The effect of silver ions on the physicochemical properties of methyl methacrylate-methacrylic acid copolymer films, namely, film-forming properties and resistance to fluorine-containing plasma, acid etchers, and temperature, was studied by lithography, derivatography, atomic-force microscopy, and optical spectroscopy. The activation energies were calculated for thermal transformations in the copolymer with and without silver ion additions, when heated in air to 300°C.  相似文献

Spectral and luminescent properties of mixed-ligand Eu(III) complexes were studied in solutions and in polyvinylcarbazole (PVC) thin films. Trends in their variations were found depending on the complex structure and excitation mode. The electroluminescence was observed in ITO/PEDOT/Eu complex:PVC/CaMg/Al devices. Mechanical activation of titanium in petroleum ether with subsequent heat treatment produced titanium carbohydrides with hexagonal close-packed and face-centered cubic lattices. The effect of iron and copper additions on the structural and phase composition of the titanium-based powders after the mechanical activation and heat treatment was studied. In these systems, both titanium carbohydrides, and the intermetallics Ti–Cu, Ti–Fe, and Ti–Fe–Cu formed. All the obtained powders contained ~1 wt % hydrogen. The release of hydrogen by heating the powders was investigated, and the lowest release temperatures (220–500°C) were detected for the phase Ti–Fe–Cu.  相似文献

We report on the discovery of a novel triangular phase regime in the system La1-xSrxMnO3 by means of electron spin resonance and magnetic susceptibility measurements. This phase is characterized by the coexistence of ferromagnetic entities within the globally paramagnetic phase far above the magnetic ordering temperature. The nature of this phase can be understood in terms of Griffiths singularities arising due to the presence of correlated quenched disorder in the orthorhombic phase.  相似文献
