咪唑-金属配合物的合成、性质及其与DNA的作用机理

Three hexakis（imidazole）metallo complexes of Co, Cd and Ni were synthesized and spectroscopically characterized. The crystal and molecular structures have been determined by X-ray crystallography analysis. The metal ions have an octahedral geometry with the MN6 chromophore. The electrochemical experimental results indicate that both [Co（Im）6]C12·2HCl·2H2O （1） and [Ni（Im）6]C12·4H2O （3） [Im=imidazole] could interact with DNA mainly by intercalation.     

四氮大环-金属配合物与DNA作用的电化学及谱学研究

Mononuclear copper（Ⅱ）, nickel（Ⅱ） and cobalt（Ⅲ） tetracoordinate macrocyclic complexes were synthesized and spectroscopically characterized. The crystal structure of the three compounds were determined by X-ray crystallography. The electrochemical experimental results indicate that the three complexes could interact with DNA mainly by electrostatic interaction. The interaction of tetracoordinate macrocyclic cobalt（Ⅲ） complex with DNA was studied by cyclic voltammetry and UV-vis spectroscopy. The experimental results reveal that tetracoordinate macrocyc- lic cobalt（Ⅲ） complex could interact with DNA by electrostatic interaction to form a 1 ： 1 DNA association complex with a binding constant of 7.50 ×10^3 L·mol^-1.     

七-O-乙酰基-β-乳糖异硫氰酸酯的合成、表征及电化学研究

本文合成了并培养出了七-O-乙酰基—β—乳糖异硫氰酸酯的单晶，用X射线衍射分析了其晶体结构。结果表明，晶体为正交晶系，P2₁2₁2₁空间群，a＝1．23282(7)，b＝1．80012(10)，c＝1.85230(10) nm，α＝β＝γ＝90°，V＝4．1107(4) nm³，Z＝4。电化学实验观测到单链DNA和双链DNA对该化合物的峰电流均有明显降低作用，表明化合物与DNA发生了静电作用。

上海光源储存环磁聚焦结构设计

上海光源是一台正在建设中的低发射度第三代同步辐射光源. 经过优化后, 储存环有两种直线节长度, 周长432m,在能量3.5GeV下束流发射度为3.9nm.rad, 直线节处的β函数和色散函数有足够的调节范围. 跟踪研究表明, 即使带上磁铁高阶场误差, 储存环仍有足够大的动力学孔径和能量接受度.     

Studies of closed orbit correction and slow orbit feedback for the SSRF storage ring

Details of the active ways to suppress Closed Orbit Distortion （COD）, including bending magnet sorting and survey and alignment of the magnets, are discussed based on the studies of affections to the COD by the bending magnet field error and the misalignment of quadrupoles. The closed orbit correction and the Slow Orbit Feed Back （SOFB） system for the SSRF storage ring are presented in this paper. With these available methods, better results were obtained during the commissioning period with 3 GeV beam energy.     

顶点代数V_(l,0)的极小生成问题

设g是有限维单李代数,是相应于g的无扭仿型Kac-Moody代数的导代数.讨论了相应于的顶点代数V_(l,0)的极小生成问题,证明了V_(l,0)作为顶点代数由a,h两个元素生成,其中a,h∈g.     

基于进化博弈视角的水源地与下游生态补偿合作演化分析

水源地与下游地方政府之间的协议合作可以协调流域上下游之间的矛盾和利益,是一种可实现流域生态保护良性循环的生态补偿尝试。本文应用进化博弈的双种群博弈理论,研究了水源地和下游地方政府之间博弈演化过程及影响因素。研究表明,流域上下游地方政府合作的演化方向主要受水源地不保护及下游不补偿受到的惩罚、下游对水源地的补偿额度、水源地和下游合作的初始成本、水源地生态保护的成本及收益等八个因素的影响。降低水源地的保护成本及水源地和下游合作的初始成本,提高水源地因保护而获得的综合效益、提高水源地不保护及下游不补偿受到的惩罚额度、合理确定下游对水源地的补偿额度将有利于水源地生态补偿机制向合作方向演进。     

New chromaticity compensation approach and dynamic aperture increase in the SSRF storage ring

Strong chromatic sextupoles used to compensate natural chromaticities in the third generation light source storage ring usually reduce dynamic aperture drastically. Many optimization methods can be used to find solutions that provide large dynamic apertures. This paper discusses a new optimization approach of sextupole strengths with step-by-step procedure, which is applied in the SSRF storage ring, and a better solution is obtained. Investigating driving terms generated by the sextupoles in every step can analyze their convergences and guide the weight setting among different terms in object function of the single resonance approach based on the perturbation theory.
