空位在金刚石近(001)表面扩散的分子动力学模拟   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2       下载免费PDF全文
用分子动力学方法模拟了空位在金刚石近(001)表面的扩散过程,研究了温度对空位扩散的影响.结果表明,当温度为1000K左右时,位于近表面第二层上的空位开始向表面运动;当温度在1400—2000K时,空位完全扩散到表面.这与实验结果和其他计算结果符合得很好.同时发现,温度为1400—1800K时,空位的扩散经历了两次迁移运动,其分别对应了均方位移图中的两个极大值.在不施加任何约束的条件下得到了空位的动态扩散路径,空位在金刚石近(001)表面的扩散势垒约为042eV.并探讨了一定温度下空位数目增多及其不同排列 关键词: 金刚石 空位 扩散 分子动力学  相似文献

从团簇角度对TiNi形状记忆合金进行了量子化学从头算研究。设计并优化了等原子比(TiNi)x(x=2~4)簇的多种可能几何结构,并对较稳定构型进行电子结构的分析。结果表明,等原子比的(TiNi)n团簇以TiNi成键为主要分子骨架,小团簇有较多能量接近的异构体,TiTi成键对能量降低有较大贡献。  相似文献

Two colorimetric thiourea-based chemsensors with two relatively rigid arms, 2A and 2B, were synthesized. Their binding abilities with halide anions, AcO?, [Formula: See Text] were studied by UV-Vis spectroscopy in DMSO. The two sensors showed a notable selective color response to F? anion from colorless to green-yellow in recognition. The structures of the two sensors and their binding behaviors are discussed. The association constants were calculated by nonlinear fittings of 1:1, 1:2 or 1:1 to 1:2.  相似文献

以共沉淀法制备出Fe3O4纳米粒子,通过聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)修饰Fe3O4纳米粒子,再原位复合上Au纳米粒子,制得Fe3O4/PEI/Au纳米颗粒微球。再将Fe3O4/PEI/Au纳米颗粒与巯基乙酸修饰的量子点CdSe/CdS连接,成功制备了Fe3O4/PEI/Au@CdSe/CdS多功能复合微球。经过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)、荧光分光光度计、荧光显微镜、X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)及振动样品磁强计(VSM)的表征。结果表明:多功能复合微球的粒径在40 nm左右,具有超顺磁性,剩磁,矫顽力近似等于零,饱和磁化强度为28.83 A·m2·kg-1,同时兼有优越的荧光性能和金纳米粒子的特性。  相似文献

以羟丙基-β-环糊精(HP-β-CD)和L-酒石酸异丁酯(L-IBTA)分别为水相和有机相中手性选择体构成双相识别手性萃取体系, 研究其对佐匹克隆(ZPC)对映体的萃取动力学. 分别考察了搅拌速度、两相接触面积、水相中ZPC对映体浓度、水相及有机相中手性选择体浓度以及水相pH值对ZPC对映体萃取动力学的影响. 结果表明, L-IBTA萃取ZPC对映体的反应为“快反应”|对ZPC对映体反应是一级反应, 对L-IBTA反应是二级反应|对R-ZPC和S-ZPC反应速率常数分别为31.25×10-5和48.74×10-5 mol-2•m6•s-1. 萃取速率随HP-β-CD浓度的增加而降低. 以上研究结果将为手性萃取的工程设计提供参考.  相似文献

利用B3LYP/6?311++G(3df,2pd)方法计算了MIL?53(Al)的3个位点催化甲基氯硅烷以制备二甲基二氯硅烷的活性差异,并对反应通道、能量、过渡态虚振模式、内禀反应坐标(IRC)、关键原子间距的变化等进行了分析和讨论,得出了一致的结论:1~3号活性位催化的主反应速控步的活化能分别为157.15、155.31和123.44 kJ·mol-1;副反应速控步的活化能分别为206.48、214.87和166.07 kJ·mol-1。MIL?53(Al)能顺利催化歧化反应的原因在于其催化中心Al—O—H上的Br?nsted酸H,活性的差异来源于其配位环境的不同。  相似文献

Cyclic voltammetry was used to detect p-sulfonated calix[n]arenas (SCnA) how to immobilize on gold surface. P-sulfonated calix[n]arenes not only increased the specific surface area of the modified electrode, but also improved the enrichment ability of tyrosine. This led to a significant increase in peak current, and improved the sensitivity of tyrosine determination on the p-sulfonated calix[n]arenes-modified electrode. The modified electrode showed good catalytic ability of l-tyrosine oxidation reaction. The peak current of l-tyrosine increased and the oxidation peak potential shifted negatively with cavity size of the SCnA-modified electrode, which indicated that the catalytic ability of the modified electrode to l-tyrosine oxidation reaction was also enhanced. For the tyrosine guest molecule, the order of electrochemical activity and magnitude of catalytic ability of the oxidation reaction of the three modified gold electrodes was as follows: SC4A?>?SC6A?>?SC8A. The electrode had high selectivity and stability for the determination of tyrosine, with a wide linear range, low detection limit and high sensitivity at different concentrations under different pH values. This resulted in an accurate, fast, sensitive electrochemical method for the determination of tyrosine. The sensor was used for the determination of tyrosine in human urine with satisfactory results.  相似文献

Ultrafast time-resolved optical transmissions in purified and as-grown single-walled carbon nanotube films are measured at a temperature of 200K. The signal of the purified sample shows a crossover from photobleaching to photoabsorption. The former and the latter are interpreted as the state filling and the red shift of the π-plasmon, respectively. The signal of the as-grown sample can be perfectly fitted by a single-exponential with a time constant of 232fs. The disappearance of the negative component in the as-grown sample is attributed to the charge transfer between the semiconducting nanotubes and the impurities.  相似文献

The spatiotemporal order and rhythm dynamics of a complex neuronal network with mixed bursting neurons are studied in this paper. A quantitative characteristic, the width factor, is introduced to describe the rhythm dynamics of an individual neuron, and the average width factor is used to characterize the rhythm dynamics of a neuronal network. An r parameter is introduced to denote the ratio of the short bursting neurons in the network. Then we investigate the effect of the ratio on the rhythm dynamics of the neuronal network. The critical value of r is derived, and the neurons in the network always remain short bursting when the r ratio is larger than the critical value.  相似文献

Magneto-transport study has been performed in topological semimetal ZrSiS single crystals under high pulsed magnetic fields. Obvious dependence of Landau level splitting on temperature and angular was investigated. The strong three-dimensional anisotropic nature of Landau level splitting under high pulsed magnetic fields was revealed by the angular dependent measurements, in which the orbital contribution is more dominant than Zeeman splitting. Our studies provide more insights into the physical properties of topological semimetals ZrSiS and shed light on future spintronic applications of ZrSiS.  相似文献
