Two bisupporting Keggin-type polyoxoanion-based hybrids decorated by [Zn(phen)2]2+ complexes, [Zn(phen)2]2(PW 11 VI WVO40) (1) and K[Zn(phen)2(H2O)]2(OH) (SiW12O40)·H2O (2) (phen = 1,10′-phenanthroline), have been hydrothermally synthesized, and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, UV–Vis spectrum, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), thermogravimetric analysis, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The structural analyses reveal that compound 1 consists of a 0D bisupporting Keggin-type heteropoly blue cluster obtained by using reductant glucose, which is grafted by two [Zn(phen)2]2+ fragments; compound 2 presents a 1D infinite chain, which is constructed from bisupporting [SiW12O40]4? polyoxoanions decorated by [Zn(phen)2(H2O)]2+ fragments and K+ ions. In this article, the simultaneous determination of primary and secondary aliphatic amines including dimethylamine (DMA), diethylamine and eleven primary aliphatic amines by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with fluorescence detection has been achieved using a BODIPY-based fluorescent derivatization reagent, 1,3,5,7-tetramethyl-8-(N-hydroxysuccinimidyl butyric ester)-difluoroboradiaza-s-indacene (TMBB-Su). The derivatization reaction of TMBB-Su with aliphatic amines was optimized with orthogonal design experiment and the derivatization reaction proceeded at 15 °C for 25 min. The baseline separation of these derivatives was carried out on a C8 column with methanol-tetrahydrofuran-50 mM pH 6.50 HAc-NaAc buffer (55/5/40, v/v/v) as a mobile phase. Detected at the excitation and emission of 490 and 510 nm, respectively, the detection limits were obtained in the range of 0.01-0.04 nM (signal-to-noise ratio = 3). The proposed method has been applied to the determination of trace aliphatic amines in viscera samples from mice without complex pretreatment or enrichment method. The recoveries ranged from 95.1% to 106.8%, depending on the samples investigated. 相似文献

A novel differential-phase-shift-keying (DPSK)/pulse-position-modulation (PPM) orthogonal modulation is pro- posed for optical labeling applications, with PPM data as the high-speed payload and DPSK signal as the optical label. The systematic setup for the proposed scheme and research on bit-error rate is presented. The results show that at the bit-error rate of 10-~, the power penalties for 70kin fiber transmission are in the range of 1-3 dB to DPSK label and 5-6 dB to PPM payload in our simulation system. This is under the condition that the large extinction ratio of 18-19 dB is used for the intensity modulators of the PPM payload, with a well received DPSK label. Thus the feasibility of the proposed scheme for all optical transmission networks is clearly verified. 相似文献

Silicone elastomers are broadly used in various fields because of their unique properties, such as flexibility, durable dielectric insulation, and excellent stability in hash environments. As a result, three-dimensional (3D) printing of silicone elastomers is frequently required to construct personalized structures. However, existing 3D-printing of silicone elastomers are less accurate, difficult to maintain shape, or require doping modification with thixotropic agents. Moreover, common 3D-printable silicone elastomers do not have self-healing capability, so they have to be discarded upon damaging. Herein, by introducing hydrogen bonds to improve the shape retention ability and induce network reversibility, we have developed a self-healing polydimethylsiloxane elastomer, which can be readily 3D-printed by fused deposition modeling (FDM) technology. We believe that this new silicone elastomer would be useful in the field of biomedical materials, flexible electronics, medical inserts, soft robots and so on. 相似文献

The design, synthesis and properties of a new derivatizing reagent, 1,3,5,7-tetramethyl-8-phenyl-(4-iodoacetamido)difluoroboradiaza-s-indacene (TMPAB-I), for thiol groups are presented. Using the derivatization of TMPAB-I with thiols, a new high-performance liquid chromatographic method for measuring low-molecular-weight thiol-containing compounds, including coenzyme A (CoA), glutathione, N-acetylcysteine, cysteine, homocysteine (HCys) and 6-mercaptopurine has been developed. The reaction of TMPAB-I with thiols is specific, fast and stable for both TMPAB-I and the derivatives. A baseline separation of all the six derivatives is achieved by isocratic elution on reversed-phase column within 20 min with detection wavelengths of 500 and 510 nm for the excitation and emission, respectively, and the limits of detection (signal-to-noise ratio = 3) are from 1.8 fmol (CoA) to 14.0 fmol (HCys), respectively, per 20 μL injection. The utility of the proposed method has been validated by measuring thiol-containing compounds in human plasma samples from healthy persons and patients with hypertension, with recoveries of 94.2–106.8%. 相似文献

比较了苯并噁嗪单体(BZ)和插层于蒙脱土层间的苯并噁嗪单体(BZ/MMT)两种体系的动态固化特性.实验发现,经有机化处理的蒙脱土在BZ/MMT体系的固化行为中起着重要的作用,使该体系存在催化聚合和热聚合两类固化单元反应.结果造成两种体系在特征固化温度、固化速率、反应热、反应级数以及表观活化能上存在明显的差别. 相似文献

The first asymmetric reaction catalyzed by chiral spiroborated esters with an O3BN framework was reported. In the presence of 0.1 equivalent of (R,S)-1 or (S,S)-1, acetophenone was reduced by 0.6 equivalent of borane in THF at 0-5℃ for 2 h to give (R)-1-phenylethanol of up to 76% ee and 73% isolated yield. Influence of reaction conditions on the stereoselectivity of the reduction was investigated and a possible catalytic mechanism of the chiral spiroborated esters toward the reduction was also suggested. 相似文献

The spin transverse response functions for 40Ca and 12C in different approximations have been calculated.By using the coupled RPA equations for polarization propagator including the delta degree of freedom,the influence of the delta on the response function has been investigated.The results show that they are reduced explicitly.Introducing the energy dependent effective nucleon mass,which embodies the manybody ef ects,the satisfactory results are obtained. 相似文献
