水合醋酸铈直接热分解制备超细氧化铈及其抛光性能 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
Ultra fine ceria was prepared by calcining hydrate cerium acetate. The effects of pyrolysis temperature on the particle size, morphology, specific surface area and loose packing density of ceria were investigated, and the removal rate of optical glasses polishing by ceria was determined. The results show that with the increase of pyrolysis temperature, the loose deposit density and crystallinity increases and the specific surface area decreases, however, the particle size decreases firstly and then increases, the minimum medium particle size D50 is 0.47 μm at pyrolysis temperature of 1 000 ℃. The SEM images of ceria prepared by the decomposition at 800 ℃ or at 1 100 ℃ show porous powders or quasi-sphere small particles with loosely agglomeration, respectively. It was found that the removal rate varied with pyrolysis temperature in preparation of ceria and the property of glass polished. The removal rate for three kinds of glasses was in the order of ZF7> F1> K9, and the maximum value appeared at around 1 000 ℃ for ZF7 and F1, and at around 1 100 ℃ for K9. 相似文献

A new Eu(Ⅲ) complex, {[Eu(tta)2(C2H5OH)(NO3)]2(bmp)}·bmp(tta = 2-thenoyltrifluoro- acetonate, bmp = 2,2'-bipyrimidine), has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, luminescence and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The complex crystallizes in the monoclinic P21/n space group, with a = 11.894(6), b = 14.235(8), c = 19.078(10) , β = 103.423(9)o, V = 3142(3) 3, Z = 2, Mr = 1721.10, Dc = 1.819 g/cm3, F(000) = 1696, the final R = 0.0452 and wR = 0.1398 for 5375 observed reflections with I 2σ(I). In the complex, each Eu(Ⅲ) ion is coordinated with four oxygen atoms from two tta ligands and two nitrogen atoms from a bmp ligand, three oxygen atoms from one NO3- anion and one ethanol molecule, forming a distorted tricapped trigonal prism geometry. Luminescence measurement indicates that the europium complex is a strong red emitter in the solid state at room temperature. 相似文献

Two new copper complexes based on 2-naphthoxyacetic acid ligand, namely [Cu(L)_2(CH_3CN)]_2(1) and [Cu(L)(1,10-phen)_2](2), where L = 2-naphthoxyacetic acid and 1,10-phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, were obtained by hydrothermal reaction and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The binuclear complex 1 and mononuclear complex 2 belong to space group C2/c and P■, respectively. The binding properties of the two compounds with ct-DNA were investigated by UV-Vis and fluorescence spectra. The two compounds could bind with ct-DNA through interactions. Compound 2 displays stronger binding ability in the reaction with ct-DNA. 相似文献

有机-无机杂化凝胶法合成YAG∶Ce~(3+)荧光粉的包膜及其稳定性 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
本文以金属硝酸盐为原料,柠檬酸为配位剂的有机-无机杂化凝胶法来合成掺杂三价铈离子的钇铝石榴石荧光粉,采用X-射线衍射法研究了杂化凝胶在煅烧过程中的相转变机制。结果表明:杂化凝胶在煅烧过程中可以通过两条途径形成Y3Al5O12(YAG)相:一是由无定形Y2O3和Al2O3直接向YAG相的一步相转变;二是由无定型Y2O3和Al2O3经由YAlO3(YAP)和γ-Al2O3向YAG相的两阶段相转变,在900℃得到结晶性好的纯YAG∶Ce3 荧光粉,其最大激发波长为459nm,最大发射峰波长为550nm;在荧光粉表面包覆氧化铝和氧化镧,将使荧光粉的荧光强度稍有降低,但对荧光粉的稳定性有很好的改进作用。 相似文献

A novel praseodymium complex [PrCl(H_2O)_3(L)(HL)]_nnCl(1, HL = 3-hydroxy-2-methylquinoline-4-carboxylic acid) has been synthesized through hydrothermal reactions and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 crystallizes in P2_1 space group of the monoclinic system, with a = 7.3146(2), b = 9.3963(3), c = 17.4872(5) ?, β = 96.818(3)°, V = 1193.40(6) ?~3, C_(22)H_(23)Cl_2N_2O_9Pr, M_r = 671.23, Z = 2, D_c = 1.868 g/cm~3, μ(MoKα) = 2.322 mm~(-1) and F(000) = 668. The praseodymium ion is surrounded by seven oxygen atoms and one chlorine atom to yield a slightly distorted square antiprism. Complex 1 is characterized by a one-dimensional chain-like structure. A two-dimensional supramolecular layer is formed via hydrogen-bonding interactions. Solid-state photoluminescence spectrum reveals that it shows red emission. The emission bands are ascribed to the characteristic emission of the 4 f electron transitions of ~3P_0 → ~3H_J(J = 5 and 6) and ~3P_0 → ~3F_4 of Pr~(3+) ions. Solid-state UV/Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy exhibits that it has an optical band gap of 2.75 eV. 相似文献

将水合碳酸铈与硝酸铝和氨水共同进行机械球磨,使新形成的无定型氢氧化铝包覆在细小的碳酸铈颗粒表面,经脱水干燥和煅烧,以制备出表面掺杂有氧化铝的氧化铈。结果表明:球磨中间产物仍然以水合碳酸铈为主,氢氧化铝的形成阻碍了碳酸铈的无定型化和向氢氧化铈的转化过程。在氧化铝掺杂量不超过10%的条件下,煅烧产物均具有立方萤石型结构。所有掺杂铝的氧化铈粉体对ZF7和K9光学玻璃的抛光速率均比纯氧化铈的有很大提高,证明铝的掺杂能够大大提高氧化铈的抛光性能。其最佳掺杂量为0.6%,煅烧条件为在1000℃下煅烧2 h。此时的MRR值为纯氧化铈的两倍以上。 相似文献

采用高温固相反应法分别合成了变价稀土镨和镱离子掺杂的绿色荧光粉[Ba(2-n-1.5x)REx]SiO4∶nEu^2+(n=0.03,RE=Pr,Yb;x=0,0.02,0.05,0.10)。结果表明:所有合成荧光粉的激发峰均为250-400 nm的宽峰,与近紫外LED的发射光波长相匹配。发射峰位于450-550 nm之间,是Eu2+的5d-4f跃迁的典型发射。Pr^3+和Yb3+的掺入并未改变Ba2SiO4∶Eu^2+的相组成,但对荧光强度的影响大,且与掺杂元素、掺杂量和煅烧温度相关。当掺杂Pr^3+和Yb3+的量为x=0.02时,经1150℃煅烧所得荧光粉的发光强度分别是未掺杂时的595%和168%。证明三价稀土离子掺杂可以导致基质中的电荷缺陷而敏化Eu^2+离子的发光,而变价稀土离子的掺杂可以大大提高电荷缺陷,导致荧光强度的进一步提高。 相似文献
