基于模糊集相容性的模糊控制规则优化方法

在简要介绍模糊模型的完备性和相容性的基础上 ,根据模糊集贴近度 ,提出模糊集相容性的概念 ;通过对模糊控制规则表特征的分析 ,进一步完善规则相容性概念及其定量评价方法 ;最后给出模糊控制规则模型自寻优优化方法。仿真结果表明 ,该方法可以大大提高控制系统的控制性能。     

高功率LDA紧密侧面抽运Nd:YLF两级双程离轴放大系统实验研究

 介绍了一台10mm口径两级双程离轴放大系统，实现了对5mm×5mm口径光束的激光放大，耦合系统采用高功率LDA紧密侧面直接抽运棒状Nd:YLF方式。分析并实验研究了在不同抽运电流、放大脉冲与放大器LDA抽运时刻的不同延时及不同注入能量条件下，放大系统及光束每次放大时放大特性的规律。实验得到：在放大系统5mm×5mm软光阑处注入1.58mJ能量时，放大系统可输出129.2mJ能量，能量提取效率达到19.5%，满足该系统的设计指标。     

Quantum State Transfer between Two Distant Atoms by Connecting Two Cavities via Optical Fibres

A scheme is proposed to unconditionally implement state transfer between two distant atoms by sending the atoms across two distant cavities connected via an optical fibre, respectively. The field state, which preserves the information about the first atom, is transmitted from one cavity to the other along the fibre. A Faraday rotator integrated in the fibre can be designed to completely stop the fields reflected from the second cavity, thus after the field interacts with the second atom for a defined time, the state transfer can be accomplished with unit efficiency.     

Effect of Notoginsenoside-Rg1 on the Expression of Several Proteins in the Striatum of Rat Models with Parkinson＇s Disease

After establishing hemi-Parkinsonian rat models, the relationships between neuron death and the expression of several proteins, such as c-Fos, GFAP, GDNF, NF-κB and some cytokines were determined. Therapeutics experiments with notoginsenoside-Rg1 were carried out. The research results show that the expressions of GFAP, NF-Kκ and c-Fos will obviously increase in the lesion side of the striatum and the expression of GDNF will decrease, which implies that the signal transduction pathway may participate in the apoptosis in neurons. The levels of some cytokines such as TNF-α, IL-1β in the striatum of PD rat models increased compared to those of normal rats. The results of the therapeutics experiments show that notoginsenoside-Rg1 may repress the immune inflammation response and regulate the immune function through the neuro-immune molecular network. Therefore, notoginsenoside-Rg1 can be used as an effective drug for anti-oxidation and anti-inflammation, and can be used in the therapy of Parkinson＇s disease（PD）.     

单壁碳纳米管的SERS研究

本文通过改进实验方法,将单壁碳纳米管的乙醇溶液与金胶混合并制作成固体薄膜,使单壁碳纳米管夹裹在金纳米粒子之间,保证了吸附的紧密性,获得了高质量的单壁碳纳米管SERS光谱。不但观测到文献中报道的径向呼吸振动模(RBM)和C-C正切拉伸模(GM)的增强,还在1100-1500cm-1区域观测到一组新峰,其峰形完整并有相当的强度。这些峰在现有的文献中几乎没有报导。文章对这组新峰的出现进行了初步的分析。     

刘维尔与伽罗瓦数学手稿的发表

1846年,刘维尔在自己主办的杂志“纯粹与应用数学杂志”首次出版了伽罗瓦的数学研究,这对于伽罗瓦理论的传播与发展是具有决定意义的事件.伽罗瓦去世14年后,刘维尔发表伽罗瓦数学研究的原因是什么?采用数学历史文献分析法,得出四个重要原因:①伽罗瓦的朋友和弟弟的请求;②力图弥补科学院曾经造成的不公正;③刘维尔积极扶持年轻人的高贵品质使然;④刘维尔与利布里学术论战的促进.     

有效需求与通货紧缩的统计关系研究

本文通过对有效需求一物价指数统计模型的研究 ,估计出了有效需求方程 ,并且通过对模型的估计结果分析得出如下结论 :物价指数对有效需求的影响是显著的 :通货紧缩、物价指数持续走低是有效需求不足的主要原因 ,治理通货紧缩应该是解决我国有效需求不足的主要任务。     

复制缺陷型人泡沫病毒载体辅助质粒pΔGP的构建及转染小肠癌细胞的研究

在人泡沫病毒原病毒全长克隆pHRSV13的基础上,缺失突变gag和pol基因,并且用SV40polyA加尾信号替代人泡沫病毒的3′LTR,构建辅助质粒pΔGP.将复制缺陷型人泡沫病毒载体质粒pGPSNI EGFP和辅助质粒pΔGP分别转染和共转染小肠癌HIC细胞系,荧光显微镜检测发现共转染pGPSNI EGFP和pΔGP的HIC细胞能够强烈表达绿色荧光蛋白,转染有复制缺陷型人泡沫病毒载体质粒pGPSNI EGFP的HIC细胞能够表达少量的绿色荧光蛋白,而转染有辅助载体pΔGP的HIC细胞不表达绿色荧光.结果证明复制缺陷型人泡沫病毒载体的构建成功,表明人泡沫病毒env基因3′端的内部启动子IP具有弱启动子的活性,并且bel基因产生的调控蛋白能够反式激活人泡沫病毒内部启动子IP和5′LTR的启动子.
