In solid immersion lens (SIL) microscopy systems with high numerical aperture (NA), there always exists the aberration produced by Fresnel effects at the interface between SIL and the sample. This aberration may cause the degradation of the image of sample. We design a continuous phase filter and optimize the optical field distribution of SIL system. The numerical results show that when the continuous phase filter is used, the field distribution of SIL system can be optimized, and the focal depth and intensity of transmitted light can be increased. Gold nanoparticles modified with C10NH2, C12NH2, C16NH2 and C18NH2 respectively have been prepared by the reverse micelle method. Nanoparticles stability and their two-dimensional (2D) ordered arrangement were studied by UV-Vis absorption spectra and LB technique. The factors, such as the chain length and the size distribution of particles, which affect the 2D ordered arrangement formation, are discussed. Experimental results show that the longer the chain length of surfactants capping the gold nanoparticles, the more stable the nanoparticles, and the more ordered 2D arrangement of gold nanoparticles. 相似文献
The aim of this study was to perform qualitative and quantitative analyses of aloe-emodin, rhein, and emodin in three prepared samples of compound qi yin granules by high-performance thin-layer chromatography (HPTLC) and to establish an analytical method. TLC was used to qualitatively analyze the three major components of the compound: aloe-emodin, rhein, and emodin. HPTLC was performed to determine the contents of the three components. HPTLC analysis showed that using Anhui Liangchen high-efficiency silica gel G plate was the optimal stationary phase and the upper layer solution of a petroleum ether–ethyl acetate–formic acid (15.5:5:1, V/V) mixed solution was the optimal developing agent. The composition of the samples for testing was basically the same, but the content was different. In summary, this study used HPTLC to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze aloe-emodin, rhein, and emodin in compound qi yin granules. It can lay the foundation for improving the quality control and standards of compound qi yin granules.
We propose and develop a new solid immersion lens (SIL), which is called the multilevel phase Fresnel zone plate lens (FZPL) for the near-field (evanescent wave) microscopy. The simple analysis is presented by using the scalar diffraction theory. The outstanding advantages of this FZPL are that it both focuses incident waves and produces evanescent waves. A FZPL can effectively concentrate the high angle rays important for the high resolution in comparison with the conventional SILs. The optical system equipped with the FZPL is not only simple in the assembly but also effective in making an optical head unit. 相似文献
Localized fields in the defect mode of one-dimensional photonic crystals with active impurity are studied with the help of the theory of spontaneous emission from two-level atoms embedded in photonic crystals.Numerical simulations demonstrate that the enhancement of stimulated radiation, as well as the phenomena of transmissivity larger than unity and the abnormality of group velocity close to the edges of photonic band gap, are related to the negative imaginary part of the complex effective refractive index of doped layers. This means that the complex effective refractive index has a negative imaginary part, and that the impurity state with very high quality factor and great state density will occur in the photonic forbidden band if active impurity is introduced into the defect layer properly. Therefore, the spontaneous emission can be enhanced, the amplitude of stimulated emission will be very large and it occurs most probably close to the edges of photonic band gap with the fundamental reason, the group velocity close to the edges of band gap is very small or abnormal. 相似文献

by a special class of operators having certain oscillation properties, which include the classical Sobolev class of 2π-periodic
functions, the Achieser class, and the Hardy-Sobolev class as examples. Then, using these results, we prove a Taikov-type
inequality, and calculate the exact values of the Kolmogorov, Gel'fand, linear, and information n-widths of these classes
