带有奇异项的临界增长p-Laplace方程的非平凡解

本文研究了一种带有奇异项的临界增长p-Laplace方程在N维空间中的有界集上非平凡解的问题,利用山路引理和集中紧性原理,得出方程在非线性项满足一定条件下有非平凡解的结果.     

Fission Barrier for ^240Pu in the Quadrupole Constrained Relativistic Mean Field Approach

The fission barrier for ^240pu is investigated beyond the second saddle point in the potentiM energy surface by the constrained relativistic mean field method with the newly proposed parameter set PK1. The microscopic correction for the centre-of-mass motion is essentiM to provide the correct potential energy surface. The shell effects that stabilize the nuclei against the fission is also investigated by the Strutinsky method. The shapes for the ground state, fission isomer and saddle-points, etc, are studied in detail.     

气相色谱法测量聚苯乙烯——挥发组分二元系统中挥发组分在无限稀时的活度系数

Activity coefficients of hexane, heptane, methyl cyclo-hexane, benzene, toluene, ethyl benzene, o-, m-, p-xylene at infinite dilution in polystyrene-volatile component systems are determined by GLPC method. The relation may be expressed as following equation:with an error less than 5 % to the experimental data.     

提高非贵金属临氢脱腊催化剂异构化能力的研究

通过水热条件下合成分子筛试验条件的考察,获得了合成条件和性能良好的ZSM-8分子筛。采用无定形硅铝和ZSM-8分子筛制备出复合载体型的非贵金属临氢脱腊催化剂,通过锌和钨改性组分的添加,提高现有工业催化剂的异构化能力。实验结果表明,不同复合载体、改性组分对催化性能有较大影响,但改性组分的添加次序无明显作用。与以前β沸石基催化剂性能相比,ZSM-8基催化剂不仅提高了润滑油收率,而且产品润滑油的粘度指数也明显提高。催化性能的改进可以归结为改性后催化剂异构化能力的提高。     

芴取代的有机膦化合物的合成及发光性能

合成了以芴为取代基，P原子为核的一类新型有机膦化合物．此类化合物的HOMO值在-5．35～-5．24eV之间．在二氯甲烷中的最大紫外吸收光谱峰值在313～351nm之间，荧光光谱峰值在334～397nm之间．利用此类小分子与纯聚芴进行掺杂，制作了有机电致发光器件．低HOMO值有机膦化合物的引入有效地降低了聚芴发光器件的开启电压，提高了器件的发光效率．     

NETWORK CROWN ETHER POLYMERS WITH CENTRIC FUNCTIONAL GROUP (Ⅳ) SYNTHESIS OF NETWORK CROWN ETHER POLYMER WITH PENDANT DIETHYLAMINO THIAALKYL GROUP AND ITS PLATINUM COMPLEX*

The title polymer was prepared from 5-diethylamino-3-thia-pentyl glycidyl ether anddiethylene glycol bisglycidyl ether via ring-opening copolymerization. It was found that thisreaction could be catalyzed by sodium, but not Lewis acid. The obtained polymer can coordinatewith platinum compound, and the platinum complex is a new kind of catalyst for thehydrosilylation of olefins with triethoxysilane.     

Studies on the refolding of the reduced-denatured insulin with size exclusion chromatography

The refolding of the reduced-denatured insulin from bovine pancreas was investigated with the size exclusion chromatography (SEC). It was shown that the reduced-denatured insulin originally denatured with 7.0 mol·L-1 guanidine hydrochloride (GuHCI) or 8.0 mol·L-1 urea could not be refolded with a non-oxidized mobile phase. Although the oxidized and reduced glutathione (GSSG and GSH) were employed in the oxidized mobile phase, the reduced-denatured insulin still could not be renatured. However, in the presence of 2.0 mol·L-1 urea in the oxidized mobile phase employed, the reduced-denatured insulin can be refolded with SEC, and the aggregation of denatured insulin can be diminished by urea. In addition, the disul-fide exchange of reduced-denatured insulin also can be accelerated with GSSG/GSH in the oxidized mobile phase. The three disulfide bridges of insulin were formed correctly and the reduced-unfolded insulin can be renatured completely. The results were further tested with re-versed-phase liquid chromatography (RPLC) and hydrophobic interaction chromatography (HIC).     

Effect of ligand structure of stationary phase of high performance hydrophobic interaction chromatography on renaturation efficiency of GuHCl-denaturedα-chymotrypsin

The renaturation of the denaturedα-chymotrypsin (α-Chy) with 1.7 mol·L-1 gua-nidine hydrochloride (GuHCI) by three kinds of stationary phase of high performance hydropho-bic interaction chromatography (STHIC) with a comparable hydrophobicity but different ligand structures was investigated. The obtained result indicates that the ligand structures of the three STHIC contribute to the renaturation efficiency ofα-Chy in the order of the end ligands PEG-600< phenyl group < tetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol (THFA).     

回旋速调管放大器输出腔的特性研究

 利用变截面波导的耦合模理论，根据输出腔中电场幅值分布函数所满足的微分方程组，编写了具有自动优化功能的计算程序，分析研究了不同渐变角度、考虑腔体损耗前后和输出腔与外电路失配时，谐振频率、腔体品质因数和高频场幅值沿轴分布的变化情况，为进一步研究高频场与电子注的互作用和输出腔奠定了基础。     

水中硝酸盐氮稳定同位素比值测定前处理方法的优化

水体中过量的硝酸盐导致会严重的水生生态恶化和环境污染问题。氮稳定同位素技术为水体污染来源的判断及水生系统氮素转化机理研究提供了强有力的工具。在前人基础上,通过开发Cu2+-Cd复合催化结合超声波辅助加速反应,优化硝酸盐氮同位素比值测定前处理方法。考察了Cu2+添加量,超声功率以及反应时间变化对NO3--N转化生成N2O气体及其氮同位素比值的影响,在单因素实验基础上采用正交实验优化得到了最佳反应条件,并采用不同15N同位素比值的KNO3标准溶液结合气体预浓缩装置与稳定同位素质谱仪联用系统对新方法进行了验证。新方法单次反应体系中氮最低量为1.0 μg,其中自然丰度和高丰度样品δ15N分析精度小于1‰,富集样品的15N分析精度可达0.1 atom%以内(CV<1%);且所有标准样品的15N测定值与参考值基本一致。将优化后的方法应用于不同来源水样中硝酸盐氮稳定同位素比值测定,均可获得较好的精度,较原方法提高了前处理效率,且精度更优。综上,建立的方法准确可靠,操作简单,耗时短,适用于水中硝酸盐氮稳定同位素比值测定的批量、快速前处理。
