人体中的伯努利方程

本文从设计实验入手,形象诠释伯努利原理,并从物理学角度出发,根据人体体液流动的实际情况,运用伯努利原理及经典的伯努利方程,从人体血液循环、房水循环的压力形成和改变方面,把物理学的基本理论运用于分析人体体液压力的变化。     

同步辐射与GGG：Nd^3＋晶体的相互作用

用北京同步辐射489A-VUV束线作为连续光源测定了GGG:Nd~(3+)晶体的短波吸收光谱。用束线4B9A-WX作为光源激发GGG:Nd~(3+),测定了它的XEOL(X-ray excited optical luminescence)。     

One-step preparation of branched PEG functionalized AIE-active luminescent polymeric nanoprobes

The synthesis of amphiphilic aggregation-induced emission(AIE) dyes based organic nanoparticles has recently attracted increasing attention in the biomedical fields. These AIE dyes based nanoparticles could effectively overcome the aggregation caused quenching effect of conventional organic dyes, making them promising candidates for fabrication of ultrabright organic luminescent nanomaterials. In this work, AIE-active luminescent polymeric nanoparticles(4-NH_2-PEG-TPE-E LPNs) were facilely fabricated through Michael addition reaction between tetraphenylethene acrylate(TPE-E) and 4-arm-poly(ethylene glycol)-amine(4-NH_2-PEG) in rather mild ambient. The 4-NH_2-PEG can not only endow these AIE-active LPNs good water dispersibility, but also provide functional groups for further conjugation reaction. The size, morphology and luminescent properties of 4-NH_2-PEG-TPE-E LPNs were characterized by a series of techniques in detail. Results suggested that these AIE-active LPNs showed spherical morphology with diameter about 100–200 nm. The obtained 4-NH_2-PEG-TPE-E LPNs display high water dispersibility and strong fluorescence intensity because of their self assembly and AIE properties of TPE-E.Biological evaluation results demonstrated that 4-NH_2-PEG-TPE-E LPNs showed negative toxicity toward cancer cells and good fluorescent imaging performance. All of these features make 4-NH_2-PEG-TPE-E LPNs promising candidates for biological imaging and therapeutic applications.     

Preparation and in vitro/in vivo evaluation of anastrozole reservoir‐type intravaginal ring

This report details the preparation of anastrozole (ATZ) reservoir‐type intravaginal ring (IVR) and the detection of the concentration of ATZ in beagle dog plasma by liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (LC–MS/MS). An ATZ reservoir‐type IVR which included ATZ silicone elastomer core and a nonactive silicone layer was manufactured by reaction injection moulding at 80°C for 20 min. An in vitro release experiment was performed under sink conditions and the samples were determined by high‐performance liquid chromatography. A bioanalytical method was developed and validated for determination of ATZ in beagle dog plasma for IVR development. The analytical method consisted of the extraction of plasma samples and determination of ATZ by LC–MS/MS using buspirone as the internal standard. Separation was achieved on a Kinetex‐C₁₈ 110A column (3 × 30 mm, 2.6 μm, Phenomenex) using step‐gradient mobile phase and an isocratic flow rate consisting of formic acid. Protonated ions formed by a turboion spray in the positive mode was used to detect the analyte (ATZ) and internal standard. The MS–MS detection was performed on a triple quadrupole mass spectrometer equipped with electrospray ionization source. The mass spectrometer was operated in the multiple reaction monitoring mode. The mass transition ion‐pair was followed as m/z from 294.10 to 225.08 for anastrozole and m/z from 386.23 to 122.11 for buspirone. The results proved that the correlation between in vitro and in vivo analyses was relatively good.     

A new organic far-red mechanofluorochromic compound derived from cyano-substituted diarylethene

A new cyano-substituted diarylethene derivative (R-NH₂) with reversible far-red mechanofluorochromic property was synthesized and confirmed by standard spectroscopic methods. To the best of our knowledge, the 684 nm red-shifted wavelength of the ground R-NH₂ is the longest wavelength that has appeared in the literature. The mechanofluorochromic mechanism was investigated by small and wide-angle X-ray scattering and was ascribed to the destruction of crystalline structure. More in-depth study by infrared spectra and time-resolved emission-decay behaviors showed that the changes of C–H out-of-plane bending vibrations in aryl group of the compound and the obvious increase of fluorescence lifetime might be the fundamental reasons. The synthetic strategy reported here can be extended to prepare more and more long-wavelength emission mechanofluorochromic materials, which can broaden the scope of application of such materials and for thoroughly understanding the mechanofluorochromic mechanism.     

α-Al_2O_3比表面积标准物质的研制

选择市售α-Al2O3粉体作为比表面积标准物质候选材料,采用交叉缩分方法对标准物质样品进行分装。检验结果表明α-Al2O3标准物质样品具有良好的均匀性和稳定性(18个月)。采用国际公认的氮气物理吸附BET方法,联合测量能力经过确认的8家实验室对α-Al2O3标准物质样品进行定值,标准值比表面积为5.47 m2/g,不确定度为0.22 m2/g(k=2)。

A stage-structured predator–prey model with disturbing pulse and time delays

In this article we propose a stage-structured predator–prey model with disturbing pulse and time delays and obtain the sufficient conditions for the global attractivity of predator-eradiation periodic solution and permanence of the system. We also show that time delay, pulse catching rate and the period of pulsing can affect the dynamics of the system.
