Field Emission from Silicon Nanocrystallite Films with Compact Alignment and Uniform Orientation

Patterned silicon nanocrystallite (SINC) films were fabricated on (100) orientation p-type boron-doped sificon wafer by the hydrogen ion implantation technique and the anodic etching method. The efficient field emission with low turn-on field of about 3.5V/μm at current density of 0.1μA/cm^2 was obtained. The emission current density from the SiNC films reached 1mA/cm^2 under a bias field of about 9.1V/μm. The experimental results demonstrate that there are great potential applications of the SiNC films for fiat panel displays. A surface treatment with hydrogen plasma was performed on the SiNC films and a significant improvement of emission properties was achieved.     

2-氰基-3-甲硫基-3-取代甲氨基丙烯酸酯类化合物的合成及其除草活性

A series of 2-cyano-3-methylthio-3-substituted methylaminoacrylates were synthesized as herbicidal inhibitors of photosystem Ⅱ （PSⅡ） electron transport, in order to estimate the effect of fluorine atom, pyridyl group, chirality and ester chain on activity. The important intermediate 2-fluoro-5-aminomethylpyridine was synthesized with high yield. The bioassay results showed that most of rifle compounds had high herbicidal activity in postemergence treatment. The introduction of an a-methyl into the 3-substituted methylamino could improve the activity notably. The replacement of hydrogen by chlorine or fluorine group and phenyl by pyridyl group showed different effects, and at the same time, the ester chain affected the activity too.

Slowly moving matter--wave gap soliton propagation in weak random nonlinear potential

We systematically investigate the motion of slowly moving matter--wave gap solitons in a nonlinear potential, produced by the weak random spatial variation of the atomic scattering length. With the weak randomness, we construct an effective-particle theory to study the motion of gap solitons. Based on the effective-particle theory, the effect of the randomness on gap solitons is obtained, and the motion of gap solitons is finally solved. Moreover, the analytic results for the general behaviours of gap soliton motion, such as the ensemble-average speed and the reflection probability depending on the weak randomness are obtained. We find that with the increase of the random strength the ensemble-average speed of gap solitons decreases slowly where the reduction is proportional to the variance of the weak randomness, and the reflection probability becomes larger. The theoretical results are in good agreement with the numerical simulations based on the Gross--Pitaevskii equation.     

STRUCTURES OF Si AND Ge CLUSTERS UNDER MODIFIED STILLINGER-WEBER POTENTIAL

Structural behaviors of silicon and germanium clusters under the recently proposed modified Stillinger-Weber (SW) potential have been studied by molecular dynamics method along with the con-jugate-gradient optimization. Since the SW potentials have been derived from the properties of bulk materials, it gives relatively large discrepancy when the cluster number is small, e.g. n=3 and 4. When n>4, the ground-state structures under the modified SW potential are close to that from the first-principle calculation. The binding energies are also improved under the modified SW potential. These results may be attributed to the relative enhancement of the two-body term over the three-body term in the modified SW potential, which leads to structures with a preferential coordination number 4. Structural behaviors of germanium clusters are similar to those of silicon.     

用电子自旋共振波谱研究ZnS:Mn结构相变的对数直线法

本文提出用电子自旋共振(ESR)波谱的对数直线法确定ZnS:Mn的结构相变温度,在研究微量掺杂离子影响ZnS微晶结构相变温度的实验分析中取得满意的结果,克服了X射线衍射对Mn²⁺浓度在10^-3—10^-6g/g范围内ZnS相变温度不能区分的困难。     

新型3-(α-羟基吲哚亚甲基)吡咯烷-2,4-二酮衍生物的合成与除草活性研究

为了进一步研究3-羟亚甲基吡咯烷-2,4-二酮类化合物构效关系,以期发现高活性化合物,利用生物等排原理引入具有芳香性的吲哚环,合成了22个未见文献报道的新型3-羟亚甲基吡咯烷-2,4-二酮衍生物,其结构均经过1HNMR和元素分析确证.初步生物活性测试结果表明,这些化合物均具有一定的除草活性.初步的构效关系研究表明,该类吡咯烷-2,4-二酮类化合物的除草活性与平面A和B的相对构型有关.
