提出了一种非刚性点匹配的算法并把其运用于医学图像配准.该算法采用信号滤波的方法来获得点集间的匹配信息,并运用松弛标记法将各点邻域关系对模糊的匹配信息进行迭代获得明确的匹配关系.在此基础上,利用高斯径向基函数来描述点模式间的弹性形变,在基本的迭代框架下实现问题的求解.实验结果显示在形变程度为5%、出格点比率50%和噪声标准差为5%的情况下该算法的匹配误差能控制在0.13以下,表明了该算法的鲁棒性和有效性,较好地解决了医学非刚性形变的点匹配问题.  相似文献

Two new spirostanol glycosides named agamenoside A and B, ere isolated from the fermented leaves of Agave americana. Their structures were elucidated as (23S,25R)-5α-spirostan-3β,6α,23-triol 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→3)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-[β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)]-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-galactopyranoside(1) and (25R)-5α-spiro-stan-3β,6α-diol 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-[β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)]-β-D-glucopyra-nosyl-(1→4)-β-D-galactopyranoside(2) by a combination of chemical and spectral methods.  相似文献

采用非晶态多核配合的方法合成了La1-xCuxMnO3(x=0、0.05、0.1、0.2、0.3、0.4、0.5)系列催化剂, 并用X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)、比表面测定仪(BET)等手段对催化剂的微观结构进行了表征. 研究了Cu掺杂对钙钛矿结构及其对CO催化氧化发光性能及催化氧化CO、CH4性能的影响规律. 结果表明, 当x≤0.1 时, Cu掺杂仍可形成单相的钙钛矿结构; 当x>0.1时, 过量掺杂的Cu以CuO杂相存在. Cu掺杂可改善La1-xCuxMnO3催化剂对CO和CH4的催化氧化活性. 经700 ℃焙烧3 h制备的La0.9Cu0.1MnO3催化剂具有最高CO催化氧化活性(T100%=170 ℃), 该结果与CO催化氧化发光结果一致.而La0.95Cu0.05MnO3催化剂对CH4的催化氧化活性最高(T95%=705 ℃).  相似文献

Neural growth inhibitory factor (GIF), a member of metallothionein family (metallothionein-3, MT3), was well known by its distinct neural growth inhibitory activity, which is not shown by other MT isoforms. However, till now, people still did not know clearly how GIF exerts its biological functions. Since it has been reported that GIF might serve as NO scavenger and was related to the release of zinc, our study was focused on the interaction of GIF and NO. By studying the reactions of human GIF and human MTlg with SNOC-a type of NO donor, it was found that GIF was more reactive than MT-lg toward SNOC. In order to further figure out if the high reactivity of GIF in this reaction resulted from the acid-base catalysis, several mutants were constructed: E23K, E41G/E43A, E23K/E41G/E43A. By studying their basic properties and the reactions toward SNOC, it was found that the S-nitrosylation of GIF was not only related to the acid-base catalysis, but also to the accessibility of metal-thiolate clusters.  相似文献

According to the amino acid sequence and codon preference of E. coli, the human interleukin-18(IL-18) gene was optimized to avoid the rare codons. The total length of the synthesized gene is 571 bp; 18 oligonucleotides, DNA fragments were designed and synthesized by the phosphoramidite four-step chemical method. The whole DNA sequence was synthesized by a one-step total gene synthesis method, and then inserted in pUC18 vector. Five positive clones identified by blue-white colony screening were sent to Shanghai Sangon Biological Engineering Technology and Service Co., Ltd. for sequencing. The sequencing result shows that one clone contained the complete correct gene in all the five positive clones.  相似文献

The crude polysaccharide was obtained by means of the decolorization of porphyrized Cordyceps minlitaris stroma with organic solvent, extraction with hot water, precipitation in 80% ethanol, and protein removal with the Sevag method. After purification with Sephadex G-75, two of its components, CMP-1 and CMP-2, were obtained. Through the assay of gel chromatography and polarimetry, CMP-1 was identified as pure polysaccharide. The results demonstrated that CMP-1 had favorable oxidation resistance activity, which could scavenge not only oxygen-free radicals in the self-oxidation system of pyrogallic acid, but also the hydroxide-free radicals in the Fenton system. The study focused on the effects of low, medium, and high dosages of CMP-1 in rat blood serum on the proliferation of glomerular mesangial cells in vitro. Through MTT Colorimetric analysis, the activities were compared among the blank control group and the Niaoduqing positive control group CMP-1 and CMP-2. The results shows that CMP-1 was able to inhibit the proliferation of rat glomerular mesangial cells effectively. Therefore, CMP-1, one component of polysaccharides of Cordyceps minlitaris, was certainly a potential remedy for hyperplastic glomerular nephritis, whose antioxidant activity could slow down the process of chronic renal failure(CRF) to some extent.  相似文献
