A method to collect an infrared spectrum in solution.

Herein we report a new method to collect a qualified infrared spectrum of a solute in solution by two solvent cells with different thickness during background single-beam spectrum scanning. By collecting the background spectrum with two cells (two stages), we successfully achieved accurate solvent compensation between a sample and a reference, namely, the solvent amounts in the sample and background measurements could become congruent. Therefore, the solvent bands were thoroughly suppressed in the infrared spectrum and a qualified spectrum of the solute was obtained.     

THERMAL AND THERMO-ELASTIC-PLASTIC RESPONSE OF CERAMIC-METAL FUNCTIONALLY GRADED MATERIALS—THERMAL SHOCK PROBLEM

The thermal and thermo-elastic-plastic response of newly developed ceramic-metalfunctionally graded materials under a thermal shock load is studied.The materials are heated at the ce-ramic surface with a sudden high-intensity heat flux input,and cooled at the metal surface with aflowing liquid nitrogen.Emphasis is placed on two aspects:(1)the influence of the graded composi-tion of the materials on the temperature and stress response;and(2)the optimum design of the gradedcomposition from a unified viewpoint of the heat insulation property and stress relaxation property.Moreover,a comparison between the thermoelastic stress and the thermo-elastic-plastic stress is alsomade to indicate the plasticity effect.     

Synthesis of tetrasubstituted thiophenes from pyridinium 1,4-zwitterionic thiolates and modified activated alkynes

Pyridinium 1,4-zwitterionic thiolates were applied to a formal [3 + 2] annulation reaction with modified activated alkynes, affording various tetrasubstituted thiophenes with aryl, alkenyl, alkyl or silyl group at the special position. The structural modification of alkyne substrates enabled the synthesis of diverse thiophenes to be achieved using the pyridinium 1,4-zwitterionic thiolates as the sulfur-containing building blocks. This approach is metal-free and catalyst-free.     

一种生物柴油代用品在HZSM-5分子筛催化剂上的催化热解

为了深入了解生物柴油在ZSM-5沸石上的催化反应机理,在常压的流动反应器中进行了生物柴油代用品丁酸甲酯在氢型ZSM-5(HZSM-5)催化剂上的热解和催化热解. 热解产物使用气相色谱-质谱法定性和定量测量. 动力学模型和实验表明,气相中氢提取反应是热解过程中丁酸甲酯分解的主要途径,但在HZSM-5上,丁酸甲酯则主要通过解离生成烯酮和甲醇消耗;与无催化反应相比,丁酸甲酯在HZSM-5上的初始分解温度降低了约300 K. 并且通过Arrhenius方程获得了在催化热解和均相热解条件下丁酸甲酯消耗的表观活化能. 明显降低的表观活化能证实了HZSM-5对丁酸甲酯热解的催化性能. 此外催化剂的活化温度对HZSM-5的某些催化性能具有一定的影响. 该研究对进一步的实际生物柴油燃料的催化燃烧具有一定的指导意义.

Multi-bright-dark soliton solutions to the AB system in nonlinear optics

The AB system is the basic integrable model to describe unstable baroclinic wave packets in geophysical fluids and the propagation of mesoscale gravity flows in nonlinear optics. On the basis of the spectral analysis of a Lax pair and the inverse scattering method, we establish the Riemann–Hilbert problem of the AB system. Then, the inverse problems are formulated and solved with the aid of the Riemann–Hilbert problem, from which the potentials can be reconstructed according to the asymptotic expansion of the sectional analytic function and the related symmetry relations. As an application, we obtain the multi-bright-dark soliton solutions to the AB system in the reflectionless case and discuss the dynamic behavior of elastic soliton collisions by choosing appropriate free parameters.

全光纤量子通信系统中的高速偏振控制方案

偏振控制在光通信中是至关重要的技术, 关系着通信系统的稳定性和误码率. 本文提出一种基于双向Sagnac环工作方式的全光纤高速偏振控制方案, 通过调节环中一个光纤电光相位调制器的相位差而精确控制光场偏振方向, 并且实现了单个端口输出各种偏振态, 无需后续耦合操作. 相位控制精度为10^-3 rad, 最大消光比可达30 dB, 工作速率可达2 GHz. 由于本方案的精度、调制速度和稳定性都很高, 并采用了器件简单、成本低廉的全光纤光路, 易于集成, 在量子保密通信等光通信领域中有很好的应用前景. 关键词： 光纤偏振控制器 Sagnac环 量子通信
