YBa2Cu3O7/PrBa2Cu3O7 (YBCO/PBCO) superlattices with a different ratio of the superconducting and insulating layer thicknesses were prepared by high pressure dc sputtering. The vortex-creep activation energy U0 was determined by analyzing the in-plane resistive transition of 200 μm wide bridges with the external magnetic field B oriented along the c axis. It was found that U0 is proportional to the thickness of the YBCO layers, and does only weakly depend on the PBCO layer thickness, when the latter exceeds two unit cells. We observed a change in the variation of U0 with the current I in the specimen: U0 exhibits a plateau in the low-I region, then decreases significantly with increasing I. This behaviour is explained in terms of a crossover plastic vortex creep – elastic (collective) creep induced by the transport current.  相似文献

Ten new mononuclear complexes having general formulae [ML2](ClO4)2, M = Cu(II), Co(II), Ni(II), Mn(II) and Zn(II), [ML2](SO4), M = Co(II), Ni(II) and [ML2(H2O)2](SO4), M = Cu(II), Mn(II) and Zn(II), L = 2-acetyl-pyridyl-isonicotinoylhydrazone have been synthesized and characterized based on elemental analyses, IR spectroscopy, UV–Vis–NIR, EPR, as well as thermal analysis and determination of molar conductivity and magnetic moments. The structures of [CoL2](ClO4)2 are accomplished by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The coordination sphere is formed by two N, N, O tridentates 2-acetyl-pyridyl-isonicotinoylhydrazone ligands, or by two N, O bidentate 2-acetyl-pyridyl-isonicotinoylhydrazone and two water molecules. Biological activity studies reveal a moderate activity of complexes against gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria.  相似文献

The paper studies the materials from ZnO–TiO2–B2O3 ternary system, obtained by sol–gel method [1] and [2], starting from organic and inorganic precursors. The obtained samples are investigated by FTIR and Raman spectroscopy, which provide structural information, at molecular level. FTIR absorption maxima are identified and discussed according to literature data. Raman spectra are acquired by a Raman Jasco NRS-3100 spectrometer, at 532 nm wavelength and put in evidence characteristic vibration modes for all three oxide components. ESR spectra were plotted with the aid of a JES-FA 100-JEOL Japan spectrometer and titanium surrounding is investigated.  相似文献

Museums, libraries and archives are preserving documents that are slowly degrading due to the inherent ageing of the cellulose substrate or to the technological errors of the past (acid paper, iron gall ink). Beside this, large quantities of paper are rapidly damaged by biological attacks following natural disasters and improper storage conditions.The treatment of paper documents with ionizing radiation can be used for mass decontamination of cultural heritage items but conservators and restaurators are still reserved because of the radiation induced degradation.We conducted a study for establishing the dose needed for the effective treatment of paper documents, taking into account the biological burden and the irradiation effects on paper structure. We used physical testing specific to paper industry and less destructive analytical methods (thermal analysis).Our results show that an effective treatment can be performed with doses lower than 10 kGy. Old paper appears to be less affected by gamma radiation than recent paper but the sampling is highly affected by the non-uniform degree of the initial degradation status. The extent of testing for degradation and the magnitude of acceptable degradation should take into account the biological threat and the expected life time of the paper documents.  相似文献

New complexes of 2-benzoyl-pyridil-isonicotinoylhydrazone (L) with Cu(II), Co(II), Ni(II) and Mn(II), having formula of type [ML2] SO4·xH2O (M = Cu2+, Co2+, Ni2+, x = 2 and M = Mn2+, x = 3), have been synthesised and characterised. All complexes were characterised on the basis of elemental analyses, IR spectroscopy, UV–VIS–NIR, EPR, as well as thermal analysis and determination of molar conductivity and magnetic moments. The thermal behaviour of complexes was studied using thermogravimetry (TG), differential thermal analysis (DTA) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The structure of L hydrazone was established by X-ray study on single crystal. The ligand works as tridentate NNO, being coordinated through the azomethine nitrogen, the pyridine nitrogen and carbonylic oxygen. Heats of decomposition, ΔH, associated with the exothermal effects were also determined.  相似文献

A new strategy aiming at the protection of metallic surfaces against the growth of biofilms is presented here. This work reports the grafting of primary amines by aminosilanization of oxidized stainless steel followed by chemical coupling of the glycosidase lysozyme from hen egg white using glutaraldehyde as homobifunctional cross-linking agent. Controlled characterization of a stainless steel surface by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and Fourier transform infrared reflection-absorption spectroscopy at each step enabled the mode of binding, coverage, and orientation of the grafted molecules to be addressed. As a result, the stainless steel samples covered with a covalently immobilized layer of lysozyme showed some lytic activity on a suspension of bacteria Micrococcus lysodeikticus.  相似文献
