研究了以中性载体为活性物的石墨内导平头溶剂聚合膜(SPM)pH电极作内电极的二氧化碳和氨气敏电极。电极的性能取决于中性载体的特性,其中以菸酸十八酯为内电极膜活性物的二氧化碳气敏电极和以二辛基十八胺为活性物的氨气敏电极性能较佳。二氧化碳气敏电极用作丙酮酸脱羧酶酶电极的原电极,其性能院于传统的以玻璃pH电极作内电极的二氧化碳气敏电极。  相似文献

利用分子力学计算,单晶X射线分析和~1H NMR技术研究了α-单取代环十二酮 的构象。结果表明,它们的优势构象的环骨架仍是[3333]构象,而羰基则在2-C位 置上。在晶体中,它们的优势构象为α-角顺取代[3333]-2-酮构象,而在溶液中 则取α-角顺取代和α-边外取代[3333]-2-酮两种构象,且两种构象处于动力学 平衡之中,以α-边外取代[3333]-2-酮构象占优势。  相似文献

研究了3个氧芴/三苯胺衍生物: E-2,8-双(4-二苯胺基苯乙烯基)氧芴(简称OT-G1)、E-2,8-双[4-(二苯基氨基-二苯乙烯基)(4’-溴苯基)氨基-苯乙烯基]氧芴(简称OT-G1.5)和E-2,8-双-[4’,4″-二-(二苯胺基苯乙烯基)-4-二苯胺基苯乙烯基]氧芴(简称OT-G2)的双光子吸收和电化学行为. 研究结果表明, 分子“代数”从1→1.5→2增高, 氧芴三苯胺多枝分子的HOMO能级升高、双光子荧光强度和双光子吸收截面明显增大. 由于HOMO能级的升高有利于分子的电荷转移, 因而分子表现出强的双光子吸收能力, 这表明可通过电化学行为来推断出分子的双光子吸收性能.  相似文献

The structure of a binuclear cadmium(II) quaternary complex, [Cd2(phen)2- Q2(BP)]n 1 (phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, BP = biphenyl-4,4--dicarboxylic acid, Q = 8-hydroxy- quinoline-anion), has been determined by X-ray crystallography and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectrum and thermogravimetric analysis.It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a = 13.1906(18), b = 10.9623(15), c = 16.947(2) -, β = 111.3430(10)°, V = 2282.5(5) -3, Z = 4, Mr = 556.85, Dc = 1.620 g/cm3, F(000) = 1116, μ = 0.994 mm-1 and S = 1.056.In the structure, 1D chains are connected via biphenyl-4,4--dicarboxylic acid, 8-hydroxy quinoline anion and binuclear cadmium atoms into an infinite 1-D molecular chain architecture.Via aryl ring π-π stacking interactions a supramolecular structure is formed in 1.  相似文献

多聚磷酸盐在水产品中的快速分解影响其准确测定.用沸水破坏使多聚磷酸盐分解的物质,并用三氯甲烷去除水产品中蛋白质等杂质,离子色谱准确测定多聚磷酸盐各组分的量.实验中采用淋洗液自动发生器产生的KOH溶液作为流动相,保护柱和分离柱采用Ionpac AG11-HC和Ionpac AS11-HC抑制电导检测,可以较好地分离所检测焦磷酸根和三偏磷酸根.该方法操作简单,检出限为10 mg/kg,当水产品中添加多聚磷酸盐标准物质浓度达到10~1000 mg/kg范围时,回收率在70%~110%之间,相对标准偏差小于12% .  相似文献

A series of anionic gemini surfactants have been synthesized. The surface properties and micellization process of as-prepared sulfonate gemini surfactants (SGS) and carboxylate gemini surfactant (CGS) have been studied by surface tension measurement and isothermal titration microcalorimetry. Meanwhile, the interaction of these five surfactants with polyacrylamide (PAM) was investigated using surface tension, steady-state fluorescence measurement, and isothermal titration microcalorimetry. The results show that the critical micelle concentrations (CMCs) of above-mentioned surfactants are more than 1 order of magnitude lower than those of corresponding single chain surfactants. Moreover, the enthalpy of micelle formation (ΔH mic) for the investigated gemini surfactants is negative. In the surfactant–PAM systems, the thermodynamic parameters of binding have also been determined. The conclusion may be drawn that the binding strength of SGS onto PAM is stronger than that of CGS, resulting from more compact structure of SGS aggregates. With increasing surfactant hydrophobicity, the values of ΔH agg become more exothermic and a ΔS agg decrease was observed. Therefore, the interaction between SGS and PAM is enthalpy-driven.  相似文献

In this paper, 3.5-generation polyamidoamine dendrimers (3.5G-D)-porphyrin (P) dual luminescence molecule (3.5G-D-P) was developed as a new phosphorescence-labeling reagent. Meanwhile, the room temperature phosphorescence (RTP) characteristics of 3.5G-D-P and its product of labeling triticum vulgaris lectin (WGA) on the surface of polyamide membrane (PAM) were studied. Results showed that in the presence of heavy atom perturber LiAc, 3.5G-D and P of 3.5G-D-P molecule could emit strong and stable RTP on the PAM. And the Tween-80 would spike thoroughly the phosphorescence signal of 3.5G-D and P; moreover, specific affinity absorption (AA) reaction between the products (Tween-80-3.5G-D-P-WGA) of WGA labeled with Tween-80-3.5G-D-P and glucose (G) was carried out. The products of the AA reaction could keep good RTP characteristics of 3.5G-D and P dual luminescence molecule, and the DeltaI(p) was linear correlation to the content of G. According to the facts above, a new method of affinity adsorption solid substrate-room temperature phosphorimetry (AA-SS-RTP) for the determination of trace G was established, basing on WGA labeled with Tween-80-3.5G-D-P dual luminescence molecule. The detection limit of this method was 0.13fgspot(-1) (1.7x10(-12)moll(-1), 3.5G-D) and 0.14fgspot(-1) (2.2x10(-12)moll(-1), P). Determination of G in human serum using excitation/emission wavelength of either 3.5G-D or P, the result was coincided with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Not only the sensitivity and accuracy of this method were higher, but also the flexibility of AA-SS-RTP was obviously improved and the applicability was wider.  相似文献

采用激光诱导荧光和流体动力学聚焦技术成功地研制出单分子流式检测仪, 实现了对水溶液中单个藻红蛋白及单个DNA分子片段的检测, 检测速率可达到每秒几十次. 与单分子荧光显微术相比, 流式分析将固定的标本台改为流动的单分子悬液, 大大提高了检测速率和统计精确性, 更加适合生物样品的快速、超高灵敏分析.  相似文献
