布里渊增益区实现快光具有一定的理论意义,并对设计基于受激布里渊散射快光器件具有理论指导作用。 相似文献

提出了煤粉直接压片制样-X射线荧光光谱法测定原煤中氯量。将粒径小于74μm的原煤粉末经90℃烘干后置于聚乙烯模具中,以4.16 MPa压力制成直径为35 mm的样片,制成的样品保存于干燥器中应尽快进行测定。选用煤标准物质制作氯的测定范围为0.01%~0.11%(质量分数)之间的标准曲线,并建立了集校准曲线、基体校正及谱线重叠校正为一体的回归方程作为方法的定量基础。求得方法的检出限为15μg·g~(-1)。用同一标准物质(ω_(Cl)0.057%)重复测定12次,测得其相对标准偏差为1.85%。用所提出的方法测定了2个煤标准物质,所得结果与认定值一致。 相似文献

采用水热法合成了钛纳米管(TiNT),以400℃焙烧后得到的TiO2纳米管为载体,采用浸渍法制备了MnOx/TiNT催化剂,用于低温NH3选择性催化还原脱NO反应(SCR)。BET、TEM、XRD及TG测试表明,经过400℃焙烧之后的钛纳米管主要成分为锐钛矿型TiO2,所制备的催化剂活性组分分散性较好。在模拟烟气条件下,考察了锰负载量、空速、O2含量、氨氮比及进口NO浓度对MnOx/TiNT的SCR催化性能的影响。在150℃、\[NH3\]/\[NO\]比为1.2、O2浓度为3%、NO浓度为0.06%、空速GHSV为23613.8h-1、Mn的负载量为5%~15%的条件下,NO的转化率达到95%以上。反应气氛中单独通入水会造成催化剂的活性下降;切断H2O,催化剂的活性可以恢复至初始水平。温度越高,催化剂抗水性能越好,而且水存在情况下的抗硫性能优于其单独抗硫性能。再次切断H2O和SO2,催化剂的活性逐渐上升,但不能恢复到初始水平。 相似文献

微塑料一般是指直径小于5 mm的塑料纤维、碎片或颗粒。环境中的微塑料来源广泛,性质稳定,是疏水性有机污染物和重金属的理想载体。微塑料易被浮游生物、鱼类及低等生物误食,并在食物网各营养级之间发生转移和富集,对食品安全存在潜在风险。开展微塑料分析技术研究是研究微塑料在环境中的分布、迁移、转化、归趋和生态毒理效应的基础。该文综述了国内外环境样品中微塑料的采集、分离提取、定性鉴别技术的研究进展,并探讨了各方法的优缺点。最后针对现阶段微塑料分析方法存在的问题和不足,展望了环境中微塑料分析技术的发展趋势。 相似文献
