辣根过氧化物酶活性膜结构及生物电催化性能   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
通过分子沉积法研究了在聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)表面及金电极表面组装辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)/聚对苯乙烯磺酸钠(PSS)多层生物活性膜,用原子力显微镜(AFM)研究了组装膜的表面形貌,并研究了组装膜的形貌、粗糙度和活性关系.应用循环伏安法(CV)研究了组装HRP膜后电极对H2O2的电化学催化还原作用.实验发现,采用亚甲基蓝(MB)溶液为介质,在H2O2浓度为0.2~5.0 mmol•L-1时,其响应电流对H2O2浓度变化基本呈线性.  相似文献

ZNF191 (243-368), a new human zinc finger protein, probably relates to some hereditary diseases and cancers, To obtain adequate amount of ZNF191(243-368) for the study of its property, structure and function, three different expression systems of inclusion-body, glutathione S-transferase (GST), and hexahistidine (6 × His) were used and compared. Among these systems, the expression level of ZNFI91(243-368) was increased in inclusion body system under a higher isopropylthio-β-D-galactoside (IPTG) concentration, but the non-target proteins were also increased more, which made its purification more difficult and the yield lower. The expression of His-tag fusion protein was almost not affected by IPTG concentration, temperature and inducing time. At a high IPTG concentration the highest expression yield for GST fusion protein was obtained. And the fusion proteins can be partially purified by a single affinity chromatography step. The fusion protein systems show advantages for expression of these proteins.  相似文献

The title complex, C20H17N4Pd2Cl3·0.5CH3OH, crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 9.927(6), b = 11.079(6), c = 11.233(6) ?, α = 73.970(12), β = 85.738(16), γ = 83.300(12)o, V = 1178.1(11)?3, Mr = 648.55, Z = 2, Dc = 1.520 g/cm3, μ = 1.884 mm-1, F(000) = 634, the final R = 0.0460 and wR = 0.1280. This title compound was investigated for the catalytic behavior towards norbornene(NB) vinyl addition polymerization. And the complex exhibits good catalytic activity to catalyze norbornene polymerization using MAO as a cocatalyst.  相似文献

The title complex Salen Co(Ⅲ)Cl(Salen = 6,6’-((1E,1’E)-(cyclohexane-1,2-diylbis(azaneylylidene))bis(methaneylylidene))bis(2,4-di-tert-butylphenol)) was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, 1H NMR and UV-Vis. The complex can be used as catalyst for the propylene oxide(PO)/CO2 copolymerization in different conditions of reaction time, reaction temperature, carbon dioxide pressure and monomer concentration, and the optimum conditions for copolymerization were obtained.  相似文献

将辛数学引入热声系统网络模型的处理,通过对热声系统网络传输矩阵的分析,证明系统中等温流体管道内工质运动的传输矩阵为辛矩阵.存在温度梯度的热声回热器中气体工质微团的传输矩阵不是辛矩阵,但是可以通过变量代换将传输矩阵转换为辛矩阵,使整个热声系统网络传输都可用辛矩阵传输来表示.辛对称的形式有助于热声系统网络模型的分析与计算. 关键词: 辛 热声 网络模型 传输矩阵  相似文献

This paper addresses the highway pavement rehabilitation scheduling and toll pricing issues over a planning horizon. In the highway system concerned, two types of agents are considered, namely highway operator and road users. Two models, which account for different highway regulatory regimes (i.e. public and private), are proposed. In the public regulatory model, the government aims to maximize total discounted social welfare of the transportation system over the planning horizon by determining the optimal pavement rehabilitation schedule and toll level. In the private regulatory regime, a profit-driven private operator seeks to optimize the pavement rehabilitation schedule and toll level to maximize its own discounted net profit over the planning horizon. The proposed models treat the interactions between the highway operator and the road users in the system as a bi-level hierarchical problem in which the upper level is a multi-period pavement rehabilitation scheduling and toll pricing problem, while the lower level is a multi-period route choice equilibrium problem. A heuristic solution algorithm that combines a greedy approach and a sensitivity analysis based approach is developed to solve the proposed bi-level multi-period optimization models. An illustrative example is used to show the applications of the proposed models. The findings show that the highway regulatory regime, pavement deterioration parameter and the roughness-induced vehicle operating cost can significantly affect the pavement rehabilitation schedules and the toll level as well as the performance of transportation system in terms of total life-cycle travel demand, net profit and social welfare.  相似文献

This paper presents a model for evaluation of transport policies in multimodal networks with road and parking capacity constraints. The proposed model simultaneously considers choices of travelers on route, parking location and mode between auto and transit. In the proposed model, it is assumed that auto drivers make a simultaneous route and parking location choice in a user equilibrium manner, and the modal split between auto and transit follows a multinomial logit formulation. A mathematical programming model with capacity constraints on road link and parking facilities is proposed that generates optimality conditions equivalent to the requirements for multimodal network equilibrium. An augmented Lagrangian dual algorithm embedded by partial linearization approach is developed to solve the proposed model. Numerical results on two example networks are presented to illustrate the proposed methodology. The results show that the service level of transit, parking charges, road link and parking capacities, and addition of a new parking location may bring significant impacts on travelers’ behavior and network performance. In addition, transport policies may result in paradoxical phenomenon.  相似文献

配体3,5-二(2-吡咯)吡唑(HL)与二硝酸根桥联双钯配合物在溶液中通过配位作用形成了一系列吡唑基双钯(Ⅱ,Ⅱ)夹子[Pd2(bpy)2L2]2+1)、[Pd2(dmbpy)2L2]2+2)和[[Pd2(phen)2L2]2+3)(bpy=2,2''-联吡啶,dmbpy=4,4''-二甲基-2,2''-联吡啶, phen=1,10-菲咯啉)。运用1H NMR、13C NMR、 ESI-MS和X射线单晶衍射等测试手段对1~3的结构进行了表征。其晶体结构中存在弱的Pd…Pd键(0.303~0.313 nm)相互作用,通过分子间的氢键作用形成一维二重螺旋结构,可作为一种新颖的Suzuki-coupling反应的高效催化剂。  相似文献
