Graphene nanostrips with single or few layers can be used as bending resonators with extremely high sensitivity to environmental changes. In this paper we report molecular dynamics (MD) simulation results on the fundamental and secondary resonant frequencies f of cantilever graphene nanostrips with different layer number n and different nanostrip length L. The results deviate significantly from the prediction of not only the Euler-Bernoulli beam theory (fnL−2), but also the Timoshenko's model. Since graphene nanostrips have extremely high intralayer Young's modulus and ultralow interlayer shear modulus, we propose a multibeam shear model (MBSM) that neglects the intralayer stretch but accounts for the interlayer shear. The MBSM prediction of the fundamental and secondary resonant frequencies f can be well expressed in the form ffmono∝[(n-1)/n]bL−2(1−b), where fmono denotes the corresponding resonant frequency as the layer number is 1, with b=0.61 and 0.77 for the fundamental and secondary resonant modes. Without any additional parameters fitting, the prediction from MBSM agrees excellently with the MD simulation results. The model is thus of importance for designing multilayer graphene nanostrips based applications, such as resonators, sensors and actuators, where interlayer shear has apparent impacts on the mechanical deformation, vibration and energy dissipation processes therein.  相似文献

本文介绍了火焰原子吸收光谱法测定锑精矿中铅。研究了样品制备方法及共存在元素的干扰,用王水-氢溴酸溶解样品,加入酒石酸抑制锑的水解,试液用空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法测定。相对标准偏差小于1%,此法优点是干扰少、准确度高、快速和简便等。用本法测定锑精矿中铅,获得满意的结果。  相似文献

环二腺苷酸(c-di-AMP)是原核细胞中普遍存在的第二信使, 不仅能够有效调控细胞生长、离子转运、细胞壁代谢平衡等多种生理过程, 还能引发I型干扰素应答, 激发机体天然免疫反应. 本实验使用单个气单胞菌溶素(Aerolysin)纳米孔道蛋白构建的单分子界面, 对c-di-AMP进行单分子测量研究. 为提高Aerolysin纳米孔对带负电小分子化合物的测量灵敏度, 本实验利用LiCl为支持电解质, 有效屏蔽Aerolysin孔口表面负电荷, 减小c-di-AMP与Aerolysin纳米孔之间的静电排斥, 从而显著增强了Aerolysin纳米孔道对单个c-di-AMP分子的检测能力. 实验结果显示, 在90 mV电压下, 每分钟在LiCl中获得的有效穿孔事件的数量最高可达同条件KCl支持电解质的30倍, 且有效穿孔事件占总体事件的比例在不同电压下提升了7~11倍. 进一步表明, 使用LiCl支持电解质, 可有效增强Aerolysin孔道对带负电小分子化合物的测量灵敏度. 因此, 本研究实现了Aerolysin纳米孔道对单个环二核苷酸的高灵敏免标记检测, 有望为单分子水平上阐明新型免疫干扰机制提供新的分析方法.  相似文献

Enantiomeric pairs of triticonazole have been successfully separated by supercritical fluid chromatography coupled with a tris(3,5‐dimethylphenylcarbamoyl) cellulose‐coated chiral stationary phase in this work. The effects of co‐solvent, dissolution solvent, flow rate, backpressure, and column temperature have been studied in detail with respect to retention, selectivity, and resolution of triticonazole. As indicated, the co‐solvents mostly affected the retention factors and resolution, due to the different molecular structure and polarity. In addition, the dissolution solvents, namely, chloromethanes and alcohols, have been also important for enantioseparation because of the different interaction with stationary phase. Higher flow rate and backpressure led to faster elution of the triticonazole molecules, and the change of column temperature showed slight effect on the resolution of triticonazole racemate. Moreover, a comparative separation experiment between supercritical fluid chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography revealed that chiral supercritical fluid chromatography gave the 3.5 times value of Rs/tR2 than high performance liquid chromatography, which demonstrated that supercritical fluid chromatography had much higher separation efficiency.  相似文献

A periodically magnetic field (PMF) was used in a hot-filament chemical vapor deposited (HFCVD) for diamond growth on the rhenium substrate. The morphology, band structures and crystalline structure of the film were analyzed by the scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Raman spectroscopy and X-ray diffractometer (XRD), respectively. The results show that the thickness of the diamond film is about 2900 nm by 4 h deposition with magnetic field-assisted. There is no interlayer between diamond film and the rhenium substrate. The result shows that the turn on voltage of the sample is enhanced from 3.3 to 2.6 V/μm with the PMF. Also the total emission current density at 6.2 V/μm increased from 6.3 to 21.5 μA/cm2.  相似文献
