文[4]通过构造反例断言文[1]中定理的必要性证明有误,本文首先指出文[4] 的这个断言不正确,然后对文[4]中定理2.1作了本质性的改进.     

Flory状态方程理论与聚合物混合物的热力学

由Flory状态方程理论的化学位公式推导了二元混合物的亚稳单相极限线,同时导出了状态方程参数的温度、压力依赖性,计算表明Flory理论是可以像McMaster修正理论一样描述聚合物的相溶性行为的。 指出前人的工作由于假定相互作用能和熵参数均为0,分子量和状态方程参数对相界的影响被誇大了,相分离也只发生在很窄的浓度范围内。如果考虑了实际体系中相互作用能和熵参数均不为0,上述因素对相界的影响以及相界的形状将趋于合理。     

Studies on the Phase Properties of Winsor Ⅰ-Ⅲ Type Microemulsions with Dielectric Relaxation Spectroscopy

The dielectric relaxation spectroscopy （DRS） of Winsor I -Ⅲ microemulsions for nonionic surfactant octyl polyglucoside CsG1.46/1-butanol/cyclohexanedwater system was studied. The experiment shows that the permittivity decreases with the increase in the frequency and clear dielectric relaxation phenomena were observed. Permittivity obviously decreases with the change of the microstructure of the microemulsion, W/O, B.C. and O/W can be distinguished by the permittivity.     

A New Amperometric Biosensor Based on HRP/Nano-Au/L-Cysteine/Poly（o-Aminobenzoic acid）-Membrane-Modified Platinum Electrode for the Determination of Hydrogen Peroxide

The third generation amperometric biosensor for the determination of hydrogen peroxide （H2O2） has been described. For the fabrication of biosensor, o-aminobenzoic acid （oABA） was first electropolymerized on the surface of platinum （Pt） electrode as an electrostatic repulsion layer to reject interferences. Horseradish peroxidase （HRP） absorbed by nano-scaled particulate gold （nano-Au） was immobilized on the electrode modified with polymerized o-aminobenzoic acid （poABA） with L-cysteine as a linker to prepare a biosensor for the detection of H2O2. Amperometric detection of H2O2 was realized at a potential of ＋20 mV versus SCE. The resulting biosensor exhibited fast response, excellent reproducibility and sensibility, expanded linear range and low interferences. Temperature and pH dependence and stability of the sensor were investigated. The optimal sensor gave a linear response in the range of 2.99×10^-6 to 3.55×10^-3 mol·L^-1 to H2O2 with a sensibility of 0.0177 A·L^-1·mol^-1 and a detection limit （S/N = 3） of 4.3×10^-7 mol·L^-1. The biosensor demonstrated a 95% response within less than 10 s.     

3-(4-氯苯基)-6-取代苯氧乙酰氨基均三唑并[3,4-b]-1,3,4-噻二唑类化合物的合成

将取代苯氧乙酰氨基引入到3,6-二取代均三唑并噻二唑的分子骨架中, 设计合成了8个未见文献报道的3-(4-氯苯基)-6-取代苯氧乙酰氨基均三唑并[3,4-b]-1,3,4-噻二唑类化合物5a～5h, 结构经元素分析、IR和¹H NMR等测试得到确证.     

基于聚硫堇、DNA/纳米银复合物共修饰癌胚抗原免疫传感器的研究

将硫堇聚合到玻碳电极(GCE)表面形成带正电的多孔聚硫堇(PTH)复合膜, 通过静电吸附固定DNA/纳米银复合物, 利用复合物中纳米银大的比表面积和强的吸附能力将癌胚抗体(anti-CEA)固定到电极表面, 从而制得高灵敏的电流型癌胚抗原(CEA)免疫传感器. 通过循环伏安法考察了电极表面的电化学行为, 并对免疫传感器的性能进行了详细研究. 在最优的实验条件下, 用示差脉冲伏安法(DPV)对癌胚抗原进行检测, 其线性范围为1.0～10.0 ng•mL^－1和10.0～80.0 ng•mL^－1, 线性相关系数分别为0.9983和0.9970, 检测限为0.24 ng•mL^－1, 并将该免疫传感器用于血清样品中CEA的检测.

微珠析相微萃取-石墨炉原子吸收法测定岩石样品中痕量铬

采用二苯碳酰二肼为络合剂,正戊醇为萃取剂,乙醇为助溶剂,建立了微珠析相微萃取-石墨炉原子吸收法测定地质样品中痕量Cr的分析方法。实验详细探讨了微珠析相微萃取的析相条件、石墨炉原子吸收工作参数及共存离子的干扰,优化了体系萃取条件。实验结果表明：微珠析相微萃取既起到了分离富集的作用,在石墨炉升温程序中又起到了基体改进剂的作用;当萃取剂用量为0.2～1.5 mL时,使之与水完全互溶所需助溶剂体积约为水相体积的0.2～0.5倍;方法线性范围为0～10 μg·L-1,检出限为0.057 μg·L-1,相对标准偏差（RSD）为3.3%（c= 2.5 μg·L-1,n=11）;当萃取剂用量为1.5 mL、水相体积15 mL时,与直接溶液进样相比其灵敏度可提高10倍。所建立的方法用于地质标准参考物质AGV-2和G-2中Cr的测定,测定值与参考值具有较好的一致性。     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of 5-（p-Toly1）-4- [2-（2,4-dichlorophenoxy）acetamido]-l,2,4- triazole-3-thione Ethyl Acetate Solvate

A novel compound 5-（p-tolyl）-4-[2-（2,4-dichlorophenoxy）acetamido]-1,2,4-tria zole- 3-thione 2a has been synthesized by the reaction of 5-（p-tolyl）-4-amino-1,2,4-triazole-3-thione 1 with 2-（2,4-dich/orophenoxy）acetyl ch/oride. Interestingly, the title compound 2 was obtained when 2a crystallizes from a mixed solution of petroleum ether and ethyl acetate, and it has been characterized by elemental analysis, IR, ^1H NMR spectra and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 9.780（5）, b = 10.876（6）, c = 11.615（6） /A, a = 104.822（7）, β= 94.105（6）, ）, = 94.305（6）°, V= 1185.7（11）/A3, Z = 2,μ = 0.397 mm^-1, Mr= 497.39, Dx= 1.393 g/cm^3, F（000） = 516, S = 1.097, the final R = 0.0730 and wR = 0.2133 for 4111 unique reflections （Rint = 0.0525） with 3212 observed ones. The dihedral angles made by the triazole ring with the methyl- and chloro-substituted benzene rings are 43.5（7） and 50.2（9）°, respectively. Some intra- and intermolecular hydrogen bonds together with C-H…π interactions existing in the lattice stabilize the crystal structure.     

圆形工件正次品检验及再加工模型

针对圆形工件合格性检验问题建立了两个优化模型,运用Matlab软件进行编程求解,确定了圆心的位置,据此判断出工件一为正品,工件二为次品.接下来为判断能否将次品经过再加工使其成为正品,建立了模型三,并指出了对工件二的简单再加工方法.
