A closed microwave digestion method followed by inductively coupled plasma spectrometric (ICP-MS) analysis was evaluated for the determination of trace impurities in photoresist. To optimize the digestion procedure, several digestion parameters such as acid, heating temperature and heating time were evaluated. Besides, the digestion efficiency of used photoresist material and the recovery of analyte elements obtained by the use of gravimetric method and ICP-MS measurement, individually, were also compared to clarify the completeness of digestion. According to our experiments, the gravimetric method was found to be not so relevant to the completeness of digestion, because the remaining sample matrix could cause suppression effect in the subsequent ICP-MS measurement. In view of minimizing blank value and working time, a simple single-step heating program was proposed to mineralize 0.25 ml of photoresist material with 5 ml of nitric acid at 180 °C for 10 min. Based on the comparative study of the analytical results obtained by instrumental neutron activation analysis (INAA) and proposed method, the reliability of proposed method for the determination of trace metallic impurities in photoresist material has been confirmed.  相似文献

2,6-Diiododiaryl ethers are not only useful blocks to construct substituted diaryl ethers but are also characteristic drug precursors. In this research, a one-pot tandem oxidation of phenols substituted with electron-withdrawing group at the para position by excess diacetoxyiodobenzene is proven as a novel and efficient method for preparing 2,6-diiododiaryl ethers. Using this method, three new 2,6-diiododiaryl ethers, namely, methyl 3,5-diiodo-2-methoxy-4-phenoxybenzoate (2), methyl 3,5-diiodo-4-phenoxybenzoate (6), and 1-(2,6-diiodo-4-nitrophenoxy)benzene (7) were readily obtained from the corresponding phenols, and the yields were good.  相似文献

Two naphthalene(NP) and bipyridinium(BIPY~(2+)) alternately incorporated polymers P1 and P2 have been prepared through the formation of dynamic hydrazone bonds. The polymers formed NP–BIPY~(2+)donor–acceptor interaction-induced pleated secondary structure. Upon reducing the BIPY~(2+)units to radical cation BIPY+, intramolecular dimerization of the BIPY+units induced the backbones to afford another pleated secondary structure. Adding electron-rich macrocyclic polyether bis-1,5-dinaphtho[38]crown-10 or electron-deficient cyclobis(paraquat-p-phenylene) cyclophane did not break the first foldamer by complexing the BIPY2+or NP units of the polymers, whereas the di(radical cationic)ring of the second cyclophane could break the second foldamer by forming threading complexes with the BIPY+units of the polymers.  相似文献

将自制的双阳极电化学氢化物发生器作为离子色谱与原子荧光光谱的联用接口,建立了离子色谱-双阳极电化学氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法在线分析砷形态系统.最佳实验条件为淋洗液6.0 mmol/L NH4H2PO4(pH 6.20),电解液0.40 mol/L H2SO4,电解液流量为阳极4.0 mL/min,阴极 1.5 mL/min,电解电流密度0.50 A/cm.2,载气流量300 mL/min,屏蔽气流量500 mL/min,氢气流量80 mL/min.在优化的实验条件下,As(Ⅲ)、DMA、MMA的线性范围为5~200 μg/L、As(Ⅴ)的线性范围为10~200 μg/L,As(Ⅲ)、DMA、MMA和As(Ⅴ)检出限分别为3.04、4.27、3.97和9.30 μg/L(信噪比S/N=3).50 μg/L的As(Ⅲ)、DMA、MMA和As(Ⅴ)混合标准溶液平行进样7次,得到的色谱峰面积的相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为415%、3.08%、519%和3.62%.将该方法用于牙髓失活材料中的砷形态分析.  相似文献

离子液体液-液萃取-高效液相色谱测定水中酚类化合物   总被引:15,自引:0,他引:15  
建立了离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐([C4mim][PF6])液-液萃取-高效液相色谱测定水中酚类化合物的方法.研究了水相pH值、萃取时间、水相体积及盐的浓度对萃取的影响.最佳萃取条件分别为:水相pH值为5,萃取时间为40 min,水相体积为60 mL.对比了离子液体对1-辛醇对苯酚、4-硝基苯酚、2-硝基苯酚、2,4-二甲基苯酚和双酚A的富集效率.在最佳条件下,离子液体对5种酚的富集倍率在9~151之间,方法对苯酚、4-硝基苯酚、2-硝基苯酚、2,4-二甲基苯酚和双酚A的检出限分别为:2.0、0.9、0.3、1.8和1.1 μg/L.将该方法应用于自来水、河水、湖水和污水的检测,回收率为87.9%~109.9%.  相似文献

合成并通过单晶衍射、元素分析、红外光谱表征了配合物[(Cu)(L)(Cl)2](1),[(Zn)(L)(Cl)2](2)和{[(Cd)2(L)(I)4]}n3)的结构(L为2-吡啶肼啶缩2-乙酰吡啶)。单晶衍射结果表明,配合物12同构,中心金属分别与来自配体的NNN电子供体以及2个氯离子配位形成一个扭曲的三角双锥结构。在配合物3中,相邻的2个五配位的Cd(Ⅱ)离子通过2个μ2-I-阴离子桥连形成沿c轴方向的一维链。此外还研究了配合物1~3的荧光及热性质。  相似文献

We investigate the adiabatic quantum pump phenomena in a semiconductor with Rashba and Dresselhaus spin–orbit couplings (SOCs). Although it is driven by applying spin-independent potentials, the system can pump out spin-dependent currents, i.e., generate nonzero charge and spin currents at the same time. The SOC can modulate both the magnitude and the direction of currents, exhibiting an oscillating behavior. Moreover, it is shown that the spin current has different sensitivities to two types of the SOC. These results provide an alternative method to adjust pumped current and might be helpful for designing spin pumping devices.  相似文献

建立了HPLC测定怀菊花中总黄酮含量的方法.采用Agilent C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇(A)-超纯水(0.2%的冰乙酸)(B)(25∶75,V/V)为流动相,流速:0.5mL·min-1;柱温为20℃,检测波长:260nm;进样量:10μL.结果:回归方程为y=33.29x-8.284,r=0.9993(n=6),线性范围0-20μg,平均回收率为102.63%,RSD为5.56%.样品总黄酮含量为7.51mg/g.方法简便、灵敏、快速、准确、重现性好,可用于怀菊花中总黄酮含量的质量控制.  相似文献

Quantum resonant tunneling behaviors of double-barrier structures on graphene are investigated under the tightbinding approximation. The Klein tunneling and resonant tunneling are demonstrated for the quasiparticles with energy close to the Dirac points. The Klein tunneling vanishes by increasing the height of the potential barriers to more than 300 meV. The Dirac transport properties continuously change to the Schro¨dinger ones. It is found that the peaks of resonant tunneling approximate to the eigen-levels of graphene nanoribbons under appropriate boundary conditions. A comparison between the zigzag- and armchair-edge barriers is given.  相似文献
