Novel indole derivatives containing a triazole moiety (1a-d, 2a-c) were synthesized as lead compounds with interesting pharmacological profiles. Their antioxidant activity was investigated on in vitro non-enzymatic rat hepatic microsomal lipid peroxidation. All compounds showed significant effect in the above assay. The effect depended mainly on the attachment position of the triazole moiety on the indole nucleus. The most potent antioxidant derivatives la, 1c and 1d were tested for their protective ability against the oxidative damage of the myocardium after ischemia-reperfusion, in male rabbits which were subjected to 30 min regional ischemia followed by reperfusion. The tested antioxidant compounds 1a, 1c and 1d were continuously infused for 30 min starting at 10th min of ischemia and lasted at 10th min of reperfusion. The concentration of malondialdehyde (MDA, a marker of lipid peroxidation) and hemodynamic parameters (blood pressure and heart rate) were measured in the baseline, at 20th min of the sustained ischemia, 1st and 20th min of reperfusion. It was found that the examined compounds la, 1c and 1d reduced significantly the level of MDA in rabbits under ischemia-reperfusion and proved to be promising substances for further evaluation of anti-ischemic properties.  相似文献

We consider anr-dimensional multivariate time series {yttZ} which is generated by an infinite order vector autoregressive process. We show that a bootstrap procedure which works by generating time series replicates via an estimated finitek-order vector autoregressive process (k→∞ at an appropriate rate with the sample size) gives asymptotically valid approximations to the joint distribution of the growing set of estimated autoregressive coefficients and to the corresponding set of estimated moving average coefficients (impuls responses).  相似文献

A numerical scheme is developed to predict the heat transfer and pressure drop coefficients in flow through rigid tube bundles. The scheme uses the Galerkin finite element technique. The conservation equations for laminar steady-state flow are cast in the form of streamfunction and vorticity equations. A Picard iteration method is used for the solution of the resulting system of non-linear algebraic equations. Results for the heat transfer and pressure drop coefficients are obtained for tube arrays of pitch ratios of 1·5 and 2·0. Very good agreement of the present results and experimental data obtained in the past is observed up to Reynolds numbers of 1000. It is also observed that the results of the present method show better agreement with the experimental data and that they are applicable for higher Reynolds numbers than results of other studies.  相似文献

The title compounds 2 are prepared from the reaction of 1-(N, N-diaroyl)amino-5-bromomethyl-1,2,3-triazoles with aromatic amines. The fragmentation pattern upon electron impact at 70 eV of compounds 2 is studied. The molecular ion peak is present in all the spectra examined. Besides the [M-28]++, there is also a more abundant [M-29]+ peak, corresponding to a N2H loss of the molecular ion. The ion Ar2NH = CH2 is the base or the most prominent peak.  相似文献

The flow of solid particles in air streams involves a great deal of variables and complex phenomena, difficult to analyse. In practice the flow quantities in gas-solid flows are predicted by the use of empirical correlations of data or semi-empirical methods. The predictive power of these methods varies substantially between different systems. This paper presents an analytical approach to the subject of gas-solid flows, based on a turbulent model. The mixture is modeled as a variable density fluid flowing in a duct; the equations for the Reynolds stress incorporate the variation of velocity and density together, and yield the velocity profile of the flow and average quantities of interest such as the mass flux, the friction factor, the average density and average areas occupied by each phase. The predicted values for the friction factor are compared with known correlations emanating from experimental data. It is found that there is a very good agreement between the predicted values and the experimental correlations.  相似文献

In this work it is shown that by a series of admissible functional transformations the constructed higher-order strongly non-linear differential equation (ODE), describing the elastica of a cantilever due to a terminal generalized concentrated, as well as to a lateral uniformly distributed loading, is reduced to a first-order non-linear integrodifferential equation consisting of the first intermediate integral of the original equation. The absence of exact analytic solutions in terms of known (tabulated) functions of the above reduced equation leads to the conclusion that there are no exact analytic solutions of this complicated elastica problem. In the limits of small values of the slope parameter of the deflected elastica, we expand asymptotically the above integrodifferential equation to non-linear ODEs of the generalized Emden–Fowler types, exact analytic solutions of which are constructed in parametric form.  相似文献

Hemoglobin-based oxygen carriers (HBOCs) are blood substitutes based on hemoglobin of either bovine or human origin and they can potentially be misused in elite sports to improve endurance performance. Recently, three methods have been proposed in doping control analysis to allow HBOCs screening and identification by application of electrophoresis, size-exclusion chromatography coupled with HPLC and LC coupled with tandem mass spectrometry (LC/MSMS). In view of the Athens 2004 Olympic Games, modifications were introduced in order to increase the specificity of these methods. The sample preparation protocols of the electrophoretic and SEC-HPLC methods were modified with the introduction of sequential ultra filtration steps to remove all heme containing material below 100 kDa, thus leaving only HBOCs material for analysis. Furthermore, a modification of the LC/MSMS methodology was introduced to allow full scan MS-MS spectra of peptide segments arising from the tryptic digestion of bovine HBOCs. These relatively simple methodological modifications have major impact, as far as time and cost effectiveness is concerned in doping control procedures, because they provide a useful tool in order to identify which suspect samples from the initial visual screening are due to hemolysis and exclude them from further analysis.  相似文献
