We suggest that the fusion reaction ^16O+^14N may be a new way to produce ^26Al in interstellar medium. Adopting different mixing modes, we investigate the impact on the production of ^26Al in explosive oxygen burning and find that the result is extremely sensitive to mixing mechanisms. In some cases, we obtain an encouraging result, for example, the greatest final abundance of ^26Al reaches 7.779×10^-6, which means that the explosive oxygen burning may be a new origin of ^26 Al.  相似文献

Due to the intrinsic properties of neutrinos, the gravitational lens effect for a neutrino should be more colorful and meaningful than the normal lens effect of a photon. Other than the experiments operated at terrestrial laboratory, in principle, we can propose a completely new astrophysical method to determine not only the nature of the gravity of lens objects but also the mixing parameters of neutrinos by analyzing neutrino trajectories near the central objects. However, the angular, energy and time resolution of the neutrino telescopes are still comparatively poor, so we just concentrate on the two classical tests of general relativity, i.e. the angular deflection and the time delay of the neutrino by a lens object as a preparative work in this paper. In addition, some simple properties of neutrino lensing are investigated.  相似文献

By means of the EOS of QCD at zero temperature and finite quark chemical potential we proposed [Phys. Rev. D 78 (2008) 054001] in the framework of rainbow-ladder approximation of Dyson-Schwinger approach, we investigate the structure of quark star and its property. It is found that the mass-radius relation in our model is very different from that of usual quark star models, but similar to neutron star models. The obtained mass of quark star is about 1.75M⊙- 2.2M⊙. The obtained radius of quark star is 22 - 26 km, which is obviously larger than the results in other models. The reason for this discrepancy is analyzed.  相似文献

亚波长尺度光子晶体结构可有效提升发光二极管(LED)的光提取效率(LEE),然而在制造过程中会存在缺陷或无序.利用时域有限差分法对理想方形光子晶体结构进行了优化,在此基础上对三种无序光子晶体结构进行了仿真,研究了光子晶体结构参数的无序变化对GaN基蓝光LED LEE的影响.结果表明,光子晶体空气孔位置和半径的无序变化使优化的80 nm光子晶体LED的LEE下降,而可使非优化的60nm光子晶体LED的LEE增加;当光子晶体空气孔位置和半径的无序变化量从0到士20 nm之间变化时,LEE最大会产生53.8%的浮动;光子晶体刻蚀深度的无序变化对LEE影响较小,一般可以忽略,研究结果为高性能蓝光光子晶体LED的设计制作提供了重要的理论参考.  相似文献

Regardless of the formation mechanism, an exotic object, the double degenerate star (DDS), is introduced and investigated, which is composed of baryonic matter and some unknown fermion dark matter. Different from the simple white dwarfs (WDs), there is additional gravitational force provided by the unknown fermion component inside DDSs, which may strongly affect the structure and the stability of such kind of objects. Many possible and strange observational phenomena connecting with them are concisely discussed. Similar to the normal WD, this object can also experience thermonuclear explosion as type Ia supernova explosion when DDS's mass exceeds the maximum mass that can be supported by electron degeneracy pressure. However, since the total mass of baryonic matter can be much lower than that of WD at Chandrasekhar mass limit, the peak luminosity should be much dimmer than what we expect before, which may throw a slight shadow on the standard candle of SN Ia in the research of cosmology.  相似文献

为了提升氮化镓(GaN)蓝光发光二极管(LED)光提取效率, 设计了双层光子晶体LED模型. 提出等效折射率近似方法, 简化求解了结构中的介质波导模式分布. 从而对模型中顶层光子晶体刻蚀深度d, 嵌入式光子晶体厚度T及其距有源层距离D等结构参数进行了优化. 同时利用时域有限差分方法对优化结果进行了验证. 相比其他仿真方法, 模式分析极大地减少了对LED建模优化的计算复杂度, 同时从理论上阐明了不同结构参数变化引起LED光提取效率改变的原因. 研究发现, 当顶层光子晶体满足d ≈ λ / nPhCs 时, 结构内大部分高阶导模尚未被截断但源区能量向低阶导模的转化被有效抑制, 光提取效率给出极大值. 嵌入式光子晶体的引入将激发覆盖层模式, 当满足100 nm≤ T ≤ 300 nm且100 nm≤ D ≤ 200 nm 时, 覆盖层模式可以从有源层获得较大能量并有效地与顶层光子晶体耦合, 极大地提升了光提取效率. 本文优化结果使得LED光提取效率提升了4倍, 对高性能GaN蓝光LED的设计制造具有重要意义.  相似文献

Current experiment results show that neutrinos have non-zero masses and that different neutrino flavours may mix and undergo a transformation to each other. Neglecting matter effects for simplicity and by solving the Friedmann-Robertson-Walker geodesic equations of the time-like particle, we preparatively investigate the vacuum oscillation or separation of neutrinos on the cosmic scale.  相似文献

用中频脉冲反应磁控溅射法,在溅射功率为78 W,93 W和124 W以及衬底温度分别为室温,500 ℃及677 ℃下制备了氧化铒涂层.采用原子力显微镜、纳米压痕、X射线衍射和掠入射X射线衍射法研究了涂层的形貌、力学性能及物相结构.测量了涂层的电学性能.结果显示,脉冲磁控溅射沉积氧化铒涂层具有较高的沉积速率.实验制备得到了单斜相结构的氧化铒涂层.提高溅射功率时,沉积速率从28 nm/min增大至68 nm/min,涂层的结晶质量显著下降.提高衬底温度至500 ℃和677 ℃时,单斜相衍射峰强度下降.分析认为 关键词: 氧化铒 脉冲磁控溅射 单斜晶相  相似文献

Recently a new kind of hybrid micro/nanorod top array has become a promising structure to improve the light extraction efficiency (LEE) of GaN-based light emitting diodes, but simulation of the hybrid structure is extremely difficult owing to the various limitations of different simulation methods. In this study, a novel approach was explored to calculate the LEE by combining the Finite difference time domain method and the ray tracing method through the gradient refractive index layers. In this novel method, the LEE enhancement mechanism of the hybrid structure was investigated. In addition, we further sought the optimal parameters of the hybrid micro/nanorod structure, and an optimized structure with an enhancement factor of greater than 95 % was achieved.  相似文献
