黏性逼近方法在非扩张映射不动点问题的研究中扮演着重要的角色。提出了一类广义黏性逼近方法，在一定条件下，证明了该算法的收敛性.作为应用，将所得的收敛性结果应用于求解约束凸优化问题与双层优化问题。     

胍盐化合物[C(NH_2)_3]_(6.3)K[Nb_(1.3)W_(10.7)O_(40)H_2]·H_2O的合成及性质

通过粉状白钨酸和可溶性铌酸钾水溶液的反应,合成了十二聚系列的钨铌杂多阴离子胍盐化合物[C(NH_2)_3]_(6.3)K[Nb_(1.3)W_(10.7)O_(40)H_2]·H_2O,研究了其水溶液的酸碱稳定性。根据红外、拉曼和紫外光谱、化学性质,认为该化合物可能具有十二聚偏钨酸根阴离子的结构骨架。     

Epigenetic Genome Mining of an Endophytic Fungus Leads to the Pleiotropic Biosynthesis of Natural Products

The small‐molecule biosynthetic potential of most filamentous fungi has remained largely unexplored and represents an attractive source for the discovery of new compounds. Genome sequencing of Calcarisporium arbuscula, a mushroom‐endophytic fungus, revealed 68 core genes that are involved in natural product biosynthesis. This is in sharp contrast to the predominant production of the ATPase inhibitors aurovertin B and D in the wild‐type fungus. Inactivation of a histone H3 deacetylase led to pleiotropic activation and overexpression of more than 75 % of the biosynthetic genes. Sampling of the overproduced compounds led to the isolation of ten compounds of which four contained new structures, including the cyclic peptides arbumycin and arbumelin, the diterpenoid arbuscullic acid A, and the meroterpenoid arbuscullic acid B. Such epigenetic modifications therefore provide a rapid and global approach to mine the chemical diversity of endophytic fungi.     

Novel molecularly imprinted polymer using 1-(α-methyl acrylate)-3-methylimidazolium bromide as functional monomer for simultaneous extraction and determination of water-soluble acid dyes in wastewater and soft drink by solid phase extraction and high performance liquid chromatography

Novel water-compatible molecularly imprinted polymers were synthesized in methanol-water systems with Tratarzine as template and 1-(α-methyl acrylate)-3-methylimidazolium bromide (1-MA-3MI-Br) as functional monomer, which has π-π hydrophobic, hydrogen-bonding and electrostatic interactions with template molecule. 1-MA-3MI-Br molecularly imprinted polymers (1-MA-3MI-Br-MIPs) were used as selective sorbents for the solid-phase extraction (SPE) of water-soluble acid dyes from wastewater and soft drink. The good linearity of the method was obtained in a range of 5.0-2000 μg/L with the correlation coefficient of > 0.999. The detection limits were in a range of 0.13-0.51 μg/L for the water-soluble acid dyes in wastewater and 0.095-0.84 μg/L for those in soft drink. The mean recoveries for the acid dyes are from 89.1% to 101.0% in spiked wastewater and 91.0-101.3% in spiked soft drink. Compared with strongly anion exchange solid phase extraction (SAX-SPE), mixture anion exchange solid phase extraction (MAX-SPE), and 1-MA-3MI-Br non-imprinted solid phase extraction (1-MA-3MI-Br-NISPE), almost all of the matrix interferences were removed by 1-MA-3MI-Br-MISPE, exhibiting higher selectivity, recovery and enrichment ability for the acid dyes and better baselines in the results of HPLC analysis.     

Unprecedented [5.5.5.6]Dioxafenestrane Ring Construction in Fungal Insecticidal Sesquiterpene Biosynthesis

Fenestranes, a specific class of natural products, contain four fused rings that share a central quaternary carbon atom. The fungal natural product penifulvin A ( 1 ) is a potent insecticidal sesquiterpene that features the [5.5.5.6]dioxafenestrane ring. Although the chemical synthesis of 1 has been achieved recently, the enzymes catalysing the cyclization and oxidation of FPP to 1 remain unknown. In this work, we identified a concise pathway that uses only three enzymes to produce 1 . A new sesquiterpene cyclase (PeniA) generates the angular triquinane scaffold silphinene ( 6 ). A cytochrome P450 (PeniB) and a flavin‐dependent monooxygenase (PeniC) catalyse a series of oxidation reactions to transform 6 into 1 , including oxidation of the C15 methyl group to a carboxylate moiety, oxidative coupling of the C15 carboxylate and the C1‐C2 olefin to form a γ‐lactone, and Baeyer–Villiger oxidation to form a δ‐lactone. Our results demonstrate the highly concise and efficient ways in which fungal biosynthetic pathways can generate complex sesquiterpene scaffolds.     

Erythrolic acids A-E, meroterpenoids from a marine-derived Erythrobacter sp

Erythrolic acids A-E (1-5) are five unusual meroterpenoids isolated from the bacterium Erythrobacter sp. derived from a marine sediment sample collected in Galveston, TX. The structures were elucidated by means of detailed spectroscopic analysis and chemical derivatization. The erythrolic acids contain a 4-hydroxybenzoic acid appended with a modified terpene side chain. The side-chain modifications include oxidation of a terminal methyl substituent and in the case of 1-4 addition of a two-carbon unit to give terpene side chains of unusual length: C22 for 1 and 2, C17 for 3, and C12 for 4. The relative and absolute configurations of the meroterpenoids were determined by coupling constant, NOE, and Mosher's analysis. In vitro cytotoxicity toward a number of nonsmall cell lung cancer (NSCLC) cell lines revealed only modest activity for erythrolic acid D (4) (2.5 μM against HCC44). The discovery of these unusual diterpenes, along with the previously reported erythrazoles, demonstrates the natural product potential of a previously unstudied group of bacteria for drug discovery. The unusual nature of the terpene side chain, we believe, involves an oxidation of a terminal methyl group to a carboxylic acid and subsequent Claisen condensation with acetyl-CoA.

基于单目摄像头的自主健身监测系统

随着在线健身资源的日益丰富,自主健身已成为新的运动趋势。然而由于缺少专业健身教练的动作指导与纠正,自主健身通常无法保障健身效果且容易造成运动损伤,因此需要对健身动作准确性进行实时监测。现有的健身监测设备往往依托大屏幕、深度摄像头或传感器等硬件,存在设备昂贵、安装不便、使用场景受限等问题,较难满足大众健身的需求。随着人体关键点检测技术的不断成熟,通过手机单目摄像头即可实现对人体姿态的识别,且有较高的准确度和速度,使得在手机端实现低成本、多场景的健身监测成为可能。基于以上背景,设计了三维场景下基于角度阈值的健身动作评估算法,依托于手机单目摄像头和3D人体关键点检测技术,实时检测用户健身动作是否标准并通过语音给出相应提示。同时,在安卓手机上实现了原型系统,通过一系列用户实验验证了系统的可用性与实时性,通过与近年相关工作的对比实验,验证了动作评估方法的准确性。结果表明,本文方法与系统被用户所认可,健身动作评估准确率较高、响应速度满足实时性要求。     

传爆药静态压缩力学性能及损伤特性研究

为研究聚黑-14C（JH-14C）传爆药静态压缩力学性能及损伤特性,开展准静态压缩实验,获得了不同应变率下的应力-应变曲线,建立了描述不同应变率下JH-14C力学行为的非线性本构模型;利用扫描电镜（SEM）对回收试样进行细微形貌观测,获得了准静态压缩JH-14C损伤特性的表征。结果表明:JH-14C压缩强度随应变率的升高而提高;实验与计算结果对照验证了本构模型的有效性;准静态压缩实验中,JH-14C主要损伤模式为脱湿和穿晶断裂。
