Synthesis and characterization of white‐light‐emitting polyfluorenes containing orange phosphorescent moieties in the side chain

Two orange phosphorescent iridium complex monomers, 9‐hexyl‐9‐(iridium (III)bis(2‐(4′‐fluorophenyl)‐4‐phenylquinoline‐N,C^2′)(tetradecanedionate‐11,13))‐2,7‐dibromofluorene (Br‐PIr) and 9‐hexyl‐9‐(iridium(III)bis(2‐(4′‐fluorophenyl)‐4‐methylquinoline‐N,C^2′)(tetradecanedionate‐11,13))‐2,7‐dibromofluorene (Br‐MIr), were successfully synthesized. The Suzuki polycondensation of 2,7‐bis(trimethylene boronate)‐9,9‐dioctylfluorene with 2,7‐dibromo‐9,9‐dioctylfluorene and Br‐PIr or Br‐MIr afforded two series of copolymers, PIrPFs and MIrPFs, in good yields, in which the concentrations of the phosphorescent moieties were kept small (0.5–3 mol % feed ratio) to realize incomplete energy transfer. The photoluminescence (PL) of the copolymers showed blue‐ and orange‐emission peaks. A white‐light‐emitting diode with a configuration of indium tin oxide/poly(3,4‐ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrenesulfonate)/PIr05PF (0.5 mol % feed ratio of Br‐PIr)/Ca/Al exhibited a luminous efficiency of 4.49 cd/A and a power efficiency of 2.35 lm/W at 6.0 V with Commission Internationale de L'Eclairage (CIE) coordinates of (0.46, 0.33). The CIE coordinates were improved to (0.34, 0.33) when copolymer MIr10PF (1.0 mol % feed ratio of Br‐MIr) was employed as the white‐emissive layer. The strong orange emission in the electroluminescence spectra in comparison with PL for these kinds of polymers was attributed to the additional contribution of charge trapping in the phosphorescent dopants. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. CdZnTe核探测器的蒙特卡罗模拟的初步研究

以CdZnTe核探测器的工作原理为依据,探测器内反应的随机性和反应产生的电子空穴对数目的统计规律为物理模型,应用Visual C + + 自行编制了蒙特卡罗模拟软件.模拟了γ射线在CdZnTe探测器中的响应能谱,并将模拟结果与实际器件的测试结果进行了比较讨论.模拟能谱与实际测得的能谱的主峰符合较好.此外,通过分析⁵⁷Co源辐照下探测效率与器件厚度的关系,可以推测探测效率达到最大时所对应CdZnTe探测器的理想厚度     

向量变分不等式的严格可行性问题

本篇文章首先定义了向量变分不等式的严格可行点概念,其次在假设了映射是强(D)-伪单调的情况下,证明了向量变分不等式解集非空有界与其严格可行点存在的等价性问题,推广了在数量变分不等式上得到的相应结果．     

TRANSFER OF FOREIGN GENES BY ELECTROPORATION AND THEIR EXPRESSION IN MAMMALIAN CELLS

Expression of foreign genes transferred into mammalian cells by electroporation has been studied. The pX1TK gene, pSV2Neo gene and pUCEJ oncogene have been introduced into MLTK-cells and NIH/3T3 cells, respectively. Stable transformation transient expression of TK gene by MLTK-cells as well as stable and malignant transformation of NIH/3T3 cells have been obtained. Transient expression frequency is about 80% and stable transformation frequency is about 10~(-4). Integration of foreign genes into the cellular genome was verified with molecular hybridization. Tumor development was observed after inoculation of transformed celts into nude mice.     

聚甲醛自然老化的SEM研究

对户外曝晒3～36个月的聚甲醛(POM)老化形态进行了研究,讨论了老化层厚度,裂纹宽度、裂纹深度及断口形态与老化时间的关系。结果表明:POM的老化导致了材料内部结构由韧性变成脆性而几乎完全丧失物理机械性能。     

MH—Ni电池封口化成及其性能

在硼氢化钾碱性溶液中对金属氢化物（ＭＨ）电极的表面进行化学还原处理，提高了ＭＨ电极的放电容量、活化性能和电催化活性．用其为负极组装的ＡＡ型ＭＨ－Ｎｉ电池进行了封口化成，电池放电容量达到１１５０ｍＡｈ，５Ｃ下电池的放电容量达到０．２Ｃ下容量的８０％以上，电池在１Ｃ１００％ＤＯＤ（放电深度）充放电条件下，循环寿命由原来的１００次左右提高到２００次以上     

铁轴草中Teucvidin的衍生物研究

从唇形科植物铁轴草中分离得去甲克罗烷二萜化合物Ｔｅｕｃｖｉｄｉｎ，通过催化氢化、酯交换、水解等反应合成了８个衍生物，用＾１ＨＮＭＲ、ＭＳ和ＩＲ确定了其结构，初步生物活性测定结果表明，化合物Ⅱ和Ⅳａ的拒食作用显著。     

Triple Positive Solutions of Boundary Value Problems for High-order Fractional Differential Equation at Resonance with Singularities

In this paper, we investigate the existence of triple positive solutions of boundary value problems for high-order fractional differential equation at resonance with singularities by using the fixed point index theory and the Leggett-Williams theorem. The spectral theory and some new height functions are also employed to establish the existence of triple positive solutions. The nonlinearity involved is arbitrary fractional derivative, and permits singularity.     

The radioisotopic battery based on radio-voltaic effect

The radio-voltaic effect is investigated to be applied radioisotopic batteries in this work. The collection rates of the electron-hole pairs are 94 percent for the alpha particles emitted by²³⁹Pu source and 65 percent for the beta particles emitted by⁹⁰Sr-⁹⁰Y source. The maximum energy conversion efficiency got by the silicon element is about 16%. A prototype radioisotopic battery with¹⁴⁷Pm beta sources is constructed. Its maximum short-circuit current and off voltage are about 2 A and 190 mV respectively. The experimental data suggest that the life of the prototype battery may be more than three years.
