Fischer吲哚合成法合成舒马普坦

舒马普坦是一种起效快耐受性好的治疗偏头痛的标准药物,目前市场前景看好。本研究用Fischer吲哚合成法,以4-肼基-N-甲基苯甲烷磺酰胺盐酸盐（Ⅰ）和4．N,N-二甲胺基丁醛缩二甲醇（Ⅱ）为原料,在甲醇／乙酸溶剂中先缩合形成腙不经分离在浓盐酸催化下一步直接得到了舒马普坦。实验表明,该方法操作简单且重复性好,粗产品通过高效液相色谱测定其含量为56％;产品经柱色谱纯化后产率为37％。产物结构经红外光谱、氢核磁共振谱分析得以确认。     

Cu、Ag、Au掺杂BiVO_4可见光催化剂的制备及性能研究

水热法制备了币族金属(Cu、Ag和Au)掺杂的BiVO4可见光催化剂,借助X-射线衍射(XRD)、X-射线光电子能谱(XPS)、紫外-可见漫反射光谱(DRS)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对其进行表征.XRD分析显示所有催化剂都呈现单斜结构.XPS结果显示掺杂元素均以其稳定氧化态形式存在与催化剂表面.DRS谱中掺杂样品的吸收边界比纯BiVO4都有不同程度的红移.以甲基橙的可见光催化降解反应为探针,研究了催化剂的可见光催化性能.结果表明,经币族金属掺杂改性的催化剂催化能力比纯BiVO4有所提高.对其掺杂增强催化能力的可能原因进行了分析讨论.     

Principal parametric resonance of axially accelerating rectangular thin plate in magnetic field

Nonlinear parametric vibration and stability is investigated for an axially accelerating rectangular thin plate subjected to parametric excitations resulting from the axial time-varying tension and axial time-varying speed in the magnetic field. Consid- ering geometric nonlinearity, based on the expressions of total kinetic energy, potential energy, and electromagnetic force, the nonlinear magneto-elastic vibration equations of axially moving rectangular thin plate are derived by using the Hamilton principle. Based on displacement mode hypothesis, by using the Galerkin method, the nonlinear para- metric oscillation equation of the axially moving rectangular thin plate with four simply supported edges in the transverse magnetic field is obtained. The nonlinear principal parametric resonance amplitude-frequency equation is further derived by means of the multiple-scale method. The stability of the steady-state solution is also discussed, and the critical condition of stability is determined. As numerical examples for an axially moving rectangular thin plate, the influences of the detuning parameter, axial speed, axial tension, and magnetic induction intensity on the principal parametric resonance behavior are investigated.     

Visible-Light Activities of Erbium Doped BiVO4 Photocatalysts

Er-doped BiVO₄ composite photocatalyst was hydrothermal synthesized and characterizedby X-ray powder diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, energy-dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectra techniques. The activity of the catalyst was determined by oxidative decomposition of methyl orange in aqueous solution under visible-light irradiation. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and energy-dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy analysis revealed that the doped Er existed in the form of Er₂O₃. It also showed that the Er doping can enhance the visible-light absorption abilities of catalysts and their visible-light-driven photocatalytic activities in comparison with those of pure BiVO₄.     

非那雄胺合成工艺改进

非那雄胺能抑制5α-还原酶的活性,明显降低二氢睾酮水平,是一种治疗良性前列腺增生的有效药品。该合成工艺以甾烯酮酸为原料,将其与氯化亚砜反应,无须分离即与叔丁胺反应得17β-酰胺化合物,再氧化开环,环合,氢化,脱氢合成了非那雄胺。经元素分析、IR、1HNMR、13CNMR、MS分析表征了其结构。该法无须使用昂贵的2,2-二吡啶二硫化物和剧毒药品苯亚硒酸酐,且以乙酸铵代替氨气,降低了对设备的要求和腐蚀,更适用于工业生产。     

An attempt to differential Galois theory of second order polynomial system and solvable subgroup of M(o)bius transformations

By introducing the conception "relativistic differential Galois group" for the second order polynomial systems, we establish the relation between the conformal relativistic differential Galois group and the subgroup of M(o)bius transformations, and prove that the system is integrable in the sense of Liouville if its conformal relativistic differential Galois group is solvable with a derived length at most 2. Some omissions on the structures of solvable subgroups of M(o)bius transformations at the first author's article published in this journal in 1996 are refreshed in this paper.     

流动注射化学发光法测定盐酸氟桂利嗪

在酸性条件下,盐酸氟桂利嗪与KMnO4反应可产生弱的化学发光,甲醛的存在对这一反应的化学发光强度具有增强作用。据此,优化了化学发光反应条件,建立了测定盐酸氟桂利嗪的流动注射化学发光分析法。该方法测定盐酸氟桂利嗪的线性范围为8.0×10-7~8.0×10-5g/mL,检出限为8×10-7g/mL,对1.0×10-5g/mL盐酸氟桂利嗪标准溶液进行11次平行测定的相对标准偏差为2.2%。方法已用于盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊中盐酸氟桂利嗪的测定。     

随机利率下服从指数O-U过程的可转换债券的鞅定价

从定量的角度分析了随机利率下有股利分配的可转换债券的价值构成,并在股价服从广义O-U过程的条件下,利用鞅定价方法推导出可转换债券的定价公式.     

弹簧摆动力学行为演示仪

在非线性保守系统中,弹簧摆结构简单,运动特性较为典型.本文通过拉格朗日方程对弹簧摆系统进行理论分析解得运动方程,并在径向和切向将运动分解,运用图像处理技术设计制作了弹簧摆演示仪和实验软件,对运动轨迹与时序图进行可视化.软件绘制的弹簧摆轨迹与理论结果具有较好的一致性.     

Transgenic Tobacco Expressing <Emphasis Type="Italic">Zephyranthes grandiflora</Emphasis> Agglutinin Confers Enhanced Resistance to Aphids

Plant lectins have been reported as transgenic resistance factors against a variety of insect pests. Herein, homologous analysis demonstrated that Zephyranthes grandiflora agglutinin (ZGA) exhibited high similarity with other monocot mannose-binding lectins (MBLs). Phylogenetic analysis revealed that it had taxonomical relationships with insecticidal MBLs. Subsequently, a plasmid expression vector pBI121 containing zga gene (pBIZGA) was constructed using the zga sequence, under the control of CaMV35S promoter and nos terminator. pBIZGA was then integrated into the genome of Nicotiana tabacum L. Polymerase chain reaction and Southern blot analysis demonstrated that this zga gene was integrated into the plant genome. Western blotting and agglutinating activity analysis also showed that transgenic tobacco plants expressed different levels of ZGA. Carbohydrate inhibition analysis indicated that recombinant ZGA and the native shared the same carbohydrate-binding specificity. Moreover, genetic analysis confirmed Mendelian segregation (3:1) of the transgenic in T1 progenies. In planta bioassays on T0 plants and their progenies indicated that expressed ZGA had an effect on reducing the survivability and fecundity of tobacco aphids (Myzus nicotianae). These findings demonstrate that the novel zga gene of ZGA can be expressed in crop plants susceptible to various sap-sucking insects.
