The title compound N'-tert-butylaminocarbonyl-N-2-chlorophenoxyacetylthiou- rea has been synthesized for the first time. Complete assignments were achieved by IR, 1H NHR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses. The inhibitory rate of the cellular growth of K562 cells (chronic myeloid 1eukemic cells) was measured using MTT [3-(4,5-dimethylthiazo-2-y1)-2,5-di- phenyltetra-zolium bromide] assay. The cell apoptosis was assessed by agarose gel electrophoresis to find that the title compound has antiproliferation and apoptosis inducing effects on K562 cells. In order to investigate the relationship between structure and activity of the target compound, we report its crystal structure and biological behavior in the present paper. Crystallographic data: C14H18- ClN3O3S, Mr = 343.82, orthorhombic, space group Pnma, a = 19.786(6), b = 6.789(2), c = 12.938(4) , V = 1738.0(9) 3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.314 g/cm3, F(000) = 720, μ(MoKα) = 0.354 mm-1, R = 0.0378 and wR = 0.0941. 从α-L-氨基酸乙酯出发,设计合成了9种新N'-乙氧羰基取代甲基-N-β-吡啶甲酰硫脲衍生物.其结构经IR,1H NMR,MS和元素分析测试确证.对化合物7d的单晶进行了X射线晶体结构测定,其属于单斜晶系,C2空间群,晶胞参数α=1.6912(6)nm,b=0.5197(19)nm,c=1.9399(7)nm,Z=4,V=1.6962(11)nm^3,Dc=1.266 Mg/m^3,α=90.00°,β=95.89°,γ=90.00°,F(000)=688,R=0.0667,wR=0.1709.经MTT法三次平行实验,首次发现部分目标化合物对白血病K562细胞的增殖有明显的抑制作用. 相似文献

将经硫辛酸修饰的铕纳米颗粒和蛋白质固定在石英玻璃表面或胶原蛋白隔离的石英玻璃表面,研究蛋白质对纳米铕岛膜荧光的增强作用.研究结果发现,在275nm激发波长下,铕纳米岛膜的荧光光谱与铕纳米颗粒溶液的荧光性质相似,且微量蛋白质的加入可以使铕纳米岛膜的荧光强度增强,但被石英玻璃片吸附后,铕纳米岛膜以及铕-蛋白质体系的荧光发射峰的位置由378.8nm红移至420nm,且胶原蛋白隔离铕纳米岛膜和滴加微量BSA蛋白质的荧光光谱相似,但荧光强度没有发生明显变化. 相似文献

针对大多数化学发光反应选择性差的缺陷,建立了一种基于外参比校正的化学发光新技术,从而实现了化学发光法对待测物的选择性识别.区别于以前常用的单个化学发光反应,偶合两个相似的化学发光反应,进行样品中叠氮化钠的选择性识别.两个相似的化学发光反应所用的氧化剂和催化剂相同,但化学发光增强剂不同.实验结果证明:偶合下列两个反应:H2O2-CH3CN-四环素(工作反应)和H2O2-CH3CN-N-乙酰-5-甲氧基色胺(参比反应),我们能够从多种相似的自由基淬灭剂中选择性地识别出叠氮化钠.这是因为叠氮化钠仅淬灭"工作反应"的化学发光信号,而其它的自由基淬灭剂则同时淬灭"工作反应"和"参比反应"的化学发光信号.作为应用示例,已利用该技术选择性识别并定量分析了商品化胰岛素试剂盒中各种试剂、人血清白蛋白和羊抗人IgG抗体样品中的叠氮化钠. 相似文献
