A new series of N-phthaloylglycineate (N-phthgly) ternary complexes of cobalt(II) and nickel(II) with imidazole (imi), N-methylimidazole
(mimi) and 2,2′-bipyridyl (bipy) have been synthesized and characterized by elementary analyses, IR spectroscopy, thermogravimetric
analysis. X-ray crystal structure analyses of the three complexes of [Co(mimi)2(N-phthgly)2] (1), [Co(bipy)(OH2)4](N-phthgly)2
(2) and [Ni(imi)2(N-phthgly)2(OHCH3)2] (3) were also carried out. In complex (1), the Co(II) exists in a distorted tetrahedral enviroment, where two nitrogen atoms of two methylimidazole molecules and two
oxygen atoms of the carboxylate group of two N-phthaloylglycinate molecules are coordinated. On the other hand, in complex
(2) the cobalt atom coordinates a 2,2′-bipyridine molecule and four water oxygen atoms forming a distorted octahedral conformation.
A molecule of N-phthaloylglycinate is connected by van der waals contact and H-bonds. For complex (3), the nickel atom is surrounded by four oxygens (two oxygens of two different N-phthaloylglycinate molecules and two of methanol
ligand) in the basal plane of octahedron along with two imidazole nitrogen atoms at the apical positions. Strong intramolecular
H-bond exists between the uncoordinated carboxylic oxygen of the N-phthaloylglycinate ligand and the O–H of the methanol group. 相似文献

We study a simple model of a foraging animal that modifies the substrate on which itmoves. This substrate provides its only resource, and the forager manages it by taking alimited portion at each visited site. The resource recovers its value after the visitfollowing a relaxation law. We study different scenarios to analyze the efficiency of themanaging strategy, corresponding to control the bite size. We observe the non trivialemergence of a home range, that is visited in a periodic way. The duration of thecorresponding cycles and the transient until it emerges is affected by the bite size. Ourresults show that the most efficient use of the resource, measured as the balance betweengathering and traveled distance, corresponds to foragers that take larger portions butwithout exhausting the resource. We also analyze the use of space determining the numberof attractors of the dynamics, and we observe that it depends on the bite size and therecovery time of the resource. 相似文献

Coumarin is an important six-membered aromatic heterocyclic pharmacophore, widely distributed in natural products and synthetic molecules. The versatile and unique features of coumarin nucleus, in combination with privileged sulfonamide moiety, have enhanced the broad spectrum of biological activities. The research and development of coumarin, sulfonamide-based pharmacology, and medicinal chemistry have become active topics, and attracted the attention of medicinal chemists, pharmacists, and synthetic chemists. Coumarin sulfonamide compounds and analogs as clinical drugs have been used to cure various diseases with high therapeutic potency, which have shown their enormous development value. The diversified and wide array of biological activities such as anticancer, antibacterial, anti-fungal, antioxidant and anti-viral, etc. were displayed by diversified coumarin sulfonamides. The present systematic and comprehensive review in the current developments of synthesis and the medicinal chemistry of coumarin sulfonamide-based scaffolds give a whole range of therapeutics, especially in the field of oncology and carbonic anhydrase inhibitors. In the present review, various synthetic approaches, strategies, and methodologies involving effect of catalysts, the change of substrates, and the employment of various synthetic reaction conditions to obtain high yields is cited. 相似文献

Two novel amino acids imine ligands (H2L1 and H2L2) have been synthesized using green condensation reaction from 2‐[3‐Amino‐5‐(2‐hydroxy‐phenyl)‐5‐methyl‐1,5‐dihydro‐[1, 2, 4]triazol‐4‐yl]‐3‐(1H‐indol‐3‐yl)‐propionic acid with benzaldehyde/p‐flouro benzaldehyde (1:1 molar ratio) in the presence of lemon juice as a natural acidic catalyst in aqueous medium. Their transition metal complexes have been prepared in a molar ratio (1:1). Characterization of the ligands and complexes using elemental analysis, spectroscopic studies, 1HNMR, 13CNMR, and thermal analysis has been reported. E*, ΔH*, ΔS* and ΔG* thermodynamic parameters, were calculated to throw more light on the nature of changes accompanying the thermal decomposition process of these complexes. The molar conductance measurement of metal complexes showed nonelectrolyte behavior. The metal complexes of the two ligands have tetrahedral geometry with a general molecular structure [M(H2L)Xn], where [(M = Mn (II), Co (II), Cu (II) and Zn (II), X = Cl, n = 2]; M = VO (II), X = SO4, n = 1] for H2L1. [M = Co (II), Cu (II), Zn (II)] for H2L2. Antibacterial activity of the complexes against (Bacillis subtilis, Micrococcus luteus, Escherichia coli), also antifungal activity against (Aspergillus niger, Candida Glabarta, Saccharomyces cerevisiae) have been screened. The results showed that all complexes have antimicrobial activity higher than free ligands. Molecular docking studies results showed that, all the synthesized compounds having minimum binding energy and have good affinity toward the active pocket, thus, they may be considered as good inhibitor of targeting PDB code: 1SC7 (Human DNA Topo‐isomerase I). 相似文献

Microwave irradiation (MWI) has accelerated the synthesis of S‐(2,3,4,6‐tetra‐O‐acetyl‐β‐D‐glucopyranosyl)thiouronium bromide (2a), whose reaction with 2,3,4,6‐tetra‐O‐acetyl‐α‐D‐glucopyranosyl bromide (1a) in the presence of Et3N afforded stereoselectively the acetylated β,β‐1‐thiotrehalose 4a. Chitin is a polysaccharide found in abundance in the shell of crustaceans. In this study, the protease from Bacillus cereus SV1 was applied for chitin extraction from shrimp waste material of Metapenaeus monoceros. A high level of deproteinization 88.8% ± 0.4 was recorded with an E/S ratio of 20. The demineralization was completely achieved
within 6 h at room temperature in HCl 1.25 M, and the residual content of calcium in chitin was below 0.01%. 13C CP/MAS-NMR spectral analysis of chitin prepared by the enzymatic deproteinization of shrimp wastes was found to be similar
to that obtained by alkaline treatment and to the commercial α-chitin. The degree of N-acetylation, calculated from the spectrum,
was 89.5%. Chitin obtained by treatment with crude protease from B. cereus was converted to chitosan by N-deacetylation, and the antibacterial activity of chitosan solution against different bacteria
was investigated. Results showed that chitosan solution at 50 mg/mL markedly inhibited the growth of most Gram-negative and
Gram-positive bacteria tested. Furthermore, the antioxidant potential of the protein hydrolysates obtained during enzymatic
isolation of chitin was evaluated using various in vitro assays. All the samples exerted remarkable antioxidant activities. These results suggest that enzymatic deproteinization
of the shrimp shell wastes, using B. cereus SV1 protease, could be applicable to the chitin production process. 相似文献

Encapsulation efficiencies of vesicles formed by the nonionic surfactant 1,2-dioctadecyl-rac-glycerol-3-omega-methoxydodecylethylene glycol (abbreviated as 2C18E12) and its phospholipid counterpart, distearoylphosphatidylcholine (DSPC) at 298 K, were determined by the entrapment of the water-soluble dye, carboxyfluorescein (CF) to be 0.045+/-0.001 and 0.03+/-0.04 L mol(-1) for 2C18E12 vesicles prepared using low osmolarity (270 m Osm) Krebs-Henseleit (K-H) buffer and a modified 'high salt' (1600 m Osm) variant of K-H buffer, respectively, and 0.64+/-0.01 and 0.31+/-0.04 Lmol(-1) for DSPC vesicles prepared under the same conditions and in the same buffers. Freeze fracture electron microscopy studies confirmed the presence of vesicles when 2C18E12 and DSPC were dispersed in water and both buffer solutions. Small angle neutron scattering (SANS) studies, using D2O in place of H2O, showed that when 2C18E12 vesicles were prepared in the 'high salt' variant of K-H buffer as opposed to K-H buffer or water, a higher proportion of multilamellar vesicles (MLV) were formed. Furthermore when prepared in the 'high salt' variant of K-H buffer, the 2C18E12 bilayers were thinner, and when present in the form of MLV exhibited a smaller layer of water separating the bilayers. However, even in the absence of electrolyte, 2C18E12 formed surprisingly thin bilayers due to the penetration of the polyoxyethylene chains into the hydrophobic chain region of the bilayer. Due to the dehydrating effect of the high concentration of electrolyte present in the 'high salt' variant of K-H, the polyoxyethylene head groups penetrated further into the hydrophobic region of the bilayer making the bilayer even thinner. In the case of the DSPC vesicles, although the SANS study showed an increase in the relative proportion of multilamellar to unilamellar vesicles when samples were prepared in the 'high salt' variant of K-H buffer, no differences were observed in the thickness and the d-spacing of the vesicle bilayers. Variable temperature turbidity measurements of 2C18E12, and DSPC vesicles prepared in water indicated phase changes at 320+/-0.5 and 327+/-0.5 K, respectively, and were unchanged when the 'high salt' variant of K-H buffer was used as hydrating medium. Taken together, these results suggest that a low phase transition temperature was not the reason for the poor entrapment efficiency of 2C18E12 vesicles but rather the very 'thin' hydrophobic barrier formed by the penetration of the polyoxyethylene chains into the hydrophobic region of the bilayer. 相似文献
