应用染色体Q带显带法,比较100个汉族和50个海南岛黎族人群的染色体多态性。发现这两个民族Q荧光变异带数基本一致,但第21对染色体21pll区有显著性差异。黎族人群的Y染色体相对长度大于汉族。统计分析表明各染色体上荧光变异带分布将合Hardy-Weinberg法则。 相似文献

Using QFQ banding technique. the Q-band polymorphism of two Chinese ethnic groups isinvestigated. The data are based on the study of 100 individuals of the Han group and 50individuals of the Li group of Hainan Island. The results reveal that the QFQ bands of thesetwo groups are basically similar with the exception of the 21p11 band of ehromosome 21 whichshows significant difference. The relative length of the Y chromosome in the Li group isgreater than that hi the Ran group. Statistical analysis indicate tliat tlie distribution ofpolymorphic Q bands in the populations sampled is consistent with the expectations of theHardy-Weinberg Principle. 相似文献
