Considering an inhomogeneous brane embedded in a five dimensional constant curvature bulk, we find the non-static and spherically symmetric exact solutions of the Einstein equations on the brane. With different choices of the parameters, one interesting case/solution is studied. We show that an inhomogeneous brane model can explain the accelerated expansion of the universe at large distance scales and also the galaxy rotation curves of spiral galaxies without assuming the existence of dark matter or new modified theories at the galactic scales.  相似文献

Ten ore samples, two unpurified yellow cake samples and natural uranyl nitrate hexahydrate sample were analyzed by Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and Energy Dispersive X-ray (EDX) method to verify source nuclear material. Samples represent source nuclear material as possible. All samples were scanned at ideal conditions; working distance = 10 mm, voltage = 30 kV, magnification value = × 100, spot size = 50 to screen samples for the presence of uranium and thorium, Also Hyper pure germanium (HPGe) gamma spectrometers were applied to estimate the uranium and thorium contents in Bq/kg (ppm). For the ore samples uranium-238 ranges from 1,049.23 Bq/kg (85.30 ppm) to 2,096.06 Bq/kg (170.41 ppm), uranium-235 ranges from 47.51 to 105.61 Bq/kg and thorium-232 ranges from 22.84 Bq/kg (5.65 ppm) to 41.78 Bq/kg (10.34 ppm). For the yellow cake samples and uranyl nitrate hexahydrate uranium-238 ranges from 42.99 Bq/kg (3.50 ppm) to 71,887.2 Bq/kg (5,844.49 ppm) and thorium-232 is 4.78 Bq/kg (1.83 ppm) and the other two samples are lower than the detection limit.  相似文献

During the past 7 years and since the introduction of dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction (DLLME), the method has gained widespread acceptance as a simple, fast, and miniaturized sample preparation technique. Owing to its simplicity of operation, rapidity, low cost, high recovery, and low consumption of organic solvents and reagents, it has been applied for determination of a vast variety of organic and inorganic compounds in different matrices. This review summarizes the DLLME principles, historical developments, and various modes of the technique, recent trends, and selected applications. The main focus is on recent technological advances and important applications of DLLME. In this review, six important aspects in the development of DLLME are discussed: (1) the type of extraction solvent, (2) the type of disperser solvent, (3) combination of DLLME with other extraction methods, (4) automation of DLLME, (5) derivatization reactions in DLLME, and (6) the application of DLLME for metal analysis. Literature published from 2010 to April 2013 is covered.  相似文献

Mononuclear copper(II) complexes of 1,2,4-triazole-based Schiff base macrocyclic hydrazones, III and IV, have been reported. The prepared amorphous complexes have been characterized by spectroscopic methods, electron spray ionization mass spectrometry, and elemental analysis data. Electrochemical studies of the complexes in DMSO show only one quasi-reversible reduction wave at +0.43 V (ΔE = 70 mV) and +0.42 V (ΔE = 310 mV) for III and IV, respectively, which is assigned to the Cu(II) → Cu(I) reduction process. Temperature dependence of magnetic susceptibilities of III and IV has been measured within an interval of 2–290 K. The values of χM at 290 K are 1.72 × 10?3 cm3 mol?1 and 1.71 × 10?3 for III and IV, respectively, which increases continuously upon cooling to 2 K. EPR spectra of III and IV in frozen DMSO and DMF were also reported. The trend g|| > g⊥ > ge suggests the presence of an unpaired electron in the dx2?y2 orbital of the Cu(II) in both complexes. Furthermore, spectral and antimicrobial properties of the prepared complexes were also investigated.  相似文献

A new series of pyrazolopyrazinoselenolotriazolopyrimidines was synthesized by a facile method based on condensation of 5-amino-3-methyl-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-b]selenolo[3,2-e]pyrazine-6-carbonitrile ( 3 ) with triethyl orthoformate followed by intramolecular cyclization with hydrazine to afford 7-amino-8-imino-3-methyl-1-phenyl-1,8-dihydro-7H-pyrazolo[3″,4″:5′,6′]pyrazino[2′,3′:4,5] selenolo[3,2-d]pyrimidine ( 5 ). The latter compound was utilized as a multipurpose precursor for the construction of other new triazoles fused to the pyrazolopyrazino- selenolopyrimidine moiety. Alternatively, acetylation and chloro-acetylation of compound 3 using acetic anhydride and chloroacetyl chloride yielded the acetyl amino 11 and chloroacetamido 12 derivatives, respectively. Compound 12 underwent nucleophilic substitution upon reaction with morpholine to provide the morpholinyl acetamide 13 . Furthermore, the pyrazolopyridoselenolopyrazine ring system 14 was synthesized by the reaction of the o-amino-carbonitrile 3 with malononitrile. Assignment of the chemical structures for the new compounds was confirmed depending on elemental and spectral techniques. On the other hand, most of the synthesized compounds revealed promising results against various bacterial and fungal strains.  相似文献

A novel electrochemical sensor for sensitive detection of methyldopa at physiological pH was developed by the bulk modification of carbon paste electrode (CPE) with graphene oxide nanosheets and 3‐(4′‐amino‐3′‐hydroxy‐biphenyl‐4‐yl)‐acrylic acid (3,′AA). Applying square wave voltammetry (SWV), in phosphate buffer solution (PBS) of pH 7.0, the oxidation current increased linearly with two concentration intervals of methyldopa, one is 1.0×10?8–1.0×10?6 M and the other is 1.0×10?6–4.5×10?5 M. The detection limit (3σ) obtained by SWV was 9.0 nM. The modified electrode was successfully applied for simultaneous determination of methyldopa and hydrochlorothiazide. Finally, the proposed method was applied to the determination of methyldopa and hydrochlorothiazide in some real samples.  相似文献

We demonstrate the application of an ionic liquid-based ferrofluid to the dispersive solid phase extraction of lead(II) using PAN as the chelator. The ionic liquid contains silica nanoparticles with a magnetic core as the dispersion medium, and its use results in improved stability of the colloidal dispersion and a complete extraction of lead(II) within a few seconds. In addition, there is no need for centrifugation. Specifically, the effect of different variables on the extraction of lead(II) was studied using an experimental design. Lead(II) was quantified by AAS. Under optimized conditions, the calibration graph for lead(II) is linear in the range from 5 to 372 μg L−1, the relative standard deviation is 1.34 % (for n = 7), the limit of detection is 1.66 μg L−1, and the enrichment factor is 200. The maximum adsorption capacity of sorbent was calculated to be 10.7 mg g−1, and adsorption follows a Langmuir isotherm.
